Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! I passed my test today on the first attempt with 4 minors. I strongly believe Shak is the best instructor anyone could ever have. His approach during lessons left me in awe. Shak didn’t just teach but he also coached. His patience level is highly commendable and his corrections were subtle. He helped me build up my confidence level to the point where my practical test seems like a ride with friends today.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin. From the very first lesson I had with Asif, he was very welcoming, and made it clear to me that this was a safe space and that mistakes are just made to better your learning! As someone who is quite anxious, I instantly felt calm and reassured about driving. With only 20 hours of practice with Asif (national average for driving is 40 hours) I was test ready. I managed to pass first time, with only 2 minors! Unlike any of my previous instructors, Asif’s teaching style is very easy to follow, and when you sit behind the wheel, it’s truly like you’re driving around with your mate. Something that I’ve struggled with previous instructors is making mistakes, and the fear of being judged as incompetent - this never occurred with Asif and instead he makes you learn and build confidence no matter how many mistakes you make. TLDR: You’re making a BIG mistake if you book anyone other than this guy!!! You will PASS, and do so very quickly if you book Asif!!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test in one attempt this is thanks to Az. My story....I'm based in Chester and had my driving test in Chester. Some weeks before my driving test, I had to be in Dudley for 2 weeks. Hence, I had only a few weeks before my driving test. While in Dudley, I was opportuned to meet Az, wow! what a driving instructor & a nice person. Az is very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and straightforward. He prepared me for my driving test in just 4 lessons. I had only done one driving lesson in Chester, and the difference in Az's method of teaching was so clear. Az's method of teaching is so test focused, and he doesn't mess around. I wished my driving test was in Dudley because I had gotten use to the test routes. Az encouraged me to take my driving test in Chester because he knew that driving in UK is more of knowing the skills and techniques not just knowing the test routes. I had only about a week to prepare for my driving test in Chester. Thanks to God, I passed in one attempt. Infact, the test seemed easy just as Az had mentioned. I highly recommend Auto Academy driving school. Cheers.

I'd had a bad experience with another instructor and before changing to this driving school, my confidence was rock bottom. Fantastic experience: Please please please choose this company when looking for a good instructor! Both Az and Shak are excellent in how they teach, they give you the confidence you need. I passed my test today in which was supposed to be Shak’s car, there were a couple complications but Az dropped what he was doing to allow me to still take out my test in his car. I was an EXTREMELY nervous driver when I first joined with my driving instructor Az who was very very patient with me and did his best to make me feel confident and safe. After trying 3 he was the only instructor to make me feel comfortable. I went from not being able to imagine passing my driving test to passing first time. 10/10.

His teaching methods are concise and very useful. He’ll let you know if you’re ready for the test or not, not because he wants to line his pockets but simply because he doesn’t want you to fail as that can be a bit discouraging.
