Fantastic experience: Jess was my examiner. She was super nice and professional. She helped me stay calm during the test. I hope everyone gets an examiner as nice as her. Otherwise, the test can be really stressful.

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test here August 19th 2021. My examiner Matty put me at ease on one of the most nerve wrecking days of my life. Update: passed my manual test to upgrade my licence to a full one with no restriction (from an automatic only licence) 7th March 2024. Maria was so lovely and friendly, giving clear instructions and keeping me calm. The feedback at the end was great too.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Andy, my examiner! He was brilliant, lovely, friendly, very professional and instantly made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Failed my 2nd practial test, but my examiner David did his best to put me at ease. He also gave me clear instructions throughout the test and then constructive feedback at the end of my test. 15/12/23 Passed my driving test with Andy today! He was very kind and friendly. This helped me calm my nerves and keep my focus during the test. I strongly recommend this test centre!

Fantastic experience: If there is ine test centre i can suggest is this one. Passed my exam with instructions Andy . Negative experience: The lady taking tests for my son in Norris Green dvsa test centre was very snotty and had a very bad attitude and got him very nervous she needs to take a reality check on her people skills or is this just to fail more young drivers. Needs reporting he failed before his name was called out. Irish woman she is so be aware other learners

Fantastic experience: Passed 2nd time examiner was good in helping my nerves

Negative experience: Second time my daughters test date been cancelled. This time turned up at the centre at the allotted time to find it closed! Now we have to wait for an email before we have a new test date. The first cancellation was because the examiner was unavailable. Appalling service. Remember we pay for this and guess what they are now going on strike!! I have no idea when to extend the learner’s insurance policy to. Each cancellation means an extension to the policy at extra cost.

Fantastic experience: I would say it is the best in Liverpool' nice big car park plenty of room for manouvre' nice waiting room and toilets' examiners pleasant and chatty yeah pleasant experience

Negative experience: When I took my test, the side road was rammed with motors and constrution building works / road works and tarmac wagons parked, in the turning circle of the narrow road, its like the wagon driver was making it hard for the test takes for his amusement , or secretly worked for dvsa, once completed the carpark will fix the problems as your entering the test center but it was going to aid all the lack of spaces available because its been needed ,when I go for a drive I'll check it again and rate it to 4 stars probably.

Positive experience: The majority of the examiners here are kind and good at putting pupils at ease. All examiners are fair with their assessments and results. The waiting room is closed at the moment but you can access the toilet if necessary.

Positive experience: Friendly but strict staff. Exactly what is needed for such a location. Entrance can be confusing but there is a reception and a button to press in order to gain entry to the lifts and staircases.
