Podium Driving School are a family run business in Herne Bay covering areas in Essex, South East London & Kent with a proven track record of first time pass success and delighted customers.
Our lessons are built on what you need to succeed. We build confidence whilst your skills and experiences grow, all leading to that first time pass! We can get you on the road both safely and quickly with our modern client centered learning aids and techniques.
All lessons are interactive and inclusive of the learners thoughts, feedback and needs. We are now also proud to offer you access to our new drop in clinic in Dartford providing driver training and theory test support whilst catering to all needs.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jade enough! As someone who is autistic, I was initially nervous about learning to drive, but Jade found a way to teach me that made me feel comfortable and supported without ever feeling judged. She was always so friendly, patient, and understanding, taking the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me. Thanks to her amazing approach, I passed my test on the second attempt with zero faults! If you’re looking for an instructor who’s kind, professional, and truly cares about your progress, I highly recommend Jade!

Fantastic experience: Jade was fantastic with me from the very begining. She is so down to earth and just had such a friendly & lovely personality she really helped me to feel comfortable and at ease with driving. She has the patience of a saint and was always reassuring me & giving me the confidence boost i needed. Would reccomend her to everyone and so glad she is who is chose to go with. Wouldnt change a thing!

Fantastic experience: Jade has been amazing, I had a few changes with instructors leading up to my test, however, she was able to fit me in and help not only build my confidence but also prepare me for test day. I would 100% recommend Jade as your driving instructor she has been brilliant! I was able to pass first try thanks to her.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about how good and professional Jade Blackmer was. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient, while being direct and informative of any bad driving habits that I had, and was able to expertly correct them in a very short time. Her test prep, attention to detail and tips were excellent, and I passed in my first try. 100% recommended!
