He was such an awesome instructor—patient, supportive, and genuinely cared about me and my driving skills. I never driven manual before and I was so scared at the beginning but Jalal straight away made me feel that I could do it. It was an incredible journey! Smooth and comfortable. Even when I made some silly mistakes (which happened a lot! I’m so sorry ), Jalal never got frustrated. Instead, he would calmly guide me through it and always had a way of making me feel at ease. It really helped me build my confidence. While I was passing my test I was imagining that Jalal was sitting next to me guiding me and helping me and I was actually speaking to myself (out loud, my examiner didn’t mind it at all ) as if Jalal would speak to me. I could feel his support and that I wasn’t on my own which was really important for me. If you’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also super nice, understanding and patient, Jalal is the one to choose. You can be sure that with him you will become a great driver. I’m so grateful for all his help! I’m not saying goodbye. I’m still planning to take extra lessons so I can keep practicing and improving my driving skills. Fantastic experience: I had four driving instructors before, but none of them were good enough to help me learn and understand. I was very disappointed and stressed because I only had two months left until the test day. Until one day when I called Drive East London Driving School and spoke with Jalal, a very kind personality, he told me that he didn't have a slot at the moment and that he could offer me a slot in a few weeks, I told him that unfortunately, I don't have time enough to wait couple of week until he will have a free slot for me because I have a very short time left until the test. Then he recommended me Nurul, a very good instructor, very dedicated and who helped me to trust myself and my potential, a special person who doesn't rush you, laughs with you, and jokes is all you need to help a student to be confident. Today I passed the test for the first attempt with Nurul and I am very happy I highly recommend both Nurul and Jalal!!!

Fantastic experience: Hello world. I'm happy to announce Jelal's Sunday schedule would have more openings as I have passed my test with him this week! This has been around a year-long adventure but it has finally come to an end. I still remember the late evening drives during winter, on the roads of the testing center, the drive home on the motorway, under East London's bright lights. Fantastic experience: I began my driving lessons with Jalal at the end of March and today, 17th May, I had my test at Barking. I informed him that I already knew the basics of driving. During our first lesson, he assessed my skills and outlined what I needed to do to pass the test. After completing 12 hours of lessons with him, I passed with only one minor fault. Jalal is incredibly patient and understanding, always accommodating my needs. He has a calm and cool demeanor, which made my lessons enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Great experience with Jalal. He helped me get my license in 1 week (10 hours of driving lessons). He also showed me how to book my driving test within a week and recommended a test center with higher than average passing rates. Lastly, I did all my lessons near my test centre. This allowed me to get used to driving in that area and proved very useful during the test. A big thank you Jalal.

Fantastic experience: I’m very glad and grateful to Jalal that I passed my driving test! I passed it on the second attempt but I felt I was still pretty close on my first attempt. Jalal always explains and shows how to do things right on the road when needed. The explanations are clear and you can remember them during the drive later, they are very helpful. Or he gives small tips when needed if you try to drive independently. Jalal was always patient and explained several times if needed, replied to all the questions so you understand what to do and why it should be done this way. Jalal was also always patient if you do mistakes, he just explained you what was not right. We had good friendly atmosphere during the lessons what I think is helpful for productive learning as well. I could drive and had driving license for driving in other countries before we started having lessons with Jalal. But I definitely learned much for the driving test to pass it and in general to improve my driving skills. We learned everything that can be asked during the driving test, and we refreshed it right before the test date. So I felt well prepared on the exam date (even though I was nervous). I would definitely recommend lessons with Jalal to all my friends and anybody who is interested, such a good instructor.

His way of teaching is easy to understand, and no matter how many mistakes you make, he will still support you in a way that motivates you. He covers everything in depth, and will continue to cover it till you become a confident driver. Everyone used to tell me how driving a manual car was impossible and that I won’t be good at it. But I was never scared to drive simply because he gave me that confidence, and he continues to build it through good explanations and demonstrations. Fantastic experience: Jalal enabled me to pass first time, AND 4 months early! Learning with him was very easy, and he makes you feel comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend. Also, a little tip for anyone in the Greenwich area - cut through the foot tunnel and meet him at Island Gardens. Skip the Greenwich queues!

Fantastic experience: I've liked the lessons a lot. Jalal is a very good instructor. We started to learn from the very beginning on quite residential streets. As I progressed, he moved our routes to the areas near Goodmayes test centre, so when I had the test, I've already get used to this area. He carefully explained me my errors, and I've rather quick became confident enough to take the test. He makes special attention on the questions and skills, and generally teaches everything needed for confident driving.
