Fantastic experience: Had a really good experience with this school. Just got my driving license after having been with Rashid for the past year, who has been a very patient and thorough teacher. Its been an enjoyable journey and I'd recommend Just Pass to everybody.

Negative experience: Unprofessional driving instructor. He knew when my test was and what time. I called him on the day and asked him what time he was coming. He didn’t reply to any of my messages or calls and didn’t show up, therefore causing me to not be able to take my test. I’m so disappointed and upset as I have been waiting for months to take my test.

Negative experience: After messaging the company about the poor services of my driving instructor Huma Irfan they didn’t respond and it has been weeks since I sent them a message. My driving instructor just 2 weeks before my driving test told me to use my parents car for the test even though I was used to her car because I wasn’t ready despite taking many lessons with her. I ended up passing the driving test but mostly due to my parents help. She would not teach properly and would always drop me off home before the lesson finished. I would encourage everyone to not use this company as I am disappointed by their lack of care towards the way their instructors act.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test without any mistakes, thanks to my amazing instructor, Nahida Bi, she made me feel comfortable, even when I was nervous. Nahida is very patient and calm, and she explains things really clearly. I used to worry about parking, but she made it easy to understand. Whether it was parallel parking or fitting into small spaces, her tips were super helpful, and she made sure I felt good about it before moving on. I highly recommend Nahida. Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with sabila driving instructor. Her behaviour during the lesson wasn’t good with me for example if I made a mistake while driving she showed me anger like I am not supposed to make any mistake and she herself wasn’t look much professional.

Fantastic experience: Had Habib as an instructor and he was brilliant. I previously had failed 6 tests over many years and hadn’t driven in 2 years. With Habib I was able to pass on an intensive course within 15 hours. Habib was great with letting me go at my own pace and easily correcting where I needed improvement which I was able to listen to with great effect.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my experience learning with Naheed Bi as a driving instructor. After taking lessons with her for over a year and a half, I booked my driving test through her. However, with only one week left before my test, I realized I hadn’t been taught essential skills like parallel parking. I feel that a professional instructor should cover all necessary maneuvers and skills well in advance of the test, especially after such a long period of instruction. I would not recommend her services if you’re looking for a thorough and professional learning experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Just pass school of motoring. I passed at Garrat Green test centrer. My instructor was Mr Rashid who really helped me gain confidence on the road and build my self belief. I was initially very anxious while driving. He encouraged me through out to make and belief on my decisions while driving, without asking for reassurance. He would always say that if I am quite it means you are doing great. Negative experience: Very disproportionate the instructor (MR Khan) was very unprofessional he booked my test on the day he booked someone else test, and send me replacement instructor. I specifically told him to not to send diesel car because I’m used to petrol car which I took lessons with him but they sent me diesel which I never driven before. First thing is he should not booked someone else lesson on same day same time also JustPass company shouldn’t send me diesel car when I specifically told them I’m not comfortable driving this car. I also contacted them and they say we are sorry next time we will do better , obviously never going back to your company and don’t recommend anyone else to take lessons from them just time wasters.

Fantastic experience: I don’t have words that can describe and pay gratitude to my amazing Instructor Ibra Hussain enough. He is absolutely professional, patient! and ensures to improve weaknesses. I have been lucky to have him as my instructor and thankful to him for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my test  and truly enjoyed entire experience of learning with him. I had anxiety on the roads untill I came across Ibra he managed to tackle it through excellent communication and emotional support. I highly recommend Ibra to all students who's struggling with stress and lack of confidence on the road, to learn from him not only he guides but teaches you to be a safe driver without headaches. Negative experience: I started my first ever driving lesson in June with them. They sent a who called herself “Pari” never told me her real name. And in every class reminded me of my age and that I am learning it too late with kids! I didn’t realise how awful of an instructor she is until I spoke about her to my friend! She shouted at me, used to be abusive towards other drivers and always belittling female drivers! Thanks for shattering my confidence when I was already struggling with building it!

Negative experience: Unsure why I never thought to write a review about my experience. Unfortunately, my instructor Nahida was absolutely awful. She was always using her phone, online shopping when I barely felt comfortable driving. She had a careless approach and would often cancel lessons at the last minute and rescheduled minutes before my lesson was supposed to begin, but would demand upfront block payments, only to then push my lessons back. Her reasons for cancelling last min would differ and I have a record of this. I was with Nahida for almost 2 years when I finally decided I wasn't getting anywhere, I changed instructors/ the company, and passed within a month. Nahida would make me stop at coffee shops, Mcdonalds, would make me stop for her to get petrol during my lessons, and occasionally blamed it on her 'feeling weak'. Don't know if this is normal but as a new learner i didn't feel comfortable making stops when I was newly learning about the vehicle itself. I was learning how to drive in Auto so it should not have taken that long, I understand that everyone's driving skills differ, but my new instructor recognised my strengths and also questioned why i hadn't sat my test sooner. Due to the COVID backlog with tests, I would try to book my test in advance due to the long wait time, and Nahida would tell me that I wasn't ready (almost 2 years into learning). I'd have to constantly chase her up about her availability because if i didn't, i'd go weeks without a lesson. I'm sure the driving school isn't bad, but her careless approach is appalling and it's sad that she does infact represent the company.

Fantastic experience: I passed with Sarah. She is a great instructor. She helped me with everything and was so nice . It was an absolute amazing experience and journey. If you want to take driving lessons you should really consider taking driving lessons here. Sarah always pushed me to my best and it was an absolute pleasure to have her as my instructor.

Positive experience: Passed my driving test in my second attempt at South Yardley today. For this test, I contacted just pass and they suggested me Rashid. Definitely Rashid is an amazing instructor. Very well experienced. I just had 6 classes with him and he taught me so well. He patiently answered so many queries I had. He used to let me drive on my own without much interference on steering control which made me confident in driving especially at crossroads. His tips and tricks helped a lot. I was looking for an instructor who could teach my nephew in a short period, particularly someone experienced in working with individuals with autism. After speaking with Usama, he connected me with Raja. Raja was absolutely brilliant. He kept me informed every step of the way and was fantastic with my nephew, offering support and encouragement. Fantastic experience: I passed with 2 minors, & my instructor was Sarah. I was a super anxious driver and she made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with me. Fantastic experience: Passed with Ghazalah today after only 2 weeks of driving with her. She was my fourth instructor and by the far the best instructor that I've ever had. She was kind, patient and explained all my faults without getting annoyed. She calmed me down and within a few lessons, had helped me master all of my problem areas. Two weeks ago, I was panicky and still not test ready after a bad experience with another instructor. And today, I passed my driving test on my FIRST TRY with a few minors. I would honestly recommend that you specifically ask for her if you're looking for a manual instructor.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today with Instructor Rashid. He's been our family instructor for about 20 years, teaching us with his amazing skills in both teaching and driving. He made sure I practiced all maneuvers and road routes and prepared for the test over a period of 2 months. I am very thankful to him.

Negative experience: The instructor of this car encourages his students to stick their fingers up at other drivers☺️ We were on a roundabout and a car from the other side had come into our lane so naturally my partner had to beep his horn. Because of this the people in this car thought it was at them and they started to stick their fingers up while laughing. Not very professional!

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my driving test with a 15 hour crash course. I had a really good driving instructor called habib. He pushed my everyday as he was determined I pass first time. His straight forward and to the point. Couldn’t ask for a better instructor. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to mention that sarah is my no. 8 driving instructor, my journey to learn driving in one word was a disaster and on top of all that i lost my entire family in Gaza so it’d never be as smooth as others who’d be lucky to have sarah as their first driving instructor.
