Negative experience: This would be 0 stars if possible. Michael is a poor instructor and a thief that tried stealing over £500 of my money. After selling me 'transferable lessons' he denied my attempts to give the remaining lessons to my friend and started introducing new fees and ignoring my calls. This went on for months until i was forced to contact a solicitor to get my money back, they took one look at my evidence and concluded Michael was trying to take advantage of a 17 year old! We started court proceedings and and he soon realised he was in the wrong when that letter dropped! Stay well clear of this money grabber, all of his intentions are to take advantage of young inexperienced people. I got in contact with someone else that had a similar experience which begs the question, how much money has he taken from young drivers?

Fantastic experience: Great man to work with and be taught by. Has great patience with the learners and teaches well in order to get people ready for their tests. Amazing help.

Fantastic experience: I passed my practical test first time with three minors after only 18 hours of lessons with Michael. I highly recommend Michael to everyone, I was a nervous driver who made many mistakes but Michael was extremely patient with me and helped me improve quickly. Michael makes sure his lessons are professional and is punctual. Thank you Michael!

Negative experience: I am disappointed with Michael Brown. My experience with him has been extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Michael has shown a lack of regard for fair and ethical business practices, particularly in refusing to provide a refund for the lessons I have already paid for. What strikes me as particularly unfair is Michael's demand that I find someone else to purchase the lessons from me in order to be eligible for a refund. This not only imposes an undue burden on me but also violates principles of customer service and common business ethics. It is unreasonable to expect me to secure an alternate purchaser for services that I have already paid for, and Michael's stance on this matter is highly unacceptable. I feel obligated to share my experience to warn other potential students about Michael Brown's unprofessional behaviors. I strongly advise anyone considering MIB School of Motoring to reconsider due to the lack of integrity and fair treatment displayed by this instructor.

Fantastic experience: Michael is a highly skilled driving instructor with a catalogue of glowing reviews on here that speak for themselves, and I can confirm are absolutely deserved. Michael is exemplary at tailoring the learning process for the individual, ensuring understanding and reassuring its application throughout the process of learning to drive. He has a clear love for driving and is a natural instructor; full of warmth, patience and understanding, and highly skilled at driver training across every stage of the process. I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons with MIB and was thrilled to have passed first time due to the excellent teaching, guidance and attention to detail received here. A heartily big thank you Michael and MIB school of motor - I cannot recommend this highly enough for learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: Michael is an excellent teacher: patient, compassionate and enthusiastic. I started from scratch with Michael and did 60 hours prior to passing my test at Harehills. Not once was Michael late or cancel a lesson and he always pushed me to be a better driver everyday. His lessons are very well organised and always have a clear purpose. And in addition to being an excellent instructor he is also a genuinely great guy, I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Mike has been such a great driving instructor to help me get my confidence back on the roads after not driving for years. He immediately puts you at ease and is a patient and encouraging teacher. He gives out loads of helpful advice and tips throughout the lessons and follows up with written feedback to help you keep an eye on progress. I always feel safe and supported when driving with him, and his coronavirus measures have clearly been well thought through. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get in the hot seat and not just learn to drive, but actually to become a good driver.

Fantastic experience: I cannot personally recommend Michael at MIB School Of Motoring enough... His calm, clear and collected nature makes learning to drive a real pleasure. Despite me having an incredibly busy work schedule, Michael always managed to work around my needs and timescales and helped me to pass confidently with 100% on my theory and only 1 minor on my Practical. Michaels training goes much further than the techniques of driving, he also works on pushing your limits to make you a great driver after passing, enduring you are far superior than test standard... he also helps massively with your confidence and mental blocks to ensure you walk into your test positive, clear and ready to claim your license! I would honestly give Michael an 11 out 10 rating for being a fully rounded and superb driving instructor! Thank You Kyle

Fantastic experience: Michael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met, after failing my test a few times and not being happy with my previous instructor smelling of smoke and having no structure to lessons I felt it was time to try someone new. Boy am I glad I did! Michael helped me pass in a short time frame at very competitive pricing, he genuinely helped me relax behind the wheel (something I really struggled with) but most of all I had fun whilst learning! Fantastic experience: Learning how to drive is hard. You need someone who cares about your progress and to understand how you are as a learner and help you reach that finish line. Michael has been all of that and was the best instructor I could have been with. I can say this without a doubt as I had a poor experience in the past with another instructor. He was very patient, very organised with lesson plans and paid attention to my progress over the months he taught me. There were times when I didn't believe in myself and he would motivate me and instill the drive to work harder. I am ever so thankful for getting me where I am and teaching me to be a safe driver :) I definitely recommend Michael if you are looking for an instructor

Fantastic experience: I recently passed, first time, after hiring Michael as my instructor. I have to say his patience was second to none, he insured I was fully prepared before my test. He always ensured there was a slot for me whilst booking my lessons he went above and beyond. Having tried a corporate driving school when I first started learning, I much preferred Michael there was more of a personal touch!

Negative experience: DO NOT use this driving school if you want to pass your test fast!!! I paid for a fast track course which was £500 hoping to pass my test within 6 months, the instructor could only fit me in for one 2 hour lesson every week at the most!!! (some times there was 2 weeks between lessons!!) it turns out the driving school has only one driving instructor who doesn't have time to book in more frequent lessons!!! Terrible driving school!!!
