Negative experience: Seen this white Honda out on a lesson car was hitting the curbs multiple times and then witnesses the instructor showing and pointing at a van behind them more than 3 cars away terrible. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Trisha! Refusing to refund pre-paid services and she cancelled lessons Had exact same issue as the one of the previous complaints. Trisha cancelled lessons and refused to rearrange times. Meaning I was unable to complete my block of lessons and therefore was unable to attend my test. After this I simple asked for a refund but just got a series of childish messages in an abusive tone. She refused my request of a refund, after initial agreeing this was her fault and tried to negotiate with me but after my experience with her and how she handled the situation I was not interested. She then told me I'd get half of the £240 back, which I obviously declined. It's wasn't until 2 to 3 weeks later, after her blocking my number and me contacting the dvsa that I was able to recoup some of the money owed. She consistently made this a struggle, acted like none of this was her fault and tried to push made up costs on to me. I'd advise anyone not to take lessons with her but especially to not pay upfront, as it seems she has previous for this.

Fantastic experience: trish has the patience of a saint, shes a brilliant instructor and coach and she really does care about her students and help them with every aspect of driving aswell as themselves personally too. Trish is an absolute gem with her own unique personal touch and caring attitude added into the mix too. A wonderful driving school xxxx

Would 100% recommend the most I’ve felt comfortable when driving.
