ORDIT Driving Instructor Training

Fantastic experience: My part 2 trainer recommended Dan Ison. I met with Dan every week after work for training. He is kind, professional and very thorough in his feedback. He focuses on my needs as an instructor and I feel I wouldn’t be where I am today as a fully qualified ADI. I continue to work with Dan, I would recommend his services to anyone looking to become an ADI or for improving as an existing ADI. Always supportive and able to deliver constructive feedback.

Fantastic experience: Had it not been for Dan Ison having the knowledge and understanding of what I needed to achieve my goal, I don’t think I would passed my part three test. Even though I passed my exam, I’m going to continue having lessons with Dan so I can get better.

Fantastic experience: Had my first one to one CPD zoom meeting with Lynne today. Even after 15 years as an instructor, I learned things today I never knew about how the driving test was assessed and marked! I really enjoyed my session, and have booked more while still on lockdown. So I can return to work with a better insight into my job. Fantastic experience: First of all I'd like to thank Dan and Lynne for helping me complete my part 3. I wouldn't have got here with out there expertise. They have always responded to my questions and given me the best advise at all hours of the day. Completed my part3 in the minimum hours. Now that I have my adi, I don't think the standards check will be a problem to pass with the skills I have been taught by Dan. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to become an adi. Don't get stuck with a franchise and pay a heavy weekly fee. Instead invest in yourself! And become independent like me

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best training organisation I have ever come across. In these days of client centred learning, Lynne did exactly that. She took the time to find out exactly what worked for me, she pushed me hard and we achieved the result. After two years with one of the big driving schools and having taken and failed my part 3, Lynne took 7 sessions to get me qualified as an ADI. Inspirational coaching, big stick when needed, carrot when earned, I never would have done it without her. Thank you so very much and here’s to my standards check and a 51 score. Fantastic experience: With the training I received from Lynne and Dan, I passed my Part 1 and went on to pass my Part 2 first time with the examiner commenting that it was a “perfect drive - no driving faults”. I then went on to pass my Part 3 on my first attempt with a Grade A. I highly recommend On Road Driving Instructor Training (ORDIT) - Lynne and Dan are the best of the best Grade A instructors with the highest score you can achieve. Fantastic experience: If your considering becoming a driving instructor you can’t go far wrong with Lynne and Dan. I failed my first attempt at my Part 3, mainly due to the wrong trainer for the support I needed. A pupil told me to look at a different trainer to see if I could get better support so I found Lynne, this woman knows everything you need to know about the ADI training I only wish I knew her before my failed attempt. If you think your outgoing you’ve yet to meet Lynne, she is seldom quite, but everything she says makes sense and is perfectly expressed in a way you can understand. I will be maintaining contact with Lynne and her team to make sure my standards remain high ready for Standard Check time, who knows I may one day get 51/51. Fantastic experience: Passed today first time at bury driving test, used lots of advanced techniques and I really enjoyed learning despite being a nervous driver. A+ highly recommended
