Fantastic experience: I had a Great experience when learning how to drive and managed to pass first time! The instructor was very chill and patient with me so I felt comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience learning from Ronny's driving school, helped me to pass my test. Great instructor, teaches manoeuvres and general driving really well and is very patient. 100% would recommend.

Negative experience: Really unprofessional. His name is Rezoul. When he tells me to correct my wrongs he says it in a very patronising rude way. He finished my class 7 minutes early and when when I told him he stated having a go. I’m paying 34£ for that hour. Every minute counts. I Went up a slope to go on the curb and he stopped the car in the middle of the road while people were waiting to shout at me about “you’re gonna mess up my tires”. This kind of situation is very scary as a women. I know he would’ve never spoken to a man like that. I will never use this instructor again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I found a new instructor from the GOV websites of Approved driving instructors and a lot of things I learned from this instructor was wrong and classed as a fail. I was shown evidence through the instructor training guides. I regret wasting so much money on someone who only cares about the money. The lessons were messy, unorganised, patronising , instructions were unclear and questions he couldn’t answer were avoided. He even spent time during my lesson to put petrol in his car. Constantly in his phone texting, not providing constructive feedback. He’s not on the gov website either of Approved driving instructors. I would never recommend this to anyone. A lot of these “good” reviews seem fake too. Cause after my review someone suddenly posted how “comfortable” they were in his car. I hope this review helps and saves a lot of their people’s time and money. Do your research please. Look on the gov websites for APPROVED instructors not people who will milk your time and money

Fantastic experience: Ive started my journey without any kind of experience and i have learnt how to drive confident, safe and precise, everything was explained and thaught with manners and a very respectful way. i have shared my experience with the instructor among my friends and ive been told bad stories about procedures of other companies with big names. happy to say that I have passed.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school In Birmingham, I’ve tried lessons with a few other instructors beforehand and found it much more difficult to practice. Ronny helped me pass in a very short amount of time, and has made me much more confident in my driving Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The WORST driving instructor I’ve ever had. Prior to taking lessons with Ronny I had already taken lessons with two instructors and a done a test, however I had to stop taking lessons due to my uni exams, as my old instructor is on demand in my area he wasn’t able to give me lessons as soon as. First few lessons with Ronny were ok, afterwards he’d always be on his phone, cancelled lessons last minute or came late without even contacting me, filling up his car with petrol during my lessons and playing the radio whilst I’m in the lesson? Basically unprofessional all in all. Did one test with him and during my lesson in the morning his phone kept going off, eventually he made me pull over and spoke on the phone for 20 minutes during MY LESSON that I PAID FOR, to one of the learners who was complaining about this company. I Was meant to do one more test with him only for him to call me the evening before to say his cars broken and that he can’t help me, he didn’t even BOTHER apologising or even trying to find me another instructor for my test day let alone giving me my money back! Luckily I found an instructor who lived miles away from me that was able to do my test with me and even she charged me less than he did, and I even passed. I did read reviews prior to taking on lessons with Ronny even though they were negative I thought I’d give it a go, from my personal experience now I do not recommend him at all, if anything I always recommend my old instructor to family and friends and the woman who I was able to find last minute for my test. I’ve also seen the replies to the reviews “don’t review if you haven’t used this service”, luckily I have EVIDENCE so don’t even bother responding with that.

Negative experience: The reviews here surely can't be from real customers! Ronny's School services are below any acceptable standards. Very unprofessional instructors hungry for money. Lazy, cutting on driving time and not paying attention to their pupils, constantly on their mobiles. When there's a problem nobody seems bothered, when I reported I'm not happy with my instructor, the main boss said the instructor doesn't work under him - so there's either no boss or the boss doesn't give a single ***! AVOID, waste of time & money!

Negative experience: I had 6 hours of driving with an instructor from this driving school and faced many issues and problems: - Instructor was very unprofessional during driving lessons (answering phone calls/texting). - Always cancelled lessons, changed times and never was available (after i bought a block of 10 lessons). - Did not teach me pretty much anything throughout the 6 hours, besides things such as clutch control and general driving which normally comes to you with time. - Was not helpful at all (in my first hour of driving on the road he did not warn me or tell me what to do on a hill start which made me stall and roll back). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! Unprofessional and lazy driving instructors...

Negative experience: the driver I had was moving the dates and as soon as I paid for 10hours bundle he never had time. Sitting on his phone wothout paying attention to what I was doing on the road. USELESS driving school.

Fantastic experience: Ronny is the man to go for driving lessons. 8 months ago I didn’t know how to drive, now I’m passed first time with 0 minors. He’s very patient with you and will teach you everything to be a safe driver. He doesn’t mess around! Best around to go for lessons. It’s all down to YOU to put in the time and effort. Very good. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: Booked my test with a previous instructor who stopped showing up. Contacted Ronny who assured me that he’d be able to help me pass. Two months later I passed. Very pleased with Ronny as he was patient and helped me fix up any mistakes

Fantastic experience: Learning how drive from Ronny was a very beneficial experience. He was very patient with me as I was a slow learner. He explained things in a simple which made it very easy to understand. He was always on tone for our lessons and rarely cancelled. The price for the service provided was fully worth it.
