Fantastic experience: To preface this, I passed first time with Matt. Amazing instruction. I have had 2 previous instructiors before I chose to learn with Matt, and my experience with him was miles apart than with previous instructors. Matt has taken the time to figure out how I work as an individual and teach to my specific methods of learning, no other instructors have done this. There has always been professionalism and politeness on his part. The level of detail an analysis that is provided, as well as the appreciation of my individual needs and supporting environment is the main reason I continued my driving journey after dropping it the first two times. Fantastic experience: Matt was incredibly patient with my level of driving. Can't express enough how well he trains his customers. From my own experience, I booked my test a few months prior to being properly test ready. Matt took me on and distilled safe driving techniques, information, and road awareness from day one. Fantastic experience: Think about what you want in a driving instructor, and he’s got it! Matt was an all-round helpful instructor, and was both patient and reliable, supportive and great at explaining things in an easily understood way. Matt uses an app to provide feedback to students as well as log what’s covered in lessons, which meant I could look back and see what to improve on next time. His feedback proved helpful to my practice outside of lessons as well. Overall, I’d highly recommend him as an instructor particularly for his level of professionalism and knowledge, and for just genuinely being a nice guy.

Fantastic experience: I've actually been driving for over a decade but never on a manual and new to UK roads. Matt was patient and efficient. He saw my weaknesses and strengths and was able to build off of that. I had a bit of a time crunch since a foreign license is only valid for a short time. He was able to work with my schedule to get the right number of lessons in as well. I passed my test on the first try and couldn't be happier! Honestly hard to imagine a better instructor

Fantastic experience: MTDI.... WOW! I've long had issues with nerves when it comes to driving, attempted to learn and pass tests at 18 years old, and sadly only lost my confidence further. Now, at 36 years young, I found Matt. We started from the very beginning, and Matt has been the most amazing instructor. He is calm, easy-going, and has a great sense of humour. He really took the time to understand my needs, put me at ease, and helped teach me to work WITH my concerns, not against them. After 9 months of fairly regular lessons, I actually PASSED!!! I honestly believe this is completely down to Matts approach. He is the only instructor who has ever made me believe that ME, passing, was possible. Thank you, Matt!

My son passed in 20 hours of teaching from Matt while also getting 0 minors on his driving test. Fantastic experience: I suffer from high anxiety and found previous instructors were not a right fit for me. Then I had lessons with Matt who is funny and very thorough with explaining, this made me feel relaxed and able to concentrate more. I used the app that Matt uses and I found this very useful as it gives feedback and what I covered and need more practice on, it gave me time to think in-between lessons on what I need to improve on the next lesson. When I was test ready Matt reassured me I would pass if nerves didn't get the better of me. With this reassurance my anxiety was minimal and I passed my test first time! I would highly recommend Matt!
