Negative experience: Sets a terrible example for learner drivers.

Fantastic experience: Adam is an amazing instructor, had a tough time with my previous instructor. But with Adam, he was calm, fun, professional, only needed a few lessons before I was ready for my test with him. And I passed today !! He actually listens to what I wanted to practise more on until I was happy with any Manoeuvres! Thank you so much again & would recommend to everyone !!

Negative experience: Called to enquire about intensive driving lessons as online enquiry was not replied to, was told they are fully booked. Apparently until the end of time as we were given no opportunity to get any further than an abrupt goodbye. Maybe the instructor is terminally ill one can only wonder.

Positive experience: First instructor i had took the money and didn't turn up. But when I phoned the office they got the money back and sent me a different instructor and he has been amazing would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible and rude instructor, he cancelled most of the lessons and when it got closer to the test we Very long lessons. He would take me to his house for him to go to the toilet, absolute disgrace… He owes me money as well.

Negative experience: One of the teachers of A Class Driving School was very rude to my wife! She explained how she was already nervous and instead of the 'teacher' comforting her, he was having a straight go at her. She said that the man wasnt actually teaching and just there to blame her and have a go. He told her he wont teach her anymore and cut the lesson an hour early. Isnt this man there to teach or at least comfort the client? Terrible service. Making an unconfident women lose her self belief. Also he still hasnt yet refunded either. AVOID

Negative experience: The driver was very rude. Every lesson got shorter and shorter. Some where cancelled. Really put me off driving

Negative experience: I would give this driving school 0 stars if I could. Instructor regularly cancelled. Driving instructor was VERY rude, if I made a mistake I would get shouted at and belittled. I wouldn’t recommend this driving school at all.

Fantastic experience: Jamie Lloyd- I cannot fault my instructor in any way shape or form. I suffer with severe anxiety disorder and he made me feel at ease the whole time I was driving. He knew how to deal with my disorder within minutes. He always knew how to calm me down in stressful situations and always reassured me that I was a natural driver. I passed my test first time and it is all due Jamie. I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better instructor, he caters to every single one of his students needs no matter what it may be. I highly recommend A class driving school but please make sure you ask for Jamie!!

Negative experience: Terrible. Needed some refresh lessons and the instructor had me on backroads the whole time despite me being test ready. Very lazy and poorly trained instructors who charge the amount of the top driving schools. They will hire anyone. My instructor didn’t know any backroads in the area and was googling areas that we could drive to. After having enough I requested a refund for my pre booked lessons more than a week in advance of my next lesson and they did not give me. Absolute thieves.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and unreliable. The instructor booked my test, I hadn't had lessons in months and he said he could only give me a lesson the night before my test. He also owes me money, for this test that didn't take place, it has been over a month now, still haven't received anything and A class don't seem too bothered about it. Instructor was never on time, cancels last minute and just cared about money. Would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: Done my driving lessons with jamie he is a very good driving intructor and takes time to work with u and he is very laid back and very good at what he does hes helped me pass my test and gave me loads of confidence on the road i would very recomend him to people starting off driving

Fantastic experience: I have to say a massive thank you to Jamie, whilst learning to drive everything I learned was insightful coming from Jamie he is really enthusiastic about his job, and knows what he's talking about with regards to the car. (inside and out). Very down to earth man. His teachings methods were very diligent which helped me substantially and by what reviews I'm reading that's also the case with his other students. Would recommend Jamie to anyone who wants to drive. I passed with 3 minors so happy and thankful for Jamie's help. As Jamie would say, "Magic" Best of luck, and congrats!

Negative experience: Absolutely hated every second off it! Perry was my partner driving instructor and he made her feel Small everytime. She would tell my everything that I know it was wrong! And she even told me she hated every moment of it. He would Take over the wheel and do the work for her. And even brake on his side for no reason! He made her do all the wrong things and Dispit she got dyslexia he would have a go at her for somthing he wasn't clear off! But if it wasn't for her family and me of helping her what to do CORRECTLY she would have failed there and then.. But lucky Today she have passed! Perry was not impressed and he eveb said this out loud oh she passed then? (while looking like a wet weekend.) He's more interested in taking your money rather than teach you it a good thing her last instructor taught the right way. We are so lucky we don't have to see that old git again # depressing lazy lack of an instructor. I would of done NO star but unfortunately I had to give a star to wright my comment down.

Fantastic experience: Finally I have passed my exam with 0 faults. I have recorded an excellent progress with Jamie. I recommend to work with him.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. I started very nervous and scared but Jamie helped me to become very confident and now I am a good driver. It was such a big pleasure to have Jamie as instructor and I'll recommend him to my friends too.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. An instructor stole over £700 from me after refusing to refund me. I hadn’t signed anything yet he was able to get away with my money. He was innapropriate and was clearly only interested in money. A class did nothing to take my complaint further. Disgusting service. Can recommend other independent instuctors who have a LOWER RATE and are more qualified.

Fantastic experience: After failing my first test and wanting to get another one done as soon as possible, my previous instructor had little availability for me to book another test. I called a-class and they got me an instructor (Jamie) ready to start lessons that night who made space for me to do my test a week later (many other instructors I called weren't available to start for weeks). During that week he made me feel so confident about my driving ability and got me to the point where I passed my test with only 2 minors. I can honestly say without him I don't think I would have been able to pass. I highly recommend Jamie and A-class driving school. Jamie prides himself on who he sends to test and clearly instructs for the love of his job, he is not the kind of instructor whose prime concern is money. Thank you Jamie!

Fantastic experience: I must admit, when I contacted A-Class Driving School, I was nervous but all staff members made me feel at ease. My driving instructor was amazing! and was very relaxed and laid back but told me when I needed to do things :) A-Class Service! :-D

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend A-Class Driving School. Other driving schools weren't as kind and helpful and were only interested in money. The office staff answered all questions in a polite manor and my driving instructor is brilliant and I look forward to continuing my driving lessons!!

Negative experience: This as been the worst experience, i have ever had with any driving school have been with. I book 10 lessons and for 8 of those lesson i was not taught anything. I do not recommend anyone to go with this driving school. Funny enough my mate had the same problem with them!!!!!!!!!!
