Negative experience: Never got my money back cancelled in the correct time. Be wary of this school

Fantastic experience: Passed my test a month ago and have to say my driving instructor Nahid couldn’t have been any better. He always put me at ease whenever I was stressed and taught me perfect technique and was very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test yesterday thanks to the team! Richard was my instructor who adapted to my needs in every lesson, ensured my anxiety was under control, and even went out of his way to inform the test centre of my needs. I would highly recommend lessons with Richard and the team. I now have independence and am able to live my life to the fullest - Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: Being with Nahid for only a week I learned so much in that one week than what I did in 4 months with a different instructor.Nahid is very patient and helpful and I’m very grateful I had his help before my test day.he covered everything I needed to know and helped me practice on areas that needed improving,everything he taught me helped me to pass my test first time even though i only had a short space of time with him, I really recommend

Fantastic experience: The previous instructor left me a week before the driving test, then God made it so that someone recommended me Nahid, a very good instructor, who gave me confidence in myself and agreed to come with me to the test , I received the best advice from him, which I put into practice and today I passed the test first attempt first pass. Nahid managed to teach me all the maneuvers in a short time, very punctual, serious and dedicated to the job. I recommend Nahid to all those who are looking for a dedicated instructor.

Fantastic experience: Recently passed my driving test in the first attempt . I was very pleased with Bhanu Partap Singh as he is an excellent instructor. He was very patient in answering and dealing with all my questions and practical issues while driving. I would definitely recommend to choose Inclusive Driving School .

Fantastic experience: Richard is simply amazing, so calm and relaxed in everything he does and has the patience of a saint. He will take time to show you the correct way nothing is too much of a issue. He even allows extra time when it's needed and very supportive when it comes to test day! Highly recommend after having multiple instructors before Richard who were all after the money but not the work his heart is definitely set in the job.

Fantastic experience: Inclusive driving school is just that and there should be more inclusivity out there! Richard is patient kind can sign BSL and explains things he takes time to get to know his students and teaches how they learn despite any difficulties you may have Richard will help you overcome them! Fantastic experience: I had my drivers exam in Wolverhampton which I was unfamiliar with. To prepare Nahid showed me all the routes and ensure that I had my examination technique down, he corrected me in a calm and kind manner which allowed me to confindently go into the driving test and pass first go! Big thanks to Nahid - I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Richard was not only very professional during my four lessons using adaptations (hand controls/steering ball) in my new Motability vehicle but he was also very friendly and put me at ease at all times. Fantastic experience: Post stroke I am driving again thanks to the sessions I had with Inclusive Driving. I have regained my confidence and ability to drive, I cannot say enough Thank You's to reflect the difference this has made to my life. Simply brilliant in every way and worth every penny!

Negative experience: I contacted Richard using the booking form online on behalf of my partner and gave my number. When he failed to return my booking request I emailed him and asked him if he could give my partner a call and provided her number to which he did... They liaised and arranged a session and it was explained that she is anxious to drive, this is why we chose Richard as this was one of his specialties. Richard didn't turn up and after 10 minutes we contacted him... no answer. He text and said that he tried to contact us in the week and as he couldn't get through to my mobile he cancelled the booking... What a poor excuse. Richard had not only my contact number (phone was smashed hence not being able to get through) - but he also had my email address and also my partners phone number, he did not use those other forms of communication to attempt contacting us. He did not respond to the message after I told him this and told him it's best we do not rebook. My partner worked herself up all morning and is now put off again from driving because of this experience. I hope Richard understands the affects this has and that he will ensure this does not happen with future customers.

Fantastic experience: I already have a licence, however after not driving for several years wanted a refresher course. Richard was super quick at responding, kind, friendly and made me feel super comfortable in all lessons. He goes over and beyond just the normal duties of an instructor. He not only has helped me to drive but has helped me with all aspects of my car (thank you for the jump start when I had a flat battery lol!). 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: Richard is a great instructor. He has helped me to be more confident and drive safely in England, as I come from a country that drives on the right side of the road. For that reason I had to learn a lot of new things, and Richard explained all to me very well and patiently. Now getting ready to get my GB driving license, and Richard has been always very supportive and patient in his lessons.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a patient and friendly instructor then try ‘Inclusive Driving’ with Richard Bates. From day one Richard was very supportive, making sure I was comfortable behind the wheel and had all the support and guidance I needed. I am not a very confident learner but Richard was always very encouraging and never got short with me. I am also hard of hearing and I felt that Richard was very considerate and made sure that I understood all communication so that I was safe on the road during lessons. I felt I was able to ask all the questions I wanted to and Richard adapts his teaching style to suit you. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Though my lessons have currently been put on hold because of money issues relating to COVID, Richard has been very considerate and remains supportive.

Fantastic experience: So thankful that I chose Richard to be my instructor, he had already passed one of my friends and my girlfriend first time. When I started to learn with Richard I was really nervous about learning in a manual car after starting in an automatic but after my first lesson with Richard he put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable, after this we would have a weekly two hour lesson and he was very flexible with me fitting me around work and even where we would start/end the lesson from. During lessons it didn’t feel like a lesson he always has fun little games to keep everything interesting and if ever you’re unsure about anything he does so well at explaining it. I managed to pass both my theory and my practical test first after about 16 hours. 1000% would recommend to anyone who is wanting to learn :))
