Fantastic experience: I recently passed my driving test and I couldn't have done it without my amazing instructor, Navi from Citidrive. He was incredibly patient and supportive throughout my entire learning journey. As someone who had never driven before, I was quite nervous at first, but Navi made everything so easy to understand and always created a calm and encouraging environment. Negative experience: Really nice and great driving technique for the first 1 hour lesson but unfortunately communication isn’t the best which I understand but would be good so I know where I stand at least with as from only what I can assume, randomly stopped replying after the first message of asking if there would be another chance at a driving lesson, even a no or an estimate wait time would of been helpful and more professional otherwise I’m kind of just lost in the lurch. Unfortunately did feel like it was just take money and go

Fantastic experience: Today it was a big day for me, I have the driving test and I would like to thanks my instructor Naveed, he was really patient whit me he was explaining then milioane time if I didn't understand or he think I didn't understand. Fantastic experience: I initially took lessons with a different instructor, but I did not feel comfortable with them and they made me feel very nervous about driving. I decided to change instructor and found Nav - the best move I ever made! He has been an amazing instructor as he is very calm and makes you feel at ease. You can tell he has very good knowledge of teaching learner drivers, and that he is highly experienced. I passed first time after 5 months of lessons with Nav and I would not have been able to do it without his support.

Fantastic experience: I started lessons back in late may/june 2021 as a mature student with Nav. I'd never driven at all prior to starting lessons, Nav was a great instuructor from the get go and put me at ease straight away behind the wheel. Nav is an extremely knowledgable driving instructor and taught me how to drive safely and effectively around the high wycombe and surrounding areas. He had plenty of great advice and driving techniques which helped me learn to drive ultimately leading me to pass both my theory and practical tests first time with no minors. I really enjoyed taking my lessons with Nav as he was always happy to see me and super friendly. He was also very flexible and I was able to have lessons at times which suited me around my work. I'd strongly reccomend Citidrive and Nav to anyone wanting to learn to drive I had a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Due to Covid, my son was taught how to drive by his parents, but to pass the test we knew he needed professional lessons, however competent he was with the mechanics of driving. He had one lesson with an instructor (not Citidrive) and from my son's feedback, I knew we needed to find a new instructor. So, with only a few weeks to go to his test, we contacted Citidrive and they managed to squeeze in a couple sessions. After the first session, my son said the approach was completely different, and he felt he learned so much from it, and wanted to book more lessons. Well, my son passed first time, and his first words after "I passed" were, "I never would have passed without Citidrive." (NB we took the test in our own car, but Nav gave my son the techniques and tips to be able to do manoeuvres in any car, in addition to teaching all the finer points of driving). Thank you!
