Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Mr Darren, I really appreciate for the job his done and fit the dual control for my toyota estima hybrid today, Saturday 12th. I travelled from Nottingham just to show my car to see if it's possible to fit the dual control for it, and he was so helpful and kind to say because you travel all the way from Nottingham to Leeds I'll do it and he did it straight away. Fantastic experience: I'm a driving instructor and used these before . They found I don't need another set of duals, just a snapped clutch cable and they're doing it now. They're saving me alot of money. I'll reccomend these to everyone. They've gone above and beyond my expectations. Negative experience: They keep changing their quotes from day to day. Lack of professionalism and trust. I advise to stay away from them. BAD BAD BAD...etc

Negative experience: Absolute horrible customer service. I’m over 2HRS away from the garage and out of courtesy I thought they’d look at my images and assess the installations needed as I was more than willing to travel. But all’s I got was a “we’ll play it by ear” message. So I decide to phone them up to get a bit more information before I come as this is a specific job. Then all I got was a “Can’t Be Bothered to Deal With It” and they hung up on me. 10 minutes later they message me asking if someone had done them for me. Fortunately I’ve found a more professional garage who specialise in what I need to have done with their more expansive skillset. Wouldn’t let this garage touch my car one bit.

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing. Always friendly and helpful. Will go the extra mile, and are competently priced. I drive 2hrs each way to use them for my dual controls.

Negative experience: The poorest customer service I have ever experienced fitted universal dual control they let me down fake garage I am not recommending anyone to go there,

Fantastic experience: Booked in for dual controls fitted for 2 cars booked for 11:30 first car went in at 11:30 on the dot, 40 minutes each car badaboom excellent and polite service will definitely use again

Negative experience: One of the worst company. Called 2 weeks ago and get price for Dual brake control system for automatic car. £350 quoted by a lady after confirming from someone. When I ask for appointment she said no need appointment and it take only 2 hours . So 21 September I give my to my friend because I am working person don’t have time to go. But they refused and said book and appointment with us. Don’t have choice so book an appointment for 22 September 2022 . 10:30am. Take the day off from work. Been there after providing my details and car details guy ask me do you know the price I said yes it’s been quoted £350. He said no it’s wrong price we never give this price so would be £400 for automatic car when I explained him he just become a rude with me. He said to me do you want or not just yes or no. After I said give me some time then I think about because take the day off from work and travel 10 miles to here for just £50 it’s ok. Then I been to reception lady was there I said I would like to book a car but it’s unfair a price you charging me I am paying you £400 now because waste of time for me she replied it’s your problem not our and go somewhere else . Which is not possible for me to go an other place without appointment. The she said I am not going to book you I will ask to someone else to book you . After waiting 15 min a guy come and ask me for details etc. Then I mentioned when I call first time lagay said this part comes with 12 month’s warranty so please can you explain me what kind warranty is and you will give me invoice for that and what your terms and conditions for warranty. He replied to me if you have any problem come back we will fix for you I said that will be mentioned on invoice or warranty page he said I don’t know. Basically verbal warranty and I am paying £400. I said if you give me warranty in written happy to pay £400 but not verbal. He said sorry. So basically this the way how this garage works . I don’t have option for 0 star . Very rude staff . Stay away..

Negative experience: Very dodgy people. Had controls fitted from them Wire kept breaking every few months. Every time the cable broke, paid for repair Loss of work, fuel and time Had an accident because of the dodgy controls. No warranty. *****never use them****

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend these guys enough. Have used them for all my dual controls, both He-man and universal, they've come on site to fit them and for the last couple of times I've taken my car to their unit. Always been friendly and efficient and have just got me in same day to repair one of my pedals, straight in and done, and they wouldn't even take any money for the job. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I was let down at the last minute by an other dual control fitter when I contacted Daz and Angie. They fit me in late on Friday night to get the duals fitted and working. Very knowledgeable and friendly both of them, highly recommend and you get what you pay for. Thanks Daz n Angie.
