Fantastic experience: Had a really good experience with this school. Just got my driving license after having been with Rashid for the past year, who has been a very patient and thorough teacher. Its been an enjoyable journey and I'd recommend Just Pass to everybody.

Negative experience: Unprofessional driving instructor. He knew when my test was and what time. I called him on the day and asked him what time he was coming. He didn’t reply to any of my messages or calls and didn’t show up, therefore causing me to not be able to take my test. I’m so disappointed and upset as I have been waiting for months to take my test.

Over the course of your time with us, there were multiple last-minute cancellations and a lack of engagement on your part, making it challenging to prepare you adequately for your test. On the day in question, your instructor had not confirmed attendance because your readiness for the test was still a concern, and he had not received timely communication from you to finalize arrangements. As a driving instructor, his focus is on ensuring his pupils are fully prepared to succeed, and attending a test without adequate preparation goes against professional standards.
