Negative experience: My wife had 30h of driving with Matt and on the last hour finding out he's not gone give the car to her for the exam saying she's not ready! Understand that but she wasn't able to find any available bookings and I think you have to let people try their luck no matter what's gonna happen! She changed the instructor and after that she pass!Very disappointed about this guy!

Negative experience: My wife had two lessons and was bullied by the instructor, Jill. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test first time with Brian. Brian was so patient and reassuring with me and made me feel more confident with my driving. Highly recommend this company and thanks again Brian for everything :) - Becky

Fantastic experience: I first used Brian from Accelerate many years ago but unfortunately I never got round to taking my test due to ill health. When I plucked up the courage 10yrs later to start driving lessons again I knew Brian was the only instructor I wanted. Brian was the most patient and understanding instructor Iv ever had. He would always be on time and would always put me at ease by just having a quick chat to relax me. As I had my lessons after Lockdown there were legal requirements and Brian was very hot on making sure these were adhered to for instance always wearing a mask and sanitized things like steering wheel, gear stick etc. When it came to booking lessons he would always try and fit me in and I know that are very busy at the moment. Brian would set me goals and tell me little sayings to remember things which to this day I still remember and together we managed to pass my test first time with 4minors which I’m so grateful for. Highly recommend. Very professional company and instructors.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Brian was brilliant! Very punctual, fun and so easy to get in with. Really enjoyed my lessons with him. Fantastic teacher and really great guy. I’ve now since passed first time with Brian and will definitely be doing pass plus with him!
