Fantastic experience: Ended up in a situation where I needed an instructor at short notice. Brian was very accommodating, professional and friendly.

Negative experience: My rating is strictly because of one instructor, if you ever get offered lessons by Dominic TURN THEM DOWN!!! As a company time2pass is great, my whole family have used them and passed but I have the misfortune of getting dominic, hes absolutely useless! He took me for 1 driving lesson and said that he didn't need to see me agian untill I have a test booked in, it is now a month away from my test, I was scheduled in for a lesson on Wednesday 28th may @12.30pm so come 12.45pm i message and try ringing him as he didn't turn up. He replied an hour later telling me he apparently booked it in for the following day when the conversation wasn't even a week ago he specified Wednesday to mee. As its soo close to my test date is was abit taken back by how little care he has towards the situation so I replied saying I need my lesson date× to be 100% guaranteed as I only have limited lesson time with him before the actual test. He then replys with "find a new instructor" Left me on my arse a month before my actual test, what professional intrustor does something like thiss!? So im now having to cancel my test and rebook for a later date because im having to find a new instructor on short notice. I wasn't even going to put a review up but I couldn't help but think of the people wasting thier money on this guyyy. AVOID DOMINIC IF HES OFFERED TO YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Adam as a driving instructor highly enough! His meticulous approach to lessons made all the difference in my learning experience. Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to Adam and Brian, they pulled me out of a hole and helped me when I was massively let down. They put me at ease straight away and reassured me the whole way and took me through to pass my test in less than 4 months. Highly recommend, professional, friendly and love what they do.

Tim is genuinely an excellent instructor and Would recommend him to anyone if you want to pass your driving test, if you don’t understand something he explains it in the best way possible. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend enough, I was instructed by Jeff Adams who who was very thorough and covered everything I needed to know. Every lesson was relaxed and enjoyable... like I was like going on a drive with a family member. He was able to get me to pass my test 1st time and just taking 4 months!

Fantastic experience: I learned with Tim, It was a great experience, I thoroughly recommend him.

Negative experience: My Daughter spent over £500. Tutor didn't seem to know whether coming or going n some days. Lots of confusion re timings. Asked for a receipt, never got. Started with new instructor and my daughter was given a pack, stating average amount of hours it takes to pass, a load of other info and a tick box chart of what needs undertaking. Upon doing this exercise regarding her lessons with Neil and Time to Pass, she hadn't done half of it! Total rip-off!! Feel robbed...the old adage re taking candy from babies comes to mind...

Fantastic experience: Neil's an excellent instructor who provides great instruction while I was learning to drive - very patient, clear and thorough. I'd definitely recommend Time2Pass if you're considering learning to drive, and big thanks!

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say, Neil is an absolute legend! He really is fantastic, I’m probably the most nervous driver ever and he’s helped me pass! I met Neil 10 years ago when he taught me and I gave it up, so when I decided to learn again I knew exactly who was the best person to help me pass and tracked him down on google and called him straight away and came back to Hastings for the week (I now live in Brighton) He went out of his way to give me an extra few hours driving lessons the day before my test as I had a mental breakdown about it all. He is calm and encouraging and He is such an experienced driving instructor he knows all the tips on how best park which makes it so much easier. I can’t thank him enough!!! And I’m sorry for being such a difficult student and crying all the time! Thank you, thank you, thank you Neil!!

Fantastic experience: I passed today (4th time lucky) and I had Andy as my instructor in an automatic car. Andy is beyond brilliant, so patient, he really is the best of the best. I can’t recommend this driving school highly enough!

Negative experience: Just spent 20 minutes stuck behind one of these guys, whilst in 20 mph traffic, and his eyes were rarely on the road. In the car on his own he must have been an instructor, so why was he writing in a notepad on the steering wheel, then reading from a book on the passenger seat and intermittently swigging from a can that left him looking at the ceiling? All whist weaving across the lane in traffic?

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test using time2pass. Couldn't fault them they where absolutely fantastic Neil especially. Would recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Booked an appointment, didn't hear from anyone for 2 weeks, didn't answer phone or return messages, didn't show up for appointment. Possibly fine elsewhere, my experience sucked.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Time2pass!! Recently passed my test with Jeff Adams as my instructor, he is knowledgeable and made lessons really enjoyable. You're guaranteed some laughs in the car and he'll get you up to test standards in no time. Cheers Jeff
