Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor who cares, understands and works hard to help you get to where you need to be. Good to talk to and makes you feel comfortable and positive, also loved the motivational talk before my test Micheal is a great guy as well as an Excellent instructor who I would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Michael enough. Extremely professional, punctual and a brilliant trainer. Makes you feel at ease and pushes you to really challenge yourself when learning to drive. Couldn’t have passed first time without him and will be recommending him to any friend and family 100%

Negative experience: This would be 0 stars if possible. Michael is a poor instructor and a thief that tried stealing over £500 of my money. After selling me 'transferable lessons' he denied my attempts to give the remaining lessons to my friend and started introducing new fees and ignoring my calls. This went on for months until i was forced to contact a solicitor to get my money back, they took one look at my evidence and concluded Michael was trying to take advantage of a 17 year old! We started court proceedings and and he soon realised he was in the wrong when that letter dropped! Stay well clear of this money grabber, all of his intentions are to take advantage of young inexperienced people. I got in contact with someone else that had a similar experience which begs the question, how much money has he taken from young drivers?

The policy of our driving school If a candidate takes cancellations without completing training and without notifying the instructor no refund is due. Due to all training being booked on evenings and weekends many candidates where unable to have driving lessons. Short notice cancellation of training will incurr charges as per terms and conditions outlined.

As a result we have taken onboard comments written here and understand it is very difficult to please all people all of the time, we endeavour to continue to offer the very best service to all of our candidates.

Fantastic experience: Great man to work with and be taught by. Has great patience with the learners and teaches well in order to get people ready for their tests. Amazing help.
