Fantastic experience: Intermediate course with Intensive Lessons was lush. Automatic instructor was a star, made it dead comfy and the fast track test was rapid. Passed first time.

Fantastic experience: Refresher course was a lifesaver. Manual driving was a struggle but my instructor was a hero and the test was booked quick. Intensive Lessons are unreal.

Negative experience: Booked on the 1st of the new year for automatic. About a week later they told me they couldn't arrange auto and I'd have to switch to manual. They set the date to start my lessons for the 22nd and my practical for the 21st of March, come the 21st of January and I still had not been assigned an instructor, when I called and asked I was told that the date for my practical would be moved further back. Needless to say I cancelled the course and read the terms and conditions which said a deposit couldn't be refunded when an instructor had been allocated. Despite having no instructor they refused to refund the deposit because they had apparently put in a lot of work to accomplish nothing for me. Truly an incompetent company. I would not rec them to anyone

Negative experience: ️eware!!! Avoid this business far away as possible!!! They hide no-refund policies in terms and condition, you will not see them when booking lessons. Costumers service is passive aggressive, will at all cost tell you that there is no refund. Even if I ask about cooperation and some different solutions to problems. Lost money and precious time with incompetent customer service. They said 'We've managed to luckily find you a test without you redoing the theory. Please delete your review about us, in fact a positive one would be nice now considering we've managed to pull this off! We are confident no one else in the UK could have done it.' and I need to say they are not the only ones who can do it. The only good thing that they did was provide me a great instructor that did all hard work and his name is Mayur Jethiji, great at explaining and teaching. You can find him on Facebook. I wish to give negative stars but there is no option for that.

Negative experience: Booked an intensive course back in November with theory test included , they did quickly book a theory test for a few weeks later that’s got them a one star for that hard work . I then passed my theory and heard nothing at all from them regarding organising a date or an instructor for my course . I booked a practical test in January and only then I got an email asking for a reference number which made no sense as why would I give them a reference number when they have done nothing for me at this stage in terms of organising . I didn’t receive single call or text message they did prove they sent an email from December as didn’t see that email at the time but again this email only asked for a reference number not organising any actual service . I got a few emails telling me that I wouldn’t be refunded because they did email me asking for a reference (how great of them ) and why would they chase me one email should be enough , awful customer service , awful organisation oh and they threatened to sue me for leaving a bad review , clown . Don’t bother using these they couldn’t organise a sock drawer .

Fantastic experience: Managed to get a 25 hour course and test date within a really limited time frame and I passed! Big thanks to Abdulrashid, such a friendly guy and he organised my lessons so that everything was covered in the short time we had :)

Positive experience: Passed my driving test today with 2 minor faults. Waqas was very helpful with teaching me how to drive as well as helping me calm my nerves on the test day. Prices were good (for the fact it is a priority test that is booked). Only downside to intensive lessons is they originally booked my test too early so had no instructors available and had to rebook a new date.

Fantastic experience: Very glad I found this site for intensive driving. The team was kind and helpful. They matched the best instructor for the assignment for my son's driving test as quick as possible. The driving instructor's name was Silvia and she was very experienced with 18years under her belt. Negative experience: Horrific company, none stop cancellations & messing around so EXTREMELY unprofessional & reasons given are ridiculous, the company then blocked me on all platforms after asking for my money back after only receiving one successful lesson that ended rather abruptly due to reasons from the driver. AVOID at every cost, please.

Negative experience: Although i passed first time with this course , I booked after moving from uni back home and thought this would be a “fast track” route to getting a test date since i was already ready for test. However this company were extremely unorganised from getting an instructor in place to giving me a test date so far away i could of booked it the same time myself straight from the government website ! The instructor himself which i FINALLY got assigned cancelled a couple lessons on me (i understand things happen but several times and on one occasion it was just two days before test).He also left the only manoeuvre i needed to learn till the day of test despite telling him beforehand thats one of the things i want out of my lessons and the only thing i hadnt done yet. The instructor sat on his phone through lessons ext and didnt make me feel at ease at all.Funnily enough the examiner on the test (i didnt take instructor on test) made me feel more at ease than the instructor in lessons. Just a shambles and customer support are no good either.

Fantastic experience: Booked 5hrs lessons and a test through these guys and everything was faultless. Gave them my theory number and test sites I preffered. they did the rest. Test date booked then three alternatives or cancellations came through overall waited about 2 months. Evidently dates are hard to come by lately so feel lucky I got one so soon. Also found me a instructor who was amazing. Couldn't recommend enough 10/10 service worth every penny.

Negative experience: Can’t give zero stars. Worst company to deal with in the world. Rude, arrogant and just generally unable to assist or help you resolve issues. All they want is the money. Passed first time 2 minors purely down to just dealing with my instructor (who dosent work for them) basicly a broker and charge you to book your test which is easy enough.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE!!!! Gave deposit to book intensive course, they did not have car availability, nor instructor availability for the number of lessons required, and was told this after paying the deposit of £175. They were rude, unprofessional and intimidating, was refused my deposit back despite it being in the cooling off period. They then blocked me. WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Negative experience: RUDE- SCAM - NO REFUND - UNPROFESSIONAL. Was unable to facilitate the package that was advertised and sold- when questioned on how 4 hours a week is an ‘intensive’ driving course was told that I could not get a refund!!! Did not want to continue and within the cooling off period requested refund but was told will not be getting a refund as ‘uncooperative’ by the rude and obnoxious staff. Do not book with these!!!!

Negative experience: Absoulte sham of a company,quick enough to take your money not so quick to resolve any issues there end waited 5 months for a test of them now my instructor has pulled out 2 days before the test and there askingvif I no anyone that can take me avoid at all cost(update my course has noq been called by the admin of the whatsapp Page because he doesn't have the ability to resolve the issu.

Negative experience: Don't even deserve 1 star. I contacted this company and was told that my daughter could take her 10 hour lessons 1 _ 2 weeks prior to the test. The test was allocated in 3 weeks time. I paid the balance. The driving instructor was abrupt inflexible and I've lost £500 do not use!! Rude and disrespectful staff.

Negative experience: KEEP A MILLION MILES AWAY, SCAM, SCAM AND THEY STOLE MY DAUGHTERS MONEY and they BLOCKED HER ON LIVE CHAT! So my daughter bought 30 hours for approx £1,500. All went well at first with a female driver, Haywards Heath area. Then the instructor became LATE for loads of lessons. My daughters test was postponed as she wasn't ready (the first date was offered 5 months away, how was that fast track!!) When we got a new test date for June, the original female instructor was rude and dismissed my daughter leaving her without any options to get the remaining 10 hours lessons refunded. We were refunded lessons at £25/ hour but we paid £46 aporox / hour. So we were PENALISED FOR HER INSTRUCTOR BEING LATE. They said its because my daughters availability was at fault but they never once tried to assist. Oh and my daughter had to cancel several lessons in March to push other students in front.They are NOT a fast track company and if you saw the reply form their 'operations manager' so blunt, you would be shocked. Keep your money and use a good local recommended company!!! I hear from another bad review they want to start legal action, on what basis? for being n unprofessional company who do not care if you pass or fail.

Negative experience: Basically stole our deposit, they don't reply in a timely manner, they don't return phone calls, some staff are just plain rude. they expected a single female to just turn up at a random address 11 miles away. we never had a lesson or any test as we decided early on these people are very unprofessional and they won't return deposit.

Fantastic experience: I booked on for 10 hour course and passed first time!! My driving instructor Nida was great!! Very helpful and a great instructor. They got me the lessons quickly and my test date booked aswell! Would definitely recommend:)

Negative experience: DO NOT USE COMPANY Lost over 5 hours of lessons Instructor continuously cancelled on lessons towards the end. Leading me to miss two tests. Absolutely no help from the company. Lost £1600 and barley taught how to drive. Paid company in august it is now February and still no where closer to driving. Please listen to the negative reviews it is now worth loosing all this money. The company pay the instructor in advance £900 for 30 hours so the instructor doesn’t give a toss if you pass or not. They keep the rest of the money so it’s a win win for company and instructor while customers are getting robbed. When I complained, they threatened legal action if a negative review was left so bring it on intensive

Negative experience: Be prepared to be friendly with your purchasing account! I paid for the 35hr course. I was continuesly taken on the same route daily, no variation, just 1 test run. The instructor was extremely aggressive, and extremely contradictory. He'd advise something one day, the next it'd be completely the opposite. Things came to a head when he stated he could not help me anymore whilst being extremely aggressive. I had to leave the vehicle for my own safety in the middle of nowhere. Of course by the time I'd returned home the instructor had tried to blame me stating I'd "slammed his door". I had under this instructor purchased a further 10 hrs on top of the 35hrs I'd paid for. I had many hours left and was told I'd get a reduced refund. The customer service was absolutely shocking! I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. It wasn't until this had happened I started to do some research on this company, many many customers have had to turn to there banks to recall money for services they DO NOT provide! I would AVOID at ALL costs! I've since passed my test within a month of turning my back on this company, and it was very clear I was being 'advised' to get more hours to line the instructor, & companies pockets! It is also VERY CLEAR this company is making bogus Google accounts to boost its Google rating!

Negative experience: Scam scam scam, be ware of these people they will take your money and wast your time. Rude and unprofessional staff after taking my deposit promising I will have the course started in 2 weeks and test by the third they just made me wait months , 3 months later contacted them and was told to wait finally I had to dispute thr purchase with my bank and got refunded. I advice every one scammed by these people to do the same as they are robbing people their money and time . And any one planing to deal with this company I would say think twice before you flush the money on the drain.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS! They assigned me to Sue (driving instructor) . She scammed me by cancelling lessons and telling the company I was cancelling the lessons and tests. She was unprofessional and she was always having excuses of why she cannot do the lessons. I even had one saying she cannot drive at night because she cannot see well! I did 30 hours with her and we only did manoeuvres once! She was just letting me drive around and nothing else. The company's reply was even worst. When I told them what happened they said they did not know as Sue was telling them that I was cancelling lessons. However, they were not apologetic or willing to help. They only want to get their money and they don't care after that! Bare in mind I was supposed to get my 30 hours done by September and now is December and just finished with her and I found my own instructor which I trust! DO NOT TRUST THEM! SCAMMERS

Negative experience: SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Don’t believe all the positive reviews you read about this company. I paid a deposit for 2 intensive course for my set of twins and was ask to pay the remainder once they found a instructor which was approximately £3700 total for 35hrs each. They apparently found me a instructor but intensive lesson ask me can my 2 17yrs old children can meet the instructor in a area which is 18 Miles’s away which I refused. The instructor had to come to us and on the very first lesson the lady instructor was telling one of my children during a lesson I’m not traveling and taking students from this far again which was stressful to my child. To top this all off they started lesson on the end of sept then we were told the instructor couldn’t take lesson in November at all with a test booked in December A WHOLE MONTH WITHOUT LESSONS once I question this I was told there’s plenty of time before their test to complete the hours and I should take them out in my car to carry on with their lessons, if I knew this beforehand I would of not paid the balance and gone to someone else but that’s how they trap you cause once you paid the balance and get a instructor they show lack of interest. Some weeks my children were going to be doing 8hrs and the next 2hrs and wouldn’t hear from the instructor for days for when the next lessons are coming I was constantly chasing. The instructor started to make stories up about us not giving the times we are available even though I spent time writing on a calendar all the time my children were available during school time as we were told the instructor doesn’t do after school and weekends so the instructor can work around them times to suit her diary then emailed this to the instructor, when intensive lesson was told this and I offered to show proof they sided with the instructor. When I kept complaining about the attitude of the instructor and can’t contact the instructor, not having any lessons in November I was told yea you are probably not getting on with my instructor but wouldn’t try and find someone who’s more competent in there job. I have lost a substantial amount of money to the tune of £1500 as I felt I had to cancel due to not getting the service I paid for or risking going to the full term of hours and then being told my children can’t go for their test as they are not good enough like other peoples reviews then I would of lost the whole amount £3700. PLEASE DONT BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND DONT USE INTENSIVE LESSON AS THEM AND THE INSTRUCTORS I HAD WERE INCOMPETENT IN PROVIDING A SERVICE, A COSTLY LESSON.

Negative experience: Hi, I don't normally write a review but this was just so bad. Be aware when booking this that they are not flexible to your schedule - had my test cancelled and couldn't get my deposit back because I would be out of the country (doing study abroad) at the date they arranged for me. Also, the customer service people are rude and unhelpful so, again, just be aware.

Negative experience: Please be careful when booking with them. I have booked 5 hours for my son's driving lessons with this company and paid £423 for these 5 hours. The instructor could not confirm when they would be available, despite us chasing him literally every day for over a week. Finally he turned up for 2 hours before son was due to take the exam exam (exam was at 9.07AM and he showed up at 6.30AM on the exam day outside our house). I have asked for 50% refund, as only 50 % of the service that I paid for was delivered (what I think id more than fair) and they refused saying that they need to make a profit and instructor's sickness is not something they can control! Absolutely disgusting!!! It seems that the only thing these guys do is booking the practical test! I have now reported this to the credit card and will be claiming under Visa Chargeback Scheme for services not delivered and will get my money back that way regardless! Total waste of time and appalling, disgusting and terrible attitude!

Negative experience: The booking and payment process was smooth and they found an exam in good time but the instructor was not given the full info (the instructor told me this) and when booking, I was not made aware that if the instructor doesn't think I'm ready, then he won't take me to the exam in his car. This was relayed to me by the instructor three days before the exam. Lo and behold, after digging into the terms, I found on their website. The insteuctor went through the lessons begrudgingly as he has only been paid half of what I paid the company. Mind you, I've had 50 plus hours in a manual car and failed my exam three months prior due to one major mistake but this instructor kept finding faults with my driving, which I understand is part of the learning process but that's not what it felt like as the mistakes parameters kept changing? E.g. Approaching a roundabout, once it's I'm checking too early and the next it's I'm leaving it too late, so whcih is it? Ultimately, I had to get a rental car for my exam and a family member and alas because I was not familiar with the car, I failed on a show me question... Moral of the story, the only benefit of this company is that they can find an exam date for you. That's it. You can do this yourself with third party cancellation companies so dont waste your money with these guys. You will be left with a bad taste...

Negative experience: They robed me of my money , canceled my theory test 1 week before due to a misunderstanding of payment , had arranged payment with my instructor.....please please don't use this company even my instructor said they where bad and hated getting jobs from them as he doesn't actually work for them . Negative experience: Had a very unpleasant experience with this company to which resulted in me cancelling my lessons I had booked through the company was spoken to by a “manager” at the company who did not care at all even after giving them £300 to which they said they would only refund me £75 to which 2 weeks later I still have not received my money back. I would not recommend this company at all don’t know how they’re getting away with what they do absolute money spinners avoid avoid avoid.

Negative experience: Never reccomed them. My partener booked with them 10 lessons in Sptember, he paid for all 634. From September to February, he had only one lesson. They kept cancel in last minute. They cancelled twice the drivind test because the driver think he was not ready for the test. But how a person can be ready when in 5 months he had only one lesson? The manager was rude to us on the phone. We said to him that we want the money back and to cancel the test. He asked to sent our request throw email and ensured us that the money will be refunded. At the end we just recived an email from them saying that they can not give us any money because we cancelled. So stupid. We will take action further. It is a pure robbery.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. Absolutely terrible company taken my money for 10 hours intensive lessons , I received 3 hours in total from a dangerous aggressive instructor named Darren who frequently nocks your confidence and gets irate with ur mistakes. Complete lack of understanding and impatient. Have been totally let down by this company and instructor.

Unfortunately, you turned up to the lesson hungover, slammed the door on the instructor and told him to ‘pick you up tomorrow for the test’ after cancelling the lesson before mid way through due to the driving not being safe therefore your course was terminated. Negative experience: Rated 0 stars as the business is used to steal learners money providing “intense” courses which in fact offers the same lessons as any other instructor. The courses also doesn’t provide a fast track test service as it took over 3 months for me to get a test. Once I did my lessons I was told my instructor doesn’t want me to go on the test as he fears I would fail and how this would negatively affect him despite me paying £361 for the 5 course, where the instructor only gets £32 per hour. Sadly due to this non refundable course only last week I was not able to also take the offer of going and doing a test with my usual instructor who was willing to take me as he believes I am test standard. So after completing 3 hours I was rudely told by one of the managers that they can’t help me or even provide me compensation despite the instructor being more than willing to refund for the other 2 hours. The manager was so rude to me and would not allow me to speak when calmly asking whether there was fair solution. It resulted in him just hanging up on me and said as it’s less than a week for me to reschedule they will charge me an additional £143, even though I had no power in scheduling the lessons and was not aware of this. The manager shouted at me over the phone and told me I should go and spend extra money on a new instructor for the test and refused compensate for my leftover hours despite me not doing the test not at any fault of mine and being test ready. Intensive Lessons as a business is an obvious money scam which aim to take as much money from the Learners without providing adequate services. Your better off using test cancellation service and your usual instructors as this doesn’t provide anything different than what they can provide and you will save money. I’ve regretted the decision since I made it and im gutted with the type of service I have received as I really was hoping this would be a quality and unique service due to the heavily enhanced price and the label of being intense.

Hi Yuki, unfortunately you didn’t reach test standard therefore could not be taken to the test as per DVSA guidelines. You booked the 5hr course when you were a beginner. It is not safe for you to sit a test and no driving instructor in the country would allow this. Unfortunately, as the test was 2 days away, the remaining time was non-refundable. Negative experience: if i could leave no stars i would, such an incompetent and no means of compassion for its customers. a waste of time and money. using this company has affected my mental health. i literally rang them sobbing and they didnt have a care in the world. unhelpful & all they care about is the money. instructor tried to get an extra £100 off me to swap lessons around. awful service and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Negative experience: I am sharing my experience so everyone is intending to use driving lessons are aware how bad this company, services. The are not honest, please make sure you get the terms and conditions cleared before booking. To be specific, I did booked it before the lock down ( Dec 2020 ) and nothing happened until i contacted them several times after 6 months they booked the nearest available appointments ( September 2021), i was actually able to book appointment earlier than them, they are not to reschedule my appointment to any earlier appointment even i booked fast track so literally no fast track even i paid for it and they refused to refund. All this time I was always the one who contacted them, they never contacted me or tried to update me. Trust me this company is cheating and not honest and all they do is they get the money and if you go with any other company will be better for you.
