Negative experience: Sorry, nice guy but I didn’t find his driving style suited me that well. Practiced for 30+ hours, including an intensive course, and still failed. I felt distracted at times during lessons and we also didn’t work on things I needed help with as much as was needed. Didn’t really feel ready for my test either. It’s a shame but there was just too much chatter in the car.

Fantastic experience: I've been learning with Matt since August and I have just passed my test first time with only three minors! His teaching is very clear and detailed which makes students feel fully prepared ready for their test. 5/5 stars

Matt is a lively person, he clearly guide and motivate you to get success in your driving test. Once Matt completes his initial assessment with you, he does the rating assigned and identify where you need more training. I have successfully passed my driving test and got my license. I would kindly recommend Matt to all first time learners.

Fantastic experience: After having a quick hour assessment with Matt, he recommended how many lessons I booked in, after booking my test I had an intense driving course with him. He was nothing but professional and friendly, and even advised that we cut out one of the lessons as he felt that it was not needed which saved me some money! Very honest and a great instructor.

He was always encouraging and filling me with confidence which is vital in an instructor when teaching new drivers how to do seemingly ‘scary’ things. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Matt enough! We clicked from the get go! Always looked forward to our lessons. We had great banter and he made me feel so comfortable and confident on the road! He never looked at me as a learner, he treated me with respect. I Passed my driving test today on my first try and I have him to thank for it. He won’t take the credit but I couldn’t of done it without him. Absolutely amazing person, will definitely be staying in touch. Thank you for everything! X

Fantastic experience: Matt is a fantastic driving instructor. He brings out your confidence in driving whilst being friendly and witty. If you’re learning to drive I highly recommend you take your lessons with Matt.

Fantastic experience: I would like to begin by saying thank you to my instructor Matt, he is very patient, understanding and a great motivator. Matt gives you the confidence to be braver when you feel nervous and he makes you feel relaxed with his witty sense of humour. He will not only teach you how to pass your driving test but how to be a safe driver which he believes is more important than anything. I originally took my first driving test 11 years ago, failed and never attempted to take it again until now. After my first driving assessment with Matt recently I decided to just go for it and I’m so happy I did as within 4-5 days of doing an intensive driving course, I passed my driving test yesterday on the first attempt. Matt refused to take any credit for me passing my test yesterday but he’s wrong to do so I know for certain I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Matt anymore, such a nice bloke and really easy to get along with. I didn’t think it was possible as I’ve had a bad instructor before, but after doing just a 16 hour intensive course with Matt, I passed within a week. 5*
