Fantastic experience: Passed in my first attempt with 1 minor fault in manual car. My test centre was Nuneaton and I was practicing there but DVSA cancelled my centre and rescheduled it to Coventry just 3 working days before the practical test. Ruban made me comfortable with all the roundabouts and provided me with useful tips throughout the driving sessions. His charges are economical and he is flexible too. Fun loving guy. I would recommend his services.

Negative experience: I made an appointment a week in advance for 10am. and at 10:20 a.m. I did not receive any response about the driving instructor coming. I tried calling the company to ask. I had to call 3 times to get the answer that they wouldn't be able to come. I took a day off from work and arranged other appointments. I am very unhappy because of the unprofessional working attitude. I will never come back here

Fantastic experience: The driving instructor Mr. Ruben was awesome and he has unique teaching ability, he stays calm and composed. He observes your driving skills, based on the observation, he would do the correction meticulously. He always gives you cent percent confidence. He will help you to cover the test routes quite elegantly and gives you required directions then and there. He is a very kind and very concerning person and just to correct you he might dab or tap on your hand and it does n't mean he is arrogant or unprofessional, it is out of relationship (Teacher - Student) he does that with will. He would move his classes just for your convenience which would make him to lose other students, but he does that just for you.... He skips his food (lunch or whatever) just to teach you and at times takes some snacks or chocolate while driving just to energize his battery, for me personally I felt like brotherly relationship, that is how we established relationship and nice guy holistically. Whenever he drops short of the agreed timelines he would charge only for the time he gave the driving instructions. There will be ifs and buts, but definitely he is a gem in this segment. No extras!! genuine instructor!!! a GEM in this profession.

Negative experience: He was just wasting time rather than actual driving .I wasted around 750£ ended up not even knowing the rules.Finally passed by test with another instructor then I could see the actual difference.Really felt deceived.Please do some research before actually taking any lessons
