Fantastic experience: I'd like to thanks my instructor pete for helping me pass first time today at Anniesland thanks for your commitment and skills plus the knowledge help me attain my full licence highly recommended

Negative experience: I had a really disappointing experience with this driving school, specifically with instructor pete. there were several issues that made my lessons uncomfortable and unprofessional. pete was often late (sometimes by 5-10 minutes), which cut into my lesson time and felt disrespectful. he also vaped in the car while i was driving, which i found distracting and unprofessional. on top of that, his attitude towards cancellations was quite unfair. when i gave six days’ notice to cancel a lesson due to a prior commitment, he questioned if it was an emergency, making me feel like my reason wasn’t valid. later, he told me i could only cancel for emergencies, which was never made clear beforehand. his tone in messages came across as dismissive and accusatory, making me feel guilty for needing to reschedule. i raised these concerns with the owner, who responded initially but never followed up, despite saying he would. overall, i wouldn’t recommend learning with this instructor due to his lack of professionalism and the poor communication from the school.

Fantastic experience: I liked to thank my instructor pete, highly recommend him for his knowledge and skills, enabling me to pass 1st time at anniesland test centre, thanks Pete much a appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I passed today with Barry! I’ve had a long journey with driving with big breaks in between and multiple instructors so to finally pass after a little under a year with Barry is such a relief. Barry is brilliant! Very patient, knowledgeable and always up for a laugh. With Barry there was no worry or dread leading up to lessons, it was always so relaxed and positive. Can’t recommend or thank him enough!

Fantastic experience: I would thoroughly recommend Brian's School of Motoring, especially Barry (my instructor). Barry is patient and encouraging and always gives feedback in a helpful, constructive manner. He has helped me improve all aspects of my driving and successfully prepare for my practical test. Barry was always accommodating even if I had a last-minute change in schedule. My lessons have always felt positive and we have had a good laugh! Barry is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of driving and was very helpful in identifying aspects of my driving to improve upon and offering tips and guidance in doing so. Thank you! :)

Fantastic experience: I passed with Brian last week and I would 100% recommend him as an instructor, whilst he's brilliant at explaining everything you need to know and teaching you to be the best and safest driver you can be, he great for having such a calm atmosphere for learning, oh and he's also great for a laugh, with Brian as your instructor your guaranteed daily jokes, fun chit chats and always a friendly smile. I can say even though I'm delighted I passed, I do miss our lessons every week. So yeah I couldn't recommend Brian and his driving school enough.

Fantastic experience: Taking driving lessons with Brian was an absolute joyride! Not only is he a top-notch instructor, but he also has a great sense of humour that makes every lesson enjoyable. His patience and understanding made all the difference, and he never missed a beat - even with all the jokes. But don't let the humour fool you - Brian is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. Brian had a keen eye for detail, pointing out areas where I needed improvement and offering constructive feedback that was easy to understand and follow. He also had a knack for making even the most nerve-wracking moments enjoyable. Whether it was a parallel parking disaster or a roundabout adventure, Brian kept the mood light and stress-free. What really sets Brian apart is his incredible flexibility. Despite my work schedule changing every week, he always found a way to fit me in for a lesson. Thanks to Brian's expertise and flexibility, I passed my driving test on my first attempt with only three minors and a big smile on my face. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for a driving instructor who makes learning to drive a fun adventure. I can not thank you enough, Brian, for everything!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend a better driving instructor than Brian! The lessons were always so fun, engaging, and such a great atmosphere, totally stress free, and the way he explained everything could not have been easier to understand. Thanks for getting me through my test first time Brian! I don't think it would have happened with any other instructor! He is always so patient and understanding and you will learn a lot of top quality jokes with him too! . If you are in the west end of Glasgow, Brian is the man to go to! Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Brian and his school of motoring. As a mature learner with very little previous driving experience, Brian put me instantly at ease with his warm demeanour, patient instruction and sense of humour. Always accommodating and ready with a word of kind encouragement or honest reminder when required, his communication both on and out with our lessons has been exemplary throughout. I was delighted to pass my practical test at the first attempt, a success shared by so many of his students. I’ll miss your company Brian and the wee jokes along the way. Thank you!

Positive experience: Pete from Brian’s team was really helpful while preparing for my driving test. He went out of his way to share channels/ booklet’s to understand driving and allotted time slots as per my preferences. He is a nice person and helpful always. You will never be bored. Negative experience: I initially learned with Brian but felt he wasn’t very encouraging and would lecture a lot, although he seems nice and his funny jokes, I had to move instructor to someone a bit more motivating

Fantastic experience: I passed on my first attempt having been taught by Brian from scratch. He was punctual and professional throughout. Explanations and instructions were always clear. Lessons were crammed with driving (instead of poring over errors at the kerbside.) Brian teaches with a smile on his face. He's easy to spend time with, endlessly patient and always calm. Whether you're learning later in life (like me) or looking for someone to teach your children, that composure alone is a great reason to select Brian. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test (first time!) today with Barry as my instructor. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He was a calm instructor who helped me feel at ease behind the wheel, even in tricky situations. He has helped me build my confidence on the road and, with his mentorship, helped me pass my test first time with only 2 minors. Barry is passionate about teaching. He was always on time for lessons and extremely well organised! He made sure I not only passed, but taught me how to become a safe and confident driver. Thanks so much mate, you are a rockstar.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Brains school of motoring. I work as a nurse and work different shifts to cover a twenty-four hour service, Brain always accommodated my lessons around my work schedule and made me feel at ease from day one. I was a late learner at aged forty one however, I am pleased to say I passed first time with Brian. Not only did Brain bring humour and jokes to each lesson, he worked in a professional manner and came across as kind and friendly. Brain is very knowable within his profession and is very experienced within his career. Brain helped build my confidence and showed patients with each lesson. I really can not recommend Brian more highly. I will always be grateful to Brian, thank you so much Brian for helping me pass first time.

Fantastic experience: Brian is a patient and experienced teacher. Would recommend him to anyone... if you can endure his silly jokes. Negative experience: Quick at answering, not very good at finding your address and im still waiting on him getting back to reschedule. Dont want someone teaching you to drive if they cant find where you stay. Wouldnt recommend
