Fantastic experience: Ash is hands down the best driving instructor I have had, I wish I would have found him sooner! Always lets you know it’s ok to make mistakes, always making sure you understand what he’s saying! After 1 failed attempt with a different instructor, 2 tests later and I finally passed with 3 minors! Thankyou ash!

Negative experience: I requested a call back, but failed to receive one after a number of days. Additionally, I made 3 seperate calls during business hours and got hung up on each time. This is very odd and unprofessional behaviour. EDIT: Thank you for your response. I appreciate your position and understand the challenges of managing a driving school. However, I must clarify that my review is based on my personal experience, which involved not receiving any response or callback to my inquiries, contrary to your claim. I never received any communication mentioning available dates for lessons, either through a call, text, or email. The purpose of my review was to provide honest feedback about my experience with your driving school, which I believe could be improved in terms of communication and customer service. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, and I look forward to any improvements that may benefit future students.

I said " hard work" because I was not a very confident pupil. I never drove before but Ash teached me, build my confidence and made me love driving in a safe manner.. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic journey it's been from start to finish. From having previous driving instructors who could not be bothered or cared enough to really appreciate the students needs, Ash was a breath of fresh air that was ultimately needed. Answering all of my questions with patience and understanding, an added background of professionalism with his previous experiences and qualifications in all things driving, I could not recommend him more so. If you want to pass, go with anyone, but if you want to pass as a good and reliable driver, progress 2 success is the driving school for you. Passing first time has helped with my confidence not only in driving but to also in life itself. All I can say is thank you Ash!

After learning on and off for a couple of years and having my confidence knocked by some instructors, I was so happy to find Ash! He has been a Godsend, and he is an absolutely incredible driving instructor. Firstly, Ash has the perfect manner for this job - he is endlessly calm, so patient, and extremely encouraging. He really built my confidence after it was knocked by previous instructors, and helped me get into good driving habits. Ash is also incredibly knowledgable and detail-oriented which makes all the difference on test day. He will make sure you have everything you need in preparation for the test, and that you go in with a strong chance of getting that blue certificate! Finally, Ash makes learning to drive fun! For the first time ever, I looked forward to my lessons, and had a great time chatting and getting to know Ash while improving my technique. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a driving instructor in Norwich, book Ash! He is just an excellent teacher and a genuinely lovely guy. He takes the time to build your confidence and make you truly understand the road. After not having any lessons for 11 years I was wary of learning how to drive again and from the first lesson Ash made me feel completely comfortable and safe - I used to make fun of him for how fast he spotted situations and reacted to the road! Now I feel so in control of a car and passed my test yesterday first time with 1 minor. He taught me to be an adept and safe driver, not just to pass a test, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The man is absurdly good at what he does -book him, you won't regret it!

I had been putting off taking driving lessons for about 10 years so was very anxious but Ash immediately put me at ease from the first phone call. He offers great, tailored, and attentive tuition at very competitive rates - highly recommend for the great value. I was very nervous as I started off with Ash as a complete beginner and clueless about cars/driving. Ash is very reassuring, knowledgeable and always puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your driving skills. As a result, I managed to pass first time and very quickly as well.

Fantastic experience: Came to Ashley with no experience behind the wheel, and can now proudly say in just a few months I’ve passed my test first time with 1 minor because of him. Can easily say I couldn’t have picked a better instructor. He’s really good with teaching and getting you through everything quickly and efficiently and doesn’t muck about with prolonging lessons so you won’t waste any money. Super friendly and won’t scream at you if you get something wrong, or put any unneeded pressure on you. 10/10 would recommend.

He’s incredibly patient, comes in with advice at just the right time, and paced my lessons perfectly with my ability. He’s always friendly and doesn’t make you feel under any pressure, and is always keen to help should you need it, but also isn’t afraid to push you out of your comfort zone to improve you as a driver. He teaches in a way that feels to the student that they are not being taught as he chats away making the student feel at ease.My daughter is going to miss her lessons with Ashley as she enjoyed his company

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Ashley enough as a driving instructor - he is very welcoming, friendly, patient and supportive. Since the very first time my wife got contact with him, he has been nothing but helpful and has always made sure to get back to her as quickly as possible. She always felt at ease during lessons and Ash's encouragement and support helped her to build up the confidence and self-belief. We are very thankful!

Fantastic experience: Ash did a fantastic job of teaching me how to manage a gear stick. I was really nervous beforehand as the idea of multitasking with gears and steering terrified me. But I found that with some reassurance from Ash I was confident in my hand positions and began to drive comfortably. I hope he doesn't tyre of me before my test!
