Negative experience: Good design stage abysmal thereafter. Issues with the majority of the cabinets, doors and appliances, some of which remain unresolved some 6 months later. Woeful customer service.

Negative experience: I had a new kitchen cupboard installation, and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare dealing with the aftermath. Not only did I discover a bend and a crack post-installation, but the service team's response has been incredibly disappointing. Despite acknowledging the issues, it has been over six months, and I am still waiting for resolution with no updates. Their constant blaming of the supplier and providing nothing but silly excuses is beyond frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this service at all costs.

Negative experience: Cannot recommend this company at all. Don’t take any responsibly for issues, poor workmanship. No urgency to get things fixed. Have to constantly chase them. Worst customer service I have experienced.
