Fantastic experience: One of the best driving instructors in the area. It was a pleasure learning to drive with Andy. He was very quick to pick up on ways I could improve to perfect my learning and was supportive from the beginning. He didn’t just teach me to pass my test but to drive for life. Highly recommend to others!

Fantastic experience: Learning to drive with Andy was a real pleasure from the beginning to the very satisfying end of passing my test first time. He is incredibly patient and understanding, with the invaluable ability to be able to put himself in the learners shoes and see things from my perspective. As well as this, he was also especially thorough, calm and encouraged me to become an independent, confident driver. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Learning to drive with Andy was a great experience from start to finish. With his expert guidance and support I passed my driving test on my first attempt with only 3 minor faults. He is a really calm and friendly guy with a genuine desire to see his students succeed and pass their test. I highly recommend Andy to anyone that's looking for a driving instructor who is not only good at what he does but also a genuinely nice and helpful person. Negative experience: 1st reply to initial email was speedy, then no reply for 5 days. Not very practical when you’re trying to plan for an upcoming test.

Whilst I appreciate your frustration regarding the time between replies, it does state on my contact page that replies can take considerably longer due to several factors including and not limited to, high demand for lessons and having a heavy workload. Every so often the occasional email can be overlooked as driving instructors are only human. Im not sure why it didn’t occur to you to send a follow up message before publicly attacking someone for being busy and making an oversight. I’d like to clarify that you have never been a pupil of mine, we have never even met and you are simply complaining about the reasonably short time taken to respond to an email enquiry about lessons for an out of area test that you booked in Stevenage for December 2023 prior to having an instructor in place. Your current frustration surrounding your position should not be taken out on myself or anyone else, especially at such an unprecedentedly busy time for our industry. I do however wish you all the best with your driving.
