Fantastic experience: Thanks Martin for your time and patience these past few weeks, I have one very Happy young man who has passed his driving test today, he has enjoyed every minute of learning to drive. Excellent service and can not thank you enough. Highly recommend Martins a top man !!!

Negative experience: Not even a reply regarding my son's driving lessons. Obviously doesn't want the business, so I'll take my £500 else where! How rude!

Dear Lisa It’s incorrect to say that i haven't got back to you on time, as you did thank me for a prompt response from your first email. Granted in been 2/3 day since further contact has been made…..this is the following reasons which may be enlightening when searching for an instructor to spend your £500 pounds with. We are exactly at the point of the year which all instructors find extremely difficult and are under great pressure when all our current pupils all go back to collage or uni and therefore have completely different availability and schedules. I, personally are constantly over-subscribed all the time therefore i have to re schedule over 35 pupils and also develop the waiting list which is extremely complex and very time consuming. Couple this with actually delivering lessons, arrangement of live lessons, going on tests and when all thats done, back into my diary to see where everyone is going to fit into a finite number of slots (as, after all there is only me), answering calls for new enquiries oh, and find test for pupils that they cannt get as the government are running 6/7 months behind ( but that’s something else the instructor has to deal with ) The review button is for reviewing my ability to deliver lessons, not to open my inbox and look at every single email all times of the day, as now your are armed with the facts that i am bombed out all the time. It would have been probably better to actually ring / text / WhatsApp me rather than try and harm my ( self employed ) business, and I could have therefore explained all this before you writing this nonsense at 2:30pm in the afternoon ( I was out working with a pupil who is due for test ) Since we have not met, nor spoken, or actually any lessons, you based a review of me on my available to write emails ….. well here it is, in public…. As that is the way you wanted it by not taking down this nonsense. So, I’m guessing only now you understand the slight delay in getting back to you. ( having already send a review )
