Fantastic experience: The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish I had two instructors but having had a number of hours with my first I felt the driving style wasn't my way of learning them I had Sohail my second instructor and I couldn't of done better a true pleasure to learn from and a credit to the company I passed first try on my theory and within 2 lessons with him after I was ready for my practical and again I passed first try. Sohail and the staff are consummate professionals and we're always able to adapt to my needs. I couldn't want or recommend them more they were amazing. I genuinely thank Sohail for being the best instructor I could've got and thank Sonia, Natalie for all their help

Even though I wasn't ready for a test and had to rearrange, they were nothing but helpful, and very approachable when I needed their help. I wouldn't have passed without their help!

Fantastic experience: The pass faster team were really supportive throughout my learning experience. From the beginning they worked to tailor my lessons around university and work meaning I could move straight into learning the second I had chance. Once I was ready book a test, the team gave a range of test dates within the next 2 weeks which made the run up to my test a seamless process. I’d 100% recommend booking with pass faster for a stress free driving experience, especially if you are a complete beginner like I was!

Negative experience: Wasting time and money

Negative experience: Paid the deposit for an intensive driving course back in July for my daughter. It's now December and no one has been in contact to book the lessons. Trying to contact Pass Faster is futile. I am starting to think I have been scammed.

Negative experience: My daughter had 40 hours and wasn't put in for the test. Since then she has been messed around by the original instructor. Four left phone messages, and one email, requesting a call back. 2K down and a daughter who can't drive. OK taking the money, not so good with the support when needed.

Negative experience: Had a driving course booked for a few months with pass faster at first Sonia replied all the time and when it come to me actually needing my test me and my driving instructor was messaging them asking for a test date and they was never getting back to us I waited 6 weeks when at first they promised me it would take 2 weeks to get a test now I am still waiting for a test and have had a refund of £62 from pass faster avoid this company at all times and spend abit more money and go for a better company as these seem to mess you about they have also done it with a lot of learners as I have heard a lot of complaints about the company.

Negative experience: Impossible to talk to anyone

Negative experience: Don’t trust this company! I booked for 40 lessons on the intensive course for my daughter with reassurances she would be pass ready by March. The instructor that they allocated taught my daughter for 2x2 hour sessions( 4 hours) to drive in first/second gear only up the same industrial straight street repetitively on both occasions. She wasn’t taught indicators, brakes, literally just to drive the same stretch of road. The driving instructor has subsequently gone awol cancelled her sessions last week and hadn’t been in contact to scheduled lessons this week. Ive rang the office, text them and WhatsApp without a response. It seems to me that as soon as they receive the money they are not interested and don’t respond. Ive asked for a refund which has also been ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EDIT I have now contacted trading standards and DVSA.

Negative experience: My start of the journey with this company, was great - at first Sonia responded to all of my queries in no time and we have quickly agreed on the driving course package. The timing was tight due to test date being a month away and me having availability late in the evenings during the week and slightly better availability during the weekends. However, she has assured me that this wouldn’t be a problem. I was happy with it and paid the deposit. Sonia has allocated me an instruct the very same day, and instructor has requested a full payment for the course which has been paid straight away. Once my lessons started, I was a bit baffled that instructor would spend the entire time looking at his phone and answering phone calls rather than monitoring my driving. He was distracted to the point where he literally forgot that I have never done any reversing into a bay manoeuvre training until I have told him two days before the actual test day. Not to mention that instructor was late so often which would cause lessons to drag out into a very late in the evening or have to be cut short. Furthermore, his availability was very poor in general and in two weeks time we’ve only managed to have 2 lessons. Which made me anxious that I won't use all of my hours and won’t be ready for the test. At this point I have emailed Sonia outlining all my concerns and asked if she has another instructor available to carry on with my training. After few emails to her and 2 weeks of silence (seemed very odd as she was very responsive before taking the money) she finally got back to me saying that I've been put on the priority list as of now, but with the same instructor. During the last week before the test date, the instructor has mentioned that he expected me to be able to do lessons in the mornings, which is not something I could accommodate and which was clearly mentioned at the point of booking. It would seem like there either was a miscommunication between Sonia and instructor, or they just didn’t care as long as the lessons are paid for. As expected, I have not used the full hours and failed my test. I am not going to just blame the instructor for failing, but I’m sure that 5.5hrs of practice that have not been used, would have helped a lot during my test. Given all the reasons above and other things that I’ve left out of this review, I did not wish to continue my lessons with them for a re-booked test. Naturally, I've asked for a refund for the unused hours, and I was assured that I will be refunded shortly. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen either. There was excuse after an excuse for nearly two weeks of chasing the instructor for my money. We had to threaten him with further action being taken in order to receive the refund. Surprisingly, after we told about further actions, money appeared in my bank account within minutes. Sonia has been informed if all this situation but not even bothered to acknowledge my email. Given the situation with driving tests and instructors availability at the moment, it may seem tempting to use this company, but personally I would strongly advice against using them. They will gladly take your money, and will promise you anything you want to hear, bit most likely will fail deliver and won’t be interested in you once money is in their bank account.

Negative experience: Be handy if you could ever actually get hold of them trying to contact for ages through phone and email and never a response. Is this even a real company. .

Fantastic experience: Booked a 35 hr course through pass faster, got me an amazing instructor to start on my 17th birthday and my theory test a week later, then managed to get me a practical test within 6 weeks off starting the course which is very good going considering the wait at my local test centre (Nelson) is over 1 year and a half, although sometimes you don’t hear from the team for a while, i found they are always working in the background, passed first time and within 6 weeks which is great due to the current covid situation, Massive thanks to Sonia for everything

Negative experience: First and foremost, I do not recommend going here if you are planning on driving an automatic. The first instructor I had was a creep. He kept commenting on my appearance, touching me, and making inappropriate conversations with me. I told Sonia about this and she told me that she would have a word with him, yet still scheduled me a lesson with him. To be fair, at the time he was the only automatic instructor but you would think that she would just end it then and there. It was only until more women came forward about his behaviour that she “took his clients from him”. In quotations because I saw him instructing someone a couple of weeks ago, unsure if it was with a woman. My second (and last) instructor was great, aside from being late to every appointment yet still charging me for the full lesson. Communication issues with Sonia made everything much more difficult at times. I was to the point of switching schools multiple times because the communication between Sonia and the instructors were appalling. I’m sure the pandemic has something to do with this, but it could have been SO much better. I got the impression that after I failed my first practical and they got most of the money off of me, that they became uninterested and valued other people over me, which again is probably due to pandemic. My instructor became unavailable to the point where Sonia couldn’t book me an earlier test date because of his schedule.. so I actually ended up taking my own car and passing. I definitely think my money could have been better spent at another school. I’m very displeased with my experience with Pass Faster and wish I could go back in time and change schools. I mean, honestly the most they could do is give me a refund for the assessment due to the instructor being a complete and utter creep. So, automatic and women drivers beware.

Negative experience: My 16 year old Son approached many online instructor companies, including Passfaster via email 4 months before his 17th Birthday. He wanted an intensive driving course and theory test all booked in for as close as possible to his Birthday. Passfaster were by no means the cheapest, but they did promise a comprehensive service that included booking theory tests, arranging for a local instructor for 40 hrs of lessons, and having the ability to grab cancelled physical driving test slots easily so that everything could be booked up. On that basis we paid the £237 deposit. After that point everything went quite. My Son had no responses to his emails or texts asking for confirmation of bookings. I had to step in on his behalf, and was also ignored for a time. Nothing was done and they sat on our deposit for nearly 2 months. I only managed to get a refund after suggesting I would be leaving negative reviews online. I was then accused of being impatient. So please don’t waste your time with this company as I did. Absolutely useless!

Fantastic experience: Passed with PassFaster first time today! Sonia was was amazing and i had my test within 2 weeks of emailing about a course, everything was really easy to sort out and the driving instructor she recommended was lovely, everyone was very helpful :) x

I couldn’t get a test on the gov website due to COVID - I messaged Sonia & within the hour I had a test booked and a course ready to start. Debbie was a perfect instructor, her patience and knowledge made me feel superb & had me ready for the day, I passed first time and I cannot thank you all enough for your hard work.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I contacted Sonia during lockdown explaining my situation, I hadn't driven in 5 years and had previously failed my test twice. So she recommended I did 10 hours of driving before my test. I also had to re-do my theory as it had expired. Sonia managed to get a theory booked within 2 weeks! I then passed this, and had to wait for the DVSA to re-open (as we were in lockdown). However, that wasn't too long and as soon as the DVSA had re-opened, Sonia had reserved me a spot within 4 weeks of it opening! She had taken away the whole hassle of booking - very appreciative. This is when I got introduced to my driving instructor, Ayub, we had begun with an hour or so assessment drive to see if 10 hours was enough and then moved forward from there. I must say, he was lovely and very encouraging! Once the 10 hours of driving had begun, it took place within three days (we decided to spread them across three days) and I'm very happy we did. On the day of the test, we had about 4/ 5 hours of driving beforehand which made the test seem to last 15 minutes!!! - when actually I had passed with flying colours and only got 3 minors! I seriously recommend this service, both Sonia and Ayub have been great! Thank you so much to the both of them for finally getting me passed!

Fantastic experience: Was sick of being taken round in circles by private instructors trying to squeeze as much money out of you as they could. Booked the 6 hour course through Sonia and she worked hard to get me a test date quickly. She matched me up with a brilliant instructor John and before I knew it I had my pass certificate in my hand. Thanks again Sonia really happy with the overall experience would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. First class service!!!

Negative experience: Would not recommend this company. Perhaps they tailor better for different areas, however I have found them not to be very helpful, or the communication wasn't great. The driving instructor which they found me, wasn’t great, very unreliable and wasn’t catering for my needs. When I expressed my crash course was taking longer to complete etc, they were more bothered pointing me towards the direction to make actual payments rather than whether I was satisfied. I then didn’t hear back from them. I contacted to book my test, which they did, but again never heard back from them, they wasn’t interested if I had passed or failed. All in all very disappointed with my experience with this company.

He has very easy ways of getting the exercises and procedures over which is a massive help as it didn’t fill my head with loads of information.
