Fantastic experience: Passed first time thanks to harpreet she is definitely the best instructor I’ve had by far she had a cool and calm attitude when with me as I was driving and at the end she picked up on all my habits which made it easy for me to correct just before my test. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Negative experience: Do not reccomend them at all, not reliable. I had met up with the Instuctor a month and a half in advance to do an assessment lesson to which she said 2 weeks before my test we will do a crash course of daily lessons leading up to my test. The day my lessons were meant to start I did not hear back for 3 days to which I was told a family problem had occured resulting in her possibly not being able to give me lessons baring in mind this was now a week and a half before my test. I then called 28 other Instuctor and big companies like AA and RED and no-one was able to fit me in such short notice. I then contacted my Instuctor back she replied days later offering to give me another persons number who could only take me on my test date but not any lessons (how does that make sense when I have never had lessons before). She then said she may be able to move my test date later and will get back to me, I heard nothing back. Overall, not reliable, not trustworthy she gave me her word as her job and responsibility and did not deliver. Do not book!!

Through Harpreet's amazing teaching and excellent explanations I passed first time. She is phenomenal and honestly I can’t thank her enough for how amazing she has been. Great value, very professional and at last but not least a lovely person who feels more like a friend than an instructor. She turned my weakness into my strengths. I was rash driver, but she changed my habbits. She give me the tips how to pass the test, She gave 2-3 tips daily and recall the usefull tips in every lesson. There are lots of other qualities which helped me to pass the test, I can't explain all of them here. I don't have words to say her thanks. Thank you Harpreet for my first time pass and being so supportive!!!

Negative experience: i genuinely thought this instructor was going to be good after reading all the reviews on good, but it goes to show reviews aren’t everything! i don’t know who i was texting but they took forever to respond, until i double texted plus when timings were supposed to be confirmed and they never where, when i asked twice i got to response. it shouldn’t be that difficult to respond because after all it is a pending student.
