Positive experience: I did a 1 week course with mts instructors are very friendly and very good at teaching gaz and suki were the guys I had the only advice I have is go to them directly and not the online company called (easy as hgv)

Fantastic experience: First time pass on C with help of theses guys. My instructor Chunky, nice lad, he trained me 3 days for loooong hours, he trained me not just to pass test but also explained well how I shut use all practice in future. Booking was over the phone, deposit paid over the phone and rest of money paid week or 2 before training starts. All paid hours been used, no surprises or issues. Can definitely recommend this company for training's. Will see you soon for module 4 and if will decide to do C+E I'm definitely returning. Thank You guys ♥️

Fantastic experience: First class training , passed my HGV c2 first time. I hadn’t driven a truck for 14 years, but the EXCEPTIONAL training given by Garry gave me full confidence. I took my test with no nerves whatsoever, and I can only attribute this to the experienced training given. Go with these guys , and you can’t go too far wrong..

Fantastic experience: Travelled to MTS Midlands Training Services from Stoke on Trent to cover my Class 1 training. I was fortunate to have a good trainer name Alfie Roberts and its a good job he's got patience, but he never lost faith in me and I managed to pass 1st time. I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone involved at MTS very professional, friendly and supportive thank you Alfie, hope you enjoyed the oatcakes.

Fantastic experience: Agency recommended I use this training school and I’m glad I went with them. Unfortunately my course was cut from 5 to 4 days but my instructor Gary still went the extra mile to get me where I needed to be. Great people, really professional, always supportive. Don’t think twice about using these, just do it! Will definitely return when I decide to get class 1 license. Thank you all so much!

Negative experience: Terrible company, they put me with a trainer that hated the b+e test, he knew nothing about the test as only did class1/2 training, he had to keep asking other people the requiments to pass the test, he knew nothing about the car, and to top it off they sent me to the wrong test center, so i could not do my test, a week later they messaged me saying they will book me back in for the test, never heard from them again, AVOID!!!

Negative experience: If you want to waste your time and money it's the company you want to go with. I am very unhappy about the way I've been treated and disadvantaged from beginning to end. Firstly, they cancelled my exam because it was snowing (fair enough) but it took them almost two months to rebook my test even though I was the first one to be cancelled. Secondly, I paid £250 for the HGV medical, which I thought was a bit pricey. So I phoned them to ask whether it would be cheaper to do it myself with another doctor and they told me that it would be the same price. I trusted them and booked my medical through the company. I discovered later that an HGV medical costs no more than £40. Thirdly, they don't want you to pay by credit card and push you to bring cash. The excuse is the staff isn't allowed to use the card machine or they don't know how to do it (certificate of professional card machine operator must be required^^). Fourthly, I've failed my test once and the cost to rebook is £305 which is overpriced in my opinion. I wanted to drive an hour before the new test so it brought the price up to £355 that they expect you to bring in cash! They seem to be very worried and keep reminding you to bring the money. One day I was having a driving lesson and because I was going to pay by card the instructor asked me to stop (while I was driving) to withdraw the money from a cash machine telling me it would be easier. Fifthly, they kept changing my starting hours for the driving lessons, making it awkward for me as I had to take buses to get to the company. Finally, I decided to book a holiday and had a whole week to practice and drive every day. Unfortunately the truck broke down and I had to rebook two of my lessons, I've been asking for dates but the instructors were on holiday, then off sick, then not available. I got a date at the end, traveled there and guess what? the truck broke down a second time! In conclusion, I feel that I've been scammed. Don't make the same mistake as me guys. I lost a lot of time and money. Don't be naive if they got five stars on their Facebook it's obvious that they delete the reviews they don't want to apear.

Fantastic experience: Passed on my 3rd go with only 3 minors great friendly staff , you can ask as many questions as you like and they always come back with a answer , strongly recommend this company with out a shadow of a doubt

Negative experience: Very disappointed with MTS. First of all I was due to start lesson at 6am but my instructor (Ricky) did not show up. I was left sat outside their depot for 45 mins. Another instructor showed up at 7am but didn’t leave the depot until 7:15. My test was booked for 8:30 so had to drive to the test centre on the motorway. While doing so my instructor (Sue) was sat all the way texting paying very little if any attention to my driving and giving no feedback. I wasted £300 with this company and was really disappointed that when confronted about the catalog of poor service I was told “well your already a qualified driver so things like observations are my responsibility and nothing to do with them” avoid at all costs.

Thanks to Paul he is a fantastic instructor I couldn't of asked for a better instructor he made the experience enjoyable and really knows his stuff. I will be going back for my Class 1 training. Also thanks to Shannan for sorting everything out for me she is ace. If you want to learn with the best, learn with MTS!

Negative experience: Started my cat C training on the Monday 21st January. Sue was my instructor for first day, she was a terrible instructor until the following day when I was instructed by Paul who’s even worse of an instructor. Then I was told that my instructor for the Wednesday was even worse at this point I’m struggling to comprehend how ana instructor could be any worse, I had no confidence at passing with this provider because of this I came to the decision to reluctantly abandon my training completely with this provider. I would avoid at all costs I got the impression of the cheapest trucks with the cheapest instructors. I then chose a different provider and passed first time with 4 minors, I cannot put into words how much better my new instructor (Carl-BritishHGVtraining Cannock) was than the instructors at MTS, they have zero patience zero understanding zero Sympathy the opposite of how instructors should be.
