Fantastic experience: I usually don’t write reviews but LearnInOneWeek was an easy process from beginning to end, they were super helpful as well as taking control of booking my drivers test for me. Faisal made me feel very comfortable driving and ultimately lead me to pass my test first time, and I wouldn’t have done it without him. Once again thank you very much for all your support and guidance.

Negative experience: I would give this company 0 starts if it was an option on here. Please DO NOT join this company unless you want to lose a lot of money and your time. I joined in March and was given an instructor end of April with the promise of being found a test before my theory expired in June. They assigned me the worst instructor i’ve ever had. Hajrah was so unprofessional, talking about her personal life and asking about mine which oversteps the mark. She was an unfit instructor. When I asked for a refund, it was an absolute nightmare. It took two months to finally get refunded and I didn’t even receive the whole refund. Hajrah expected me to go by her time frame but when I had to cancel due to being in hospital, there was no sympathy whatsoever. She asked me to kindly understand her health issues which I did but when it came to mine, she didn’t care and was just after the money. I only had two hours with her and that was more than enough to be honest. She arrived 25 mins late explaining that she was grabbing lunch on the way. She then spent 20 mins discussing her services to someone who approached the car during my lesson time! She didn’t care at all and then she was in a rush to take me home when my lesson wasn’t even nearly over! She took days to respond to me. When i booked my next lesson, she even said her mum might join in the back which is extremely unprofessional. In regards with the admin team, Maxine is a robot who says the same thing over and over again. You’ll call her back an hour later, and she will be confused. It is now September and i have only had two hours with company. If I had gone somewhere else, I could have been passed by now. The only reason why I joined this company is because they promised me to find a test before my theory expired when other companies were truthful and said it would be difficult. It just shows this company is money hungry. I have to chase this company everyday with emails and calls to get a partial refund. I was then offered an extra hour of lessons to make up for the inconvenience I ensured for the last 4 months, but when they gave me a new driving instructor the email stated that i only will receive 11 hours and not 12!! Speaking of which, i have to wait another month to start when other companies are ready to give me lessons in three days time. This company will promise you a lot and always say that they are here to help you and take your queries very seriously but they don’t. They just say it to make themselves look somewhat professional but they aren’t! They always forget about you and literally don’t care until you threaten to report them. After that awful experience I had, i didn’t want to book another instructor through them and demanded my deposit back which I was well within my rights to do so by law. They refused and I am extremely disappointed hence why I want to warn everyone who thinks about joining this service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Fantastic experience: Just competed a 15 hour course over 4 days. Booked in June and was advised 8- 12 weeks wait for test which I was okay with but they found me a test within 4 weeks which I wasn’t expecting but was very happy with it. Took my test 04th August and passed first time. Thank you thank you. Recommend

She was articulate and knowledgable, and she was a terrific ambassador for your business. I made my granddaughter’s booking due to her. She’s now booked for April in time for easter holidays.

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend them for intensive learns to others. Mohamed, my teacher, was excellent. He spoke slowly and walked me through everything. My test did take further 2 weeks to book but I was happy with that as it’s impossible for me to get any dates until June 2023.

Fantastic experience: I recently passed learninoneweek. My teacher was simply fantastic. I had already failed once, which made me anxious while driving. He was an expert at de-escalating my anxiety. He was incredibly patient. Additionally, he provided explanations of WHY certain actions must be taken while driving, which really helped the information stick.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Maxine for helping me to comprehend what I was seeking for. I was unsure about the boxes I was trying to check off for my course. She helped me with the information I required in a very professional manner.

Negative experience: Notice all the reviews that are 4+ stars are from years ago. In the last year, they've done nothing but scam people out of their money. Sort reviews by newest and you will see. Please be careful guys! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Negative experience: Their communication and commitment is something I haven’t experienced before. I have never left bad reviews but this company is a joke. Booked 25 hours intensive course in March in order to finish the lessons in 1-2weeks and have time to book a second practical incase I fail my first (my theory would expire In September) By August I was left we no instructor and no test booked because my instructor decided to go on a 3 month holiday without giving me heads up to find another instructor. Phone calls after phone calls and 3 instructors down I have decided enough is enough and asked for 3h refund (what I’ve had left from the instructor that disappeared Faisal Jama, who also blocked me from getting in contact with him) It took me 3 months.Calls every week and some weeks every day for them to refund me £81. The communication is awful.. (I really feel bad for Maxine as I don’t know what happens on the other end of my phone calls but she comes across as a robot..no matter what you say to make sense she’ll say the same things over and over again) The manager has never come back to me even if I’ve had requested to speak to someone who is in charge. I don’t write this lightly,I have been trying to work things out with them for the past 8 months. Nothing gets done

Fantastic experience: I had Suhalia as my driving instructor. I’ve passed first time and started a few months ago. I work full time and he managed to work around my schedule, he was nice and calm and made sure I was too. Great instructor, great school.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CON ARTISTS I made my initial booking in May didn't here back from them till I had sent numerous emails on what was going on with my test. When they finally got back to me is was to inform me they had an instructor but couldn't find a test date but I could take my 20hrs and wait for a test to come up I told them this was unacceptable so they changed it to sep The driving instructor thay pared me with was awful ... giving hardly any instructions as he was constantly texting or making calls on his phone. Or did not turn up for the required instruction. When I complained it took them 2 days to get back to me and told me since I'd done 3 days I could only have 11hrs of instruction unless I paid them more money... when I told them I wasn't happy with that they offered me a half refund despite what it says on the website of a full refund .... Currently no refund has been issued so I will be going down to their office in hounslow to ether get my cash or a jail sentence... bunch of con artist's. Once again I say DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY....

Fantastic experience: I knew the wait for a test was very long and it was quite surprisingly pleased when they informed me they had booked a test even though the test was several weeks away I was more than happy to know that they got me a test within few weeks of booking. My instructor was Patient and considerate given that I did not drive almost 2 years.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant company would definitely recommend! My booking agent was Maxine very help and responded promptly from start to finish. I failed my practical the first time and within 2 weeks they found me another test and l just managed to pass today. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to secure a test very quickly given the massive back log of test.

Fantastic experience: I used learn in one week in desperate need to pass my driving test. I did a 15 hour course and did my test on the last day very sadly I failed in the last few minutes! I called them as soon as it happened and asked them to find me another test as soon as possible with a 5 hour touch up to just refresh myself and passed with flying colours on my 2nd time! I couldn’t have done it without Maxine and Lisa as well as both of the instructors they signed me up with! I am so grateful for everything they did and couldn’t be happier with my experience! I did both tests less than a month between each other even with the backlog!

Negative experience: The phone number is linked to one individual who has stated she will contact her manager to deal with any of my queries. It took two months to even hear from the company and then they tried to send me elsewhere for lessons. They are extremely poor in communication and do not reply to my emails. If they do not send me a full refund I will simply report them for fraud at this stage.

Negative experience: I wish I could leave zero stars. I booked a fast-tracked practical test back in November 2021 and had received no help in finding a test date. By January 2022, I decided to ask for a refund and use a different service to book my driving test. I tried calling numerous times, always receiving a voicemail and never getting a callback. I then tried sending emails (4 in total thus far). Finally, I received an email with a refund but instead of the 100% refund back guaranteed as advertised on their website, I received only half of my refund back. If you want to waste your money for no service then look no further.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend. Hannah at the office was great. She explained the difficulties with getting test and gave me time frame of 6 weeks for getting my test. Surprisingly they booked my test after 4 weeks and lesson started shortly after. I didn't pass first time but they helpedstarted searching for me another test .

Fantastic experience: I called them saying I had 20 days from then in which I had to go from a complete beginner with no theory, no practical no nothing, and I could only take five days off work. Lisa was amazing, and helped me organise everything in a single evening with my very limited options. In less than 3 weeks I went from having absolutely zero knowledge about cars, to having passed my theory and my practical with only a single minor. A huge shout-out to Faisal over near Staines who was my instructor for my 40 hours. He was incredibly kind, patient, and made the entire week feel very relaxed. It's all thanks to his attention to detail and knowledge of everything that I passed! Would absolutely recommend the 40 hour intensive course, and the entire service. Also was much cheaper than many other places I looked into for the same type of service, and was much more accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Loved the friendly service from my booking agent Lisa, also received great support and advice from my instructor Muhammad Malik. I passed my test with only 3 minors and couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Learn In One Week if you've recently failed your driving test and are looking to build your confidence.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend learn in one week driving course, the lady I spoke to on the phone when I first heard about the company ( Sophie ) was so helpful, I needed to pass my driving test before the 1st of July 2019, I rang on the 22nd of June, she got me booked in for the 24th of June to then finish on the 27th of June which was the day of my test, which I can proudly say I passed! If you are considering to book with learn in one week, please do and don’t be hesitant! Big mention to Ali the driving instructor, he was key in me passing my test, so if you really want to pass I also recommend you request to learn with Ali

Fantastic experience: I had a 20 hour course booked and Faisal was my instructor. He was absolutely brilliant, very patient, would explain any faults clearly so that I'd know where to work on and improve and would recognise when you had done something well, i couldnt recommend him enough. With Faisal's help I passed my test today and to be honest I don't think I could have done it without him. So thank you Faisal, you have helped change my life!!!!

Positive experience: Completely successful! I didn’t pass first try but even after a gap, my lessons got me right through and now I’m a successful driver! Very easy to set up the lessons and the instructor made it accessible. My instructor was great and definitely helped me to learn, I wouldn’t have passed without him of course, but I do think the teaching style could have been a little more supportive and lenient, especially to a learner on the road. Definitely would recommend to anybody, it was a lot more effective doing it within a week than spread out and having the tests fast tracked was a definite bonus!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with LearnInOneWeek. Had a Canadian licence but when when I converted it I only had an automatic licence here. Took the road test in a manual car on only has 1 minor fault. Had lots of confidence on the road with over 15years driving experience in Canada, but my instructor helped me make sure I was doing all the little bits correct to pass. Small difference here to Canada.

Fantastic experience: I had mixed thoughts about a crash course thinking I would not learn quick enough or it would seem too intense. Having had a few lessons a year ago with another instructor, I didn’t think this course would be helpful for me but with a baby on the way I wanted a car to get around in and quick. I contacted Learninoneweek and spoke to Sophie, she recommended the 24 hours course. I can not sing my instructors praise enough, he was punctual, professional and thorough. I didn’t think I would pass first time round but I did!! If your looking for a crash course look no further!!
