Fantastic experience: Fiona is an incredible driving instructor and an even more amazing person overall. She goes above and beyond to support you through every step of the learning process. She explains each step thoroughly and in great detail, making sure you fully understand before moving on. As well as this she allows space to put your skills and knowledge into practice by taking opportunities to ask questions and encourage you to think about how you’d react to different real-life situations which builds your confidence for independent driving. Her patience, encouragement, and genuine care make you feel completely supported and at ease throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her more!

Fantastic experience: Fiona at Select Drives is incredible. So patient, understanding, knowledgeable, organised, safe, encouraging and personable. Being an “older” learner was incredibly nerve wracking for me to start, but with Fiona by my side, she got me to my pass day 1st time round, and as equally important - feeling so ready for independent driving. I cannot recommend Fiona enough, for any age or stage of your life / driving. I have been so, so lucky to have met such a wonderful person and teacher. ✨

Fantastic experience: I started lessons with Fiona after a +10-year gap since I last drove and failed my first driving test. I was really apprehensive to get behind the wheel again after such a long break but immediately felt calm with Fiona. Fiona is first and foremost a kind, thoughtful and caring person who is truly invested in the success of her students - I can say this confidently having used other schools in the past. On top of this, she's organised, methodical and patient which I can imagine came in handy with me! I also really enjoyed the laughs we'd have during lessons, it really helped put me at ease. I'm so happy to say I passed yesterday and know this wouldn't be possible without her support (she even staved off my wobble at the test centre). Thank you, Select Driver Training.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed learning to drive with Fiona. She was very organised and constantly communicated information in advance. She provided comprehensive information, videos and content which was very useful and covered most scenarios I could encounter. Fiona was extremely friendly, very professional and welcomed any questions I had giving me very clear explanations. I felt well prepared for my driving test after my lessons with Fiona and I would highly recommend her as a driving instructor to others ☺️

Fantastic experience: I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Unfortunately I’ve had a few instructors. With that in mind, without a doubt, the best instructor I’ve ever had has been Fiona. Whole experience is relaxing, informative and the whole process is an absolute pleasure. Fiona’s app has everything you need to reflect on your progress and to see any areas you need to focus on. All questions and details for the test are there in one place, it’s the only thing you need to pass. The only negative thing I have to say is now I’ve passed, I no longer have time with Fiona in the car - it’s been absolute pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I definitely would love to give 5 star for my driving instructor. I learnt all the knowledge and skills that are important to drive safely and pass the driving test. She is a strict instructor but always patient with every questions I asked. Well deserved to be the best instructor in Scotland.

Fantastic experience: Fiona, was an incredibly caring, patient and professional instructor who was incredibly easy to talk to about any worries or issues I had, she always made sure you were comfortable and was incredibly supportive always making sure I had confidence in myself and my abilities which I was able to carry over into the test, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Fiona enough. From the outset her friendly, patient and approachable manner helped as I suffered with really high anxiety levels learning from…scratch . Fiona went through everything really well and I left lessons feeling capable and motivated to work on certain areas. She has the perfect professional attitude you want and need from a driving mentor. Fantastic experience: Fiona is an amazing instructor and I cannot recommend Select Drivers enough. She provides clear calm instruction and is supportive/encouraging. She goes out of her way to make sure you have all the skills and knowledge to be a safe driver. My son has really enjoyed his lessons and clicked with Fiona immediately. He passed his test today on his first attempt and we are delighted. Thanks for everything Fiona!!

Fantastic experience: I booked a lesson with Select Drivers and knew that I wanted continue with Fiona within 20 minutes. She is patient, encouraging, and explains things very clearly! I didn't just feel like I was learning to pass a test, I felt like I was learning to be a safe and competent driver. I never write reviews, but I passed my test and cannot recommend Select Drivers enough!

Fantastic experience: Fiona from Select Drivers was patient and encouraging when she taught me to drive. She let me take things slowly and explained and demonstrated things clearly which made such a difference. I was very nervous after early lessons with a family member and starting lessons with Select Drivers helped me to build my understanding of how to drive safely and feel like I knew what I was doing in a car. When I took my test, she helped me prepare and take it at my own pace which meant I was able to take and pass my test with confidence.
