Positive experience: Relocated to Dorking and I had two lessons with Jeff. The first ended with the last 30 minutes upset and crying which is not usual for me and has never happened with another instructor. The second was better. Jeff last said to me before Christmas that he'd be in touch in the new year after his holiday to let me know his availability but he has never got in touch again. Luckily I've found a driving instructor since then who has been incredibly good at making me feel at ease, is calm and has given me my confidence back.

Please check your spam folder Joanne. I sent you an email vie my Wix account in January, offering dates for resuming lessons after the Christmas break. I was very aware and concerned by the end of your first lesson, it’s rare and upsetting to see a pupil in tears and you explained the cause. You had never been taught how to correctly complete a hill start on roads with gradients. Previous to me, you had 50+ hours of tuition with another instructor in London. We adapted your lesson and you learnt how to deal with gradients and clutch control with great results. You were regaining confidence and self belief in your driving abilities on your second lesson. I’m sad to see a negative review directed at me, especially when it seems your previous instructor had neglected to teach an important aspect of car control. Good luck with all your future lessons, also welcome to the Surrey Hills and Dorking.

Fantastic experience: I was a very anxious learner before I came to Jeff. He had a calm and fun approach to teaching, which helped me gain confidence behind the wheel and get me test ready! He really took the time to explain things in detail and work on my weaker areas. Great instructor, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I rang Jeff to see if he would be able to help my 18year old daughter continue to learn to drive since her usual instructor was just too unreliable. Jeff managed to squeeze Poppy in to his busy schedule and arranged weekly double lessons, working towards the test date in early February. He is professional, helpful, methodical in his approach to what needs to be taught and easy to talk to. He let us know when it was time for us to ramp up the extra driving and parking practice and was so helpful taking Poppy to Redhill test centre on the day, letting her use his car to do the test in and driving her home. Poppy passed first time. An excellent driving instructor with a passion for his job. Highly recommended! Thank you Jeff! We are so glad we found you!
