Fantastic experience: Jamal is a fantastic teacher. I took refresher lessons after not driving for 17 years. I found Jamal to be patient and his approach re-introduced me to different subject areas in a gradual way so that I did not feel pressured. What I found the most helpful were the feedback and debriefing methods used - Jamal writes very good notes, produces helpful diagrams and patiently explains why errors have been made. If an explanation did not immediately make sense, Jamal is quite good at explaining things in a different way. Thank you for your help in building up my confidence.

Fantastic experience: I booked block classes with Mirza. The classes were well thought out and he was extremely patient. Unfortunately I had to stop after I completed my third due to an injury and he was kind enough to refund me the remaining balance. He didn’t have to do that. Fantastic experience: From 0 experience to pass my test only took 3 and half months, 34 hours. Thanks a lot to my instructor Jamal!! He is very responsible and full of patient, he always has effective communication with me. He has a checklist for learning driving skills for each students. He taught me all of skills no matter it included in test. In fact, it is very useful and helpful. For example, the reversing U turn on the road is not included in the test, he still taught me it. And this skill SAVED me from my test! I almost failed if I can not do Reversing U turn. I’m the super nervous person and Jamal taught me to face it and how to deal with it. That made me pass my test. Trust yourself and Jamal and leave the rest of thing to the luck.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test at Goodmayes with Mirza. He is a really patient and thoughtful instructor and really made me feel at ease when driving. Before I started with Mirza I had taken a few lessons five years ago but I was very scared of the road which made me give it up. Mirza helped me learn all the basics and steadily helped me progress to being test ready. When you make mistakes in lessons, he explains things clearly and in a friendly tone so you never felt worried or ashamed. This really helped me in not repeating the same faults, and when it came to the test even though I was very nervous I felt like I had practiced the scenarios many times before. Overall I'm really happy to have done my driving lessons with Mirza, and I feel much more confident now!
