Fantastic experience: I thought I'd already left a (well-deserved) review, but I'm writing one today because I passed on my first attempt! I've been learning with Irfan for almost two years, on and off due to work commitments, with gaps of several months in between. As a learner, I was definitely slower than most in getting used to the quirks of (manual) driving. This was already frustrating for me, so I've always appreciated his patience — particularly in tighter situations! — and unwavering encouragement. As an instructor, Irfan has a good sense of humour but also knows when a learner needs to buckle up, and to gently but firmly reprimand. More generally, his demeanour is highly respectful and professional. On the occasions he has arrived late (due to the previous lesson overrunning, for example) or needs to take calls from prospective learners during the lesson, he ensures that that time is made up. Going forward, if I decide to take the six-hour Pass Plus course, I would definitely do so with Irfan. Otherwise, I have no hesitation in recommending him to future learners and wish him and his family only the best. 22nd October 2024

Fantastic experience: Yasmeen was my automatic driving instructor and she is so incredible at explaining and teaching in a way that is so simple! I learnt so much from her in such a short amount of time, and she is incredibly patient and will go over areas that you may not understand and ensure that by the end of the lesson you do understand how to do it. She isn’t critical and discouraging, which is great because it helps you improve without being down on yourself, and she has incredible tips and tricks That will help you improve your driving for your test, but just for Driving in general. I 100% recommend

Negative experience: Not too bad but unfortunately not as good as everyone experienced. I am certain that I took lessons with your driving school and not others. In my opinion my instructor was not exam oriented enough and did not offer enough tactical advice.

Negative experience: I did lessons with her for a long time and one week she said she felt ill and cancelled my lesson and then continued to cancel it again the week after. Then when i tried to rebook the lesson she ignored my messages with no explanation. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my UK driving test . Yasmeen was my driving instructor. When I joined the school, I was a beginner, but Yasmeen helped me gain control of steering, navigate junctions, and essentially taught me safe driving practice for various road situations. She thoroughly covered all the test routes and provided valuable guidance, which greatly helped me during the test. He was punctual, professional, gave me useful tips to focus properly on road. He pointed out all the issues that I needed to correct to pass my test. Fantastic experience: I have been such a nervous driver that I gave up when I was 21 with a big driving school (national) that was more interested in just signing people up. The thought alone made me so anxious, even for lessons. Do not skimp or bulk buy or go with a convenient teacher or school - this is absolutely the best. Usman built my confidence, didn't give up on me, is exceptionally logical and practical, calm - bit by bit I'm finally happy to say, 5 months in, I'm a first time pass. I was so nervous on the day of my test I thought I'd vomit! But he gave me the skills to do it, and my mind followed. Truly couldn't recommend enough.
