Negative experience: Absolute scam!! Beware! They wouldn't redeem our voucher for a significant amount of money - do not use total scam of a business.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!! They promise on the website to keep your money safe for driving lessons. They issue a voucher that no instructor takes that have a short expiry date. ALL THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE FAKE AS THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE A REVIEW! They issue a voucher which nobody takes that then expires. This is my personal experience. They have literally stolen £200 off me and we’ve had ZERO lessons. Please see the trustpilot reviews, DO NOT BUY DRIVING LESSON VOUCHERS. Buy them from the instructor you will use. This is designed to steal money for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never heard of “NDP” until I got gifted with the Driving Lessons Voucher. I was skeptical this could be some type of scam at first as all the driving instructors I contacted had never heard of it. I was almost frustrated when I reached out to my aunt who gifted the voucher. She immediately contact “NDP” and got them to contact me. To my amazement “Alan” reached out to walk me through the process. He’s very fast and effective in reply’s. My experience has been nothing but first class. I finally found an instructor, explained to them about the voucher, how to redeem it and few days later payment was cleared in instructors bank and now I start lessons. I’d like to say big thank you to the team @ NDP most especially “Alan” for his fantastic customer service, he went far and beyond to assure me there’s nothing to worry about as I was concerned if I’d be able to use the voucher as most driving instructors never heard of it.
