Fantastic experience: I had twenty hours of lessons with Rob and I could not recommend him enough. Throughout our lessons together, he was incredibly patient, helpful and friendly. Out of the three driving instructors I've had, he is by far the best and allowed me to pass my driving test.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test first time because of Rob. He’s so patient and understanding. Since my first lesson, I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the car. I definitely couldn’t have done it without him and I’m very lucky that he was my first and only driving instructor. If anyone was to ask me for a recommended instructor, I’ll always point his way. Fantastic experience: Rob is an amazing and extraordinary instructor. Very calm, soft spoken and polite. Had a terrible experience with a rude instructor when I started learning in the past before I met him. I thought it would take me a long time to learn to drive as was so traumatised by previous instructors rude remarks. But when I started taking lessons with Rob , he never got annoyed even for once. He is always encouraging and very systematic in his approach to teach. I passed my test in the first attempt very smoothly. I am very thankful and would recommend him to any new learners highly. Driving lessons does not have to be stressful, it can be very fun if you get the right instructor like Rob in Thanet area.

Fantastic experience: Rob was my third and final driving instructor. The other two often cancelled on me last minute or just never tried to find time for me. They treated driving as their job whereas Rob treats it like a passion. He was always early to our lesson and always tried to find time to fit me into his busy schedule. Rob is also extremely patient, explaining things to me the 10th time with the same calmness and patience he did the first time. He is an excellent instructor, a great man and made sure I passed my test.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion Rob is the best driving instructor around. Smart, funny and very knowledgeable chap. He will get you to become a solid driver in no time. His straight to the point examples will make you remember things for life. Amazing chap with great sense of humour. I just can't recommend him enough. Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to find Rob @ Alps Driving School just 6 days before my test! I have had different driving instructors from London and Kent and believed I was test ready before meeting Rob. My first lesson with him was an eye opener for myself, I realised that I was not test ready but with the little time we had during those 6 days he showed me references and reference points I had never seen that were so easy to remember through his style of teaching. I felt so confident after my lessons with Rob and passed with just 1 fault. I felt so comfortable behind the wheel during lessons that it felt as if I was being taught by a friend I had known my whole life. My son is 17 this year and I have no doubts that Rob is the right man to help my son be a safe and smart road user. Big thanks to you Rob for sharing your knowledge and helping me be test ready. Always friendly and made me feel relaxed and confident about my test. I couldn't recommend this man enough .
