Fantastic experience: Kingfisher Minicoaches supported us with wedding guest transport between the church and reception venues. Right from first contact I was impressed with how responsive and helpful they were. Tony and Oat were brilliant to deal with throughout and the coach provided catered for the disability needs of some guests. As a result all guests comfortably enjoyed their trip and were well looked after. I can't recommend Kingfisher Minicoaches highly enough for your event transport needs and would definitely use again.

Negative experience: totally horrible, we were going on a theatre trip full of exitement, but very disappointingly, the coach was literally one hour late that we didn't have time to eat dinner. please do not use this coach company, terrible.

Negative experience: Road Raging Bus Driver: On the morning of the 26th of September 2022 my child was travelling in your minibus that they had just boarded on Eldon Road, Reading. The bus started to pull out as cars were passing, then a passing car sounded it's horn. According to my child the driver started to get very angry and apparently flashed the lights and sounded the horn back and began tailgating the car. The car stopped for a red light and the bus driver began swearing at them. My child said she was terrified and as the light went green the bus driver continued to tailgate the car. On Erleigh Road the driver continued to tailgate and as the car turned down a side road the bus driver sounded the horn and swore at the car. As the journey proceeded my child informs me that the driver continued to drive in an aggressive manner. I am now going to drive my child myself as your driver put them at risk in demonstrating this behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Tony is fantastic! From the moment I first spoke to him he was calm, reassuring and helpful. Tony and his team transported all of our wedding guests from their hotels to our wedding venue, ran a shuttle service during the evening and then collected everyone else at the end of the night to take them home- and it all ran perfectly. Planning with Tony was so easy and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend Tony and Kingfisher mini coaches and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: When two weeks before my sisters wedding with over 130 guests we had our coach company cancel on us, Tony and his team where able to sort out alternative arrangements in a matter of hours. Tony could not have been more helpful and understood the tense nature of the situation so booked in what we needed without needing instant deposits. He made himself available to change if needed and put lots of effort it to make sure our guests had a fun experience while traveling. I cannot thank Tony and the team enough and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We used Kingfisher coaches to transport guests back to the hotel after our wedding and they were great! Very reasonably priced and great service! I liased with Oat for the booking process who was fantastic - responded to emails really fast and I changed timings a few times and she was great at accommodating that and making sure it all ran smoothly. Highly recommend!

Obtained a quote from Kingfisher very quickly and easily and more than accommodating on the phone and the requirements to arrange the transportation. Fantastic experience: Kingfisher were fantastic and went well beyond the expectation of excellent service. They quoted quickly and competitively. Given the outcomes it was a very good price. We held a party and had 50 of our guests staying at a local hotel.Tony came twice in the run up (once in a coach) to check that our access was suitable. We had a tight schedule to bring guests to the party - 2 times with just enough spare to get the coach back to the hotel. On the night some guests "jumped" their time slot and Tony quickly laid on an additional coach to deal with the issue. Our agreement going back was flexible. Tony arrived at midnight but only 2 or 3 wanted to go. At 1am, when the party was planned to end, Tony checked that there was sufficient usage at that time to ensure that by running an extra coach at 1.30am no guests would be left stranded. it was a good party but it is not often when a number of guests mention the coach driver in their thank you letters. Thank you Kingfisher; thank you Tony.

Fantastic experience: In October this year Kingfisher provided transport for 100 guests attending my daughter’s wedding between Wokingham, Dunsden Green and Reading. Fantastic experience: We took a group of 18 (9 under 12’s) to London, Edinburgh and national parks along the way. The coaches accommodated all of us plus our luggage comfortably. The drivers were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and adaptable. The cost was very affordable. The trip would not have been half so successful without them. A definite win when we found them!
