Fantastic experience: Great service, ordered a colourfile professional 3 book for next day delivery and got it in a time slot that suited my availability. Book was brilliant quality, very happy with my order!

Negative experience: Ordered a roof box from this company, and when it arrived, it had visible scratches. I notified the company, but no action was taken. After using the roof box for some time, grey surface marks began to appear all over it. When I raised this issue with the company, they blamed the way the car was washed, even though I only used water to clean the roof box, with no chemicals. The company assured me they would contact their supplier and get back to me within a week, but I never received any follow-up. I had to reach out again, and they gave more excuses about the supplier contacting their own supplier, but still nothing was resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company or purchase from them again. I received an email from the owner stating that the issue occurred due to the way the roof box was washed. I made it clear to him that it had only been cleaned with water, but he completely ignored this. I have also attached pictures, which clearly show that these marks could not have been caused by cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Love this place . Don't bother with online eBay shops that don't care about you . This guy will help you , give good advice and his work is so professional. Needed a new sign and artwork to go with it , worked out cheaper and better then eBay getting it separately. I needed the artwork slightly altered to fit the sign , he did it so well. No bubbles , no bumps , no scratches . Also he let me collect to save a tenner in postage. Cheers legend

Negative experience: Stay away !!! So rude has no customer service. Can even ask questions. Called me after he saw the review begged it for it to be taken off. All I asked for was if he has dual controllers and asked for price and he got mad bcu he thought I was comparing prices else where

Naresh was very helpful in going through the graphics with me via email, responded to my requests accordingly and adapted the graphics to suit my requests. The print is good quality and so is the sign. Arrived next day once completed too. Absolutely no complaints about the service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He will send you proofs and you can amend until you are happy with your design. I placed my order late on Tuesday evening and received my aerodynamic roof-box on the Friday after only 2 days. Negative experience: AVOID. Horrendous customer service! Parents ordered a part on next day delivery and was sent via 2nd class royal mail! Staff incredibly rude, blunt and completely unaware of their legal requirements. Whoever it is that answers the phone needs to read up on customer service and distance selling regulations! We are key workers and wasted multiple days alternating work so someone was always home for a parcel that took a week to come! The only positive is the product that arrived (a week late!) was good.

Negative experience: Was looking around for some products and was pleased to come across DSS as they had what I needed. I made a small order with them and paid £10 for next day delivery as I had arranged a friend to receive the parcel on a day they knew they would be home. Next day arrived and nothing, weekend passed and nothing! I called and the owner was blamed the website and said he was busy and they my order was only small but not that important. He said it had been sent that day 2nd class post. Then said he had only sent half of one of the items I paid for and said he would send the rest later! But I paid for next day and I paid £10. I made several phone calls to sort this out and the owner seemed to blame me for being impatient and placing only a small order, could not have cared less and left me very disappointed as I was looking to do business. I wish I had read the reviews 1st and then I may not have ordered. It is such a shame as now I have to look elsewhere. Gutted is an understatement.

Negative experience: This place is a complete waste of time. The proprietor always seems to never give me a straight answer. Asking for simple things like invoices never happens! Sick and tired of constantly chasing. Don't waste your breath and find another supplier who actually replies to your questions.

Negative experience: Ordered a new roof box. Came with various marks and light scratches on it. Air bubbles on the vinyls. Just heard excuses when I queried it. Got offered a fiver compensation. Did not request a full refund. Complete fabrication. Ridiculous.
