Fantastic experience: I had my lessons with Pradeep. I can say that all the process to get the license was stressful for me, but I was prepared for that. We practiced all the possible ways and we worked on every mistake. So, I was super calm on the test day and I were able to pass it.

Negative experience: I had a lesson from an instructor called “Rajakrin….” and was very disappointed with the lesson. He was late to my lesson and very unprofessional throughout the lesson, picking up phone calls and making me park aside for him to talk on the phone. He also went to fill up petrol and took almost 10 mins at the petrol station as he walked around the store. He also denied my request to practice in roundabouts which is what I booked the lesson for. I nearly had anytime on the drivers seat as he was wasting so much time which I paid for. I would not recommend this company at all.

Fantastic experience: After two let downs with other drive Johnson instructions (one let us down and one only offered two hour lessons - not great if you’re a single parent !) . It was third time lucky with Stephen. My son absolutely loved his lessons each week with Stephen and although he’s super happy he passed he did say he is going to miss his weekly chilled lessons. Stephen goes above and beyond, super patient, super reliable and super cool (my son’s words!) I only wish my older two had him as their instructor. I’d give ten stars if I could. Thank you so much Stephen !! Will see you next year when the youngest turns 17 xx

Negative experience: I had a lesson with Samy in Watford, I was picked up and told to drive. He didn’t even check my provisional license, I had to drop off the previous learner driver at their house then he looked at my license. We went round the same route for 90 minutes didn’t learn much. I messaged Samy a few days later and he read it and didn’t get in contact so I rang the office and they said they’ll have a word. He messaged me back very bluntly what day and time I messaged back and he never replied. Very unprofessional happy to take my cash but not provide a decent service

Fantastic experience: After a couple of lessons with a boring and unhelpful instructor, I switched to Stephen from DriveJohnsons who took my lessons from boring and scary to something I was always looking forward to. I chose him because of how cheap the lessons were and soon realised he was an awesome instructor and I would have paid much more. He taught me fantastically how to drive and I passed in not many lessons. He teaches in a really helpful way that doesn't just force you to boringly memorise roads, but to learn skills that made it super easy to adapt my driving to new areas and feel very comfortable on the road driving properly. As well as this he was really helpful and accommodating, always ready to answer any questions I needed, as well as being very flexible with lesson hours and understanding with any issues. On top of all this, he made lessons extremely relaxed and enjoyable which is something I had been missing with my old instructor and really helped me get the most out of lessons and want to drive more. Fantastic experience: Stephen was quality from start to finish, always made me feel calm and we had a laugh too. I failed my first test (all my fault nothing to do with him) and booked a second one months after, I got a cancellation and within a weeks notice he let me use his car and gave me a 2 hour lesson a day before the test and I passed! Fantastic experience: Started with Drive Johnson’s just before Christmas and was driving with another instructor before starting with Kajal. She took over when my other instructor had to go overseas and I could not have hoped for a better transition. They were so quick to organise a replacement, knowing my test was coming up, and then Kajal has been nothing but brilliant. She is very knowledgable, calm and a just a great person to drive with. Passed first time and could not be happier! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to John for helping my son Alex pass his driving test in Watford earlier today. This was Alex’s 2nd attempt following a fail in Poole, Dorset last year. So we searched for the next nearest test centre and Watford was available, we then sourced Johnson’s and were placed with John. 5 top up lessons later around the test area and Alex has got his licence! We couldn’t be more delighted for him. Thanks once again to John at Johnson’s for helping to get him over the line! Great job!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test very easily, One of the most hard working instructor, I’ve ever seen. Very polite and tries more than 100% to make you pass the test .

Negative experience: Didn't turn up as arranged twice, then the 3rd time we called and on hold for 20mins and was given the excuse of duplicate booking as an office error and then said they was outside the wrong house so left..... avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: Andy M will squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Don’t let him keep you back like it’s your fault (Bad teacher bad results). He will keep you in small roads for God knows how long. When learning with AA for 4 hours of lesson I’ve covered way more than with Andy M. Save your money and peace of mind. Plus I’m tired of listening to him complaining about other students
