Fantastic experience: Kam is an excellent instructor. Although I already held a driving licence from another country, adapting to the unique quirks of UK roads was a challenge. Kam’s lessons helped me become familiar with local test routes and identify some bad habits from my previous experience that I needed to unlearn. As a generally nervous driver, I especially appreciated his calm and reassuring manner when pointing out mistakes—it made a real difference to my confidence and learning. I’m pleased to say I passed on my first attempt, and I would highly recommend Kam to anyone considering driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Kam’s Academy! I found Kam on the off chance where we crossed paths whilst driving in Bushey. Took his number down and got in contact with him. My daughter Anya had a couple of previous driving instructors before I found Kam and to be honest they were not great. They would cancel her driving lessons at the last minute and never accommodate her for weekend lessons! From the time I got in contact with Kam he has been amazing! He suggested that we do a couple of hours trial lessons to make sure that both Anya was comfortable with Kam and vice versa. Anya came home after the first lesson with Kam and immediately told me that Kam is brilliant and for me to book a 10 hour slot with him which I did and Kam made sure that he could accommodate her during weekends as she was in school full time and only had time during the weekend to take her driving lessons. After the 10 lessons finished Kam informed me that Anya was more than ready to have a crack at her first driving test following her passing the theory. With Kam’s help we managed to get a cancellation booking for Anya to take her test in Watford. The best part was that it was a Saturday morning at 9:07 am where the roads were very quiet and this made such a difference and Anya passed her driving test 1st time round with only 1 minor. In the moment I was a very proud dad and I could not thank Kam enough for all his help and support. He was amazing, very pleasant and patient and tells you how it is and does not sugar coat it! I will keep Kam’s contact details and I will most certainly be contacting him again in July 2026 when my younger daughter will be ready to start her driving lessons too! I would highly recommend Kam for anyone wanting to start driving lessons as I could not fault him at all. He is brilliant and a huge star in my eyes! Good job Kam, appreciate everything you did for Anya. She cant wipe that smile off her face and she now has that pink licence, he smile just gets bigger every day! Fantastic experience: Kam is an amazing instructor who is calm and collected at all times. He taught me all the things that may of caught me out on test day so therefore on test day i would not make these mistakes and made sure i was familiar with every test route. If a mistake was made he would ensure i learnt from it. When i was preparing for my test Kam sorted it seamlessly and ensured that i was ready and driving safely which led to a first time pass ! Fantastic experience: I have just completed refresher driving lessons with Kam and have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I was very apprehensive about getting behind the wheel again after so many years, particularly whilst heavily pregnant and having moved areas recently, and he completely put my mind at rest and helped me feel immediately at ease. Fantastic experience: After the last driving school was not a good fit for me I started lessons with Kam. In my first lesson I learnt more than I did in previously. Learning to drive with him was fantastic! His patience and clear guidance made every lesson enjoyable. Although I was very anxious about driving, he went above and beyond in every lesson. Fantastic experience: Thank you Kam for instructing me practical driving test. I failed the first time. Then, I only learn 10 hours with him and got passed the test. He is a very dedicated trainer, good at teaching non-English person like me. He is really professional with his teaching apps on IPad. His voice and his English made me easily to understand all of lessons. He is also a time-management person. He helped my wife pass as the first time as well. For my family, he is the best trainer. I would like recommend his driving training for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience learning to drive with Kam. I had previously tried to learn to drive a few years ago but was put off by an instructor who wasn’t very patient and took me on roundabouts and major roads when I wasn’t ready. My husband learned to drive with Kam and passed first time, so he recommended Kam to me. From the very beginning, I felt much more comfortable with Kam. He was patient and spent a good amount of time helping me master the basics and get comfortable with the car before taking me on more difficult roads, junctions and roundabouts. He was patient with any mistakes I made, did a great explaining things and taught me useful references points for the maneuvers. Although he was unfortunately not available for my booked test date, he really helpfully found me another instructor who had some further lessons with me and I passed with only a few minor faults, and couldn’t have done this without Kam’s help.

Fantastic experience: I recently did a two hour crash course with Kam the day before my exam as my regular instructor had gone on holiday and wow can definitely say he’s a big reason as to why I passed. Extremely calm, very knowledgeable with a safety-focused approach to instructing making him the ideal choice as an instructor. His help with getting used to the TomTom was instrumental as I ended up having to use it in my test and hadn’t used it beforehand (it’s completely different to Waze!!). He has great route knowledge, is a fantastic explainer and knows exactly what the examiners are looking for. Can’t recommend him enough, Kam’s Auto Academy is the only way to go if you’re learning to drive!

Fantastic experience: I was really worried about taking the driving test again after being scarred by my first attempt and failure. Being in my ninth month of pregnancy, I knew I had to give it another go because I'll need to drive when the baby comes. There’s no one else I would have chosen for lessons than someone as patient as Kam. I kept asking the same questions over and over, and he never got frustrated with my pregnant forgetfulness. His instructions were clear and concise, and his calm demeanor made learning so much easier. Today, I passed my driving test with tears in my eyes, and now I can focus on the arrival of my baby. Fantastic experience: I started my journey of learning how to drive from the very start with Kam and have been with him for around a year… and finally passed As someone who is not too much of a confident driver, Kam has always been so patient and attentive to what I needed to work on during my driving journey. He’s always been so helpful on identifying areas in which a learner has weaknesses and really works on that with you until you get it right. He responds to messages quick is very flexible in allowing you to have lessons when you need them. There is no judgement with him and is just an overall really lovely instructor to have lessons with. He was very patient and always maintained a calm atmosphere during his lessons which is a rare thing among driving instructors. I really valued his approach on putting the learner first, adapting to their needs and ensuring that they are fully confident in learning how to drive. Kam is a very warm and sociable instructor who maintains a balance on having a focused approach during lessons, whilst also engaging in pleasant conversation. Fantastic experience: My experience is just practice and practice as many times as possible. Whenever I cannot do the right maneuver, Kam is the best trainer who always gave me the excellent lessons and sent me some note (via WhatsApp) after the lessons for me to remember. I am so interested with his mock test in couples week before my test date. So, I can know what will be required to do in the test in advance. At the test date, he met me 1 hour before to practice some more maneuver to give me some advice before doing test. It is very good trainer who I have ever met. He also my third trainer. I appreciate him and would like to recommend for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I am SO grateful to Kam for his excellent instruction. I passed both my theory and practical tests on the first try, and had ZERO faults on my practical! As an American driver with a lot of experience (and muscle memory) on the other side of the road, driving in the UK was initially daunting. New rules, roundabouts, narrow streets and a different position in the car made my first few times on the road pretty intimidating. Kam is patient and calm; he gave me a number of tips and references to help me learn how to drive safely here. His prices are fair and competitive and it’s well worth the time and cost to spend some hours with an experienced instructor like Kam, even if you think you bring all the skills you need from your home country. There were so many little things he showed me along the way that I may have missed, and that definitely would have been serious faults on the exam (and made me less safe on the road). Because he teaches in an automatic, it’s even more ideal for many international drivers coming to the UK. I would even recommend a lesson for visitors who plan to rent a car to drive here!

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with a previous teacher, Kam's calm and collected approach to correcting my mistakes helped me build confidence as I begun my driving journey. As we moved on to the more challenging areas of driving, such as the manoeuvres and faster roads, he continued to build my confidence up through giving effective tips, which I was able to implement and took my driving to the next level. He is strict during mock tests, however that was best for me as it helped me brush up on any small mistakes I made, which made the actual test feel easier. Best of all, his simple step-by-step approach to practicing the parallel park and reverse bay park manoeuvres helped me pass my driving test easily, with only 2 minor faults! I highly, highly recommend Kam to anyone looking to become a great driver!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving exam with flying colours, with only 2 minor faults! All thanks to my driving instructor Kamran who gave clear driving instructions and was brilliant in picking up driving habit that needed correction. I met Kamran having no driving experience at all! Through his patience and thorough instructions, I’m impressed on how I improved significantly, a testament to his ability to continuously hone his student’s skills. I was terrified at maneuvres at first yet he made them all so simple through his quick and easy steps. He is kind and professional as an instructor, but strict during mock exams. But I believe that worked so well because he gives you the idea on how it feels like during actual exams. I also took up pass plus driving scheme with him right after I got my license. I recommend future driving license holders to take lessons with him since it will give you an in-depth knowledge on safe driving to country, motorway, night, dual carriageway, etc. If only I can give him more than 5 stars, then I would! Great work he has done on boosting my driving confidence on our every lesson until the day of my exam. I highly recommend having Kamran as your driving instructor.
