Our 17-year-old son, having been insured on my car and already capable of driving, was ready to take the next step. For us, it was really important to find someone who could fine-tune his skills, make sure he was driving safely, and get him ready for his driving test with confidence. Sarah was exactly what we needed. She quickly understood where our son needed support and personalised his lessons to focus on both the practical side of driving and essential safety. Fantastic experience: VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! After being disappointed with 2 previous instructors, and a failed first attempt at a test, I was over the moon to receive a recommendation to try Sarah’s School of Motoring to get my 17 year old son through his practical test. A few hours later and the difference in his driving was immediately obvious to see. Two weeks later and we have a delighted young man with a Full UK Driving License! Can’t thank Sarah enough. She really looked after us and will be the only person I’ll recommend if anyone asks me in the future. Thank you Sarah :-)

Fantastic experience: I failed my first driving test and after that I started to take up lessons with Sarah. No word of a lie when I say after having a handful of lessons with her for no more than a few weeks I passed on my next test with only 1 minor. She is absolutely incredible, patient and will go above and beyond to help her students pass, my only regret is that I didn’t start my lessons with her from the beginning. I can’t thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: Honestly Sarah is the most calm,patience and understanding instructor. If you are struggling she had her own little saying to help you remember certain roads or junctions which is helpful when it comes to your driving test , if anything goes wrong she helps with advice and puts a joke or a positive for the next time. Her lessons have been really well planned and taught well, providing our daughter with all the necessary skills and gradually building up her confidence. Fantastic experience: After years of dipping in and out of lessons with various instructors my daughter really struggled to achieve the standard of driving required to pass the practical driving test. 8 months ago she began her lessons with with Sarah and stuck to them. Sarah’s style of tuition got her where she needed to be and although there were days where my daughter strongly felt like giving up Sarah pressed on and yesterday she finally passed her test with only 3 minor driving faults. I honestly never thought we’d see the day and I’m so grateful that all the hard work has paid off. I just wish we had met Sarah earlier!!!

Fantastic experience: A bit delayed making this review but Sarah recently taught my son and got him efficiently and proficiently to enable him passing first time. Sarah was always very reliable and also flexible. My son started driving in May 22 and he was then at college and available for lessons. He then started an apprenticeship from September which could have been difficult but for Sarah and her flexibility to arrange lessons accordingly for him. As a parent I’d recommend Sarah who must have the patience of a saint and also some incredible skills as an instructor. Thank you Sarah for your time and tuitional skills. We now have a taxi driver in the house for mum and dad!!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is by far the most brilliant driving instructor available to the area. I certainly wouldn’t have had such astounding results so soon if I had gone with a different instructor. Her methods to teaching are concise and memorable, and she’s an all round very nice woman to talk to. I’d give more than five stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: My daughter, Amelia, has today passed her driving test first time (with only one minor driver fault) having had Sarah teach her from the start. What a brilliant instructor Sarah is! I would highly recommend her. She has been endlessly patient with Amelia, nothing has been too much trouble and she has fit Amelia’s lessons around her sixth form studies. Amelia went into her test today feeling confident with herself and that is all down to Sarah. Amelia is super happy to have passed today but I know she will miss her Thursday morning lessons (and chats!) with Sarah. A big thank you from both of us.

Fantastic experience: Having spent most of my life with a bike license I found myself needing a motor vehicle licence for work. Sarah’s school of motoring was my first and last stop for this purpose. Sarah was always on time for lessons, patient, knowledgable and able to help me relearn good habits and undo bad ones. We achieved a first time pass with a single minor fault. I can’t recommend Sarah’s school of motoring g enough. Doesn’t matter your age (I’m forty odd), experience or ability…. Sarah will get you where you need to be…. My experience with Sarah’s School of Motoring has been nothing but positive. She has been an excellent teacher, always on time and more than accommodating of my own schedule. Her thorough teaching style is undoubtedly the reason I passed first time. With step by step lessons that are clearly planned and laid out for easy comprehension, I was very quickly on the road, feeling very comfortable with Sarah’s instruction. Sarah used mock tests to show my what the real thing would be like and recapped at the end of each lesson so I knew exactly where I could improve. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough and would like to say, once again, a massive thank you!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough to anyone! Such a patient and calm driving instructor, and the best there is out there. I really miss our driving lessons and catch-ups! Sarah makes you feel so comfortable in all situations. Got me passed in less then 4 months, and definitely felt confident in this time, that I was safe driving on the roads. Also, very consistent with lessons, never let me down once, and even got me a few more around my test to make sure I was definitely ready. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
