Fantastic experience: Fabio is such a great teacher, I really enjoyed the lessons with him! He has been very calm, patient and flexible. Also very easy to chat to, which put me at ease from the very beginning. Fabio has a lot of experience and road knowledge and knows which roads are best for your current progress. He gave me the confidence that I needed to drive. The driving was also recorded into his laptop and it was very helpful because we could go through the mistakes very easily. Fantastic experience: Fabio taught me everything I know about driving, from sitting in the driver’s seat for the first ever time to my first-time pass yesterday morning. We spent many hours covering as many situations as possible, even in some of the most difficult circumstances. Fantastic experience: I have just passed by test at first attempt with Fabio! I have to say that it was a very good experience learning with Fabio. He is patience and helps you to learn all the tricky parts of driving first time, he provides very good feedback and rewards. He helped me to feel confident and enjoy while learning, as sometimes can be a bit frustrating. I like that calm approach specially at the beginning. The 2 hours lessons also really help to practise what you learned in that day and I really like the structure of the lessons covering all the important steps that when learned it stick in you. Fantastic experience: Having had a few driving instructors Fabio has been by far the best, and I wouldn’t have passed my test if it wasn’t for his teaching and support. Fantastic experience: I started driving lessons with Fabio with absolutely no driving experience or car knowledge. Throughout our lessons I not only learned to drive and get comfortable controlling the car but also gained confidence, especially in dealing with tricky driving situations, in decision making and staying calm under pressure. Fantastic experience: Having tried to learn with a few others in the past I can say Fabio is one of the best driving instructors out there! Patient and calming ideal for nervous learners like I was to start with. By the time we finished training I was not just confident in passing my test but confident to actually drive in real life. Fantastic experience: Fabio is an excellent teacher as well as being an all round great person. He is patient and understanding and really cares about your learning and progress. I passed first time after having no driving experience. From the very beginning it was clear we were going to take our time going through everything step-by-step so that I had a deep understanding of how to be a good driver - not just know how to pass my test. The in-car video system that he uses was an invaluable tool when it came to understanding my mistakes and how to correct them. I'm a very visual learner and being able to actually watch my drives helped me put a stop to bad techniques/habits very quickly. I'd recommend Fabio to anyone- I feel so confident and knowledgeable now moving on with my own driving journey and that is down to him!

Fantastic experience: I passed first time and couldn’t have done it without Fabio!! He has such a calm presence which made me feel safe, comfortable and capable of driving, and it was like having a friend in the passenger seat! I originally started a couple of years ago and had to stop, but when I was able to start again I knew I wanted to start learning with Fabio again. At times when I doubted my ability he encouraged and supported me and my confidence while driving grew thanks to Fabio. If I found something difficult, for example round-abouts, he was understanding and patient, and didn’t mind getting a little dizzy going round and round haha! - I appreciate him taking it at my pace and spending all the time I needed to get my head around the areas of driving that I found difficult without being made to feel silly or anything. He goes above and beyond for his learners giving extra hours when he can to not only make sure they are ready for their test but also importantly ready to drive solo. For all these reasons, I cannot recommend Fabio highly enough for anyone who is learning to drive, or needs refresher lessons to boost their confidence while driving on the roads. Fantastic experience: Great teacher, patient with lots and lots of experience. Lessons built throughout introducing different skill requirements, levels of difficulty and varying driving conditions. Couldn't recommend more and have already booked my daughter in. Also passed 1st time!

Fantastic experience: Getting your drivers license during the pandemic was one of the most stressful and frustrating challenges I have ever faced. Fabio is one of the best instructors I have ever met. He is very patient, adjusts to students' skill level and requirements, makes sure you understand and can control the car. It was a long learning process with many cancelations due to Covid-19, but I managed to pass first time! I would recommend Fabio to any novice driver.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Brighton Marina Driving and Fabio enough. Started in late August 2020 right after the first lockdown and with only the equivalent of 6 months of learning I was able to pass my test first time. This was down to the fact that Fabio made sure I was 100% prepared for every aspect of driving, so that nothing phased me during the test. His great feedback during and after lessons meant I was able to understand clearly what I needed to improve on and I was able to recognise all the progress I had made on that day and the previous weeks. Fantastic experience: Awesome! Passed my test at first attempt and it was super easy thanks to Fabio's training! He is a truly great instructor who knows what he is doing. Also Fabio is SUPER fun to be around. I wouldn't like it if my instructor was overly formal/boring and luckily Fabio is not that kind of a person. He makes you feel like a good friend (who happens to be a top driving instructor) is teaching you how to do drive. :D Also, a very important moment for me personally - I tend to doubt myself and I didn't really believe I could be a good driver, but Fabio was always very encouraging and he always knew how to motivate me to keep going. Fantastic experience: Not being from Brighton, I had to rely on reviews and chose "Brighton Marina Driving Lessons" and I'm very glad that I did.Fabio made me feel relaxed, but confident from day one. After taking Fabio's advice, I actually spent a lot less than I had originally expected. I'm not the easiest person to get on with and that made me apprehensive, but Fabio's manner and teaching techniques worked perfectly and I passed first time with much fewer lessons than expected. My praise and gratitude could not get any higher.You can easily tell that this is Fabio's business because of the passion and professionalism that he puts into it. Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time yesterday. Fabio was a great instructor - the lessons were relaxed and enjoyable. He was great at explaining things, and made sure I was completely prepared for the test, with lots of experience of driving around the area where it takes place. The process of starting was really simple - I just joined the waiting list and started as soon as a time became available. If you are looking for an instructor I'd recommend doing the same - I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Fabio enough as a driving instructor. I passed my test today, first time and I definitely couldn’t have done it without his dedication, effort and expertise. He was always very patient and spent time making sure I was as close to perfect as I could get, to ensure I was fully prepared for the test (both theory and practical). If this meant we did something many times, we did! I learned at a pace which suited me and was productive in my development. He allowed me to gain confidence despite being a nervous driver who didn’t find the idea of driving much fun initially! I now feel mostly confident at the wheel and I can’t thank him enough for all the time he spent ensuring I was ready to be an independent driver. My recommendation is to get on his waiting list and be patient, his ways of teaching and explaining are wonderful and clarified a lot of things for me, and therefore worth the wait. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start? when I think back to when I first started taking lessons with Fabio compared to where I am today having passed my test on the first go, it makes me appreciate all the time and effort he put in to make sure I learnt to drive using the best practices. I remember when I was first introduced to Fabio, I instantly had a good feeling about him as he is a very friendly guy with an engaging personality. This, coupled with his driving expertise, made the whole process of learning under him a positive experience and one I would highly recommend. As many people know, driving for the first time can be nerve-wracking and a bit overwhelming but Fabio made me feel at ease pretty quickly. He lets you learn at your own pace and in a way that’s most conducive to your development, guiding you as you progress until you’re ready for you test, and trust me when that time comes you’ll be as best prepared as possible. Fabio is honestly the best instructor I could have asked for and I can’t say enough good things, Grazie Fabio!

I e-mailed him explaining I was an older student - and had some reservations and nerves about driving - and he was very supportive and helpful from day 1. He is very patient, and he gave me the confidence to push myself in our lessons - whilst making sure to go at a pace I felt comfortable with. He instinctively knows when it's time to move on to something else and I was amazed at the speed I progressed under his instruction. Fantastic experience: First of all, I'd like to thank you Fabio for being such a good instructor. He has been really patient and understanding. When I started my lessons I was a beginner (I did not know which one was the clutch) and now I can drive around without hesitation. For those who are reading this review, if you contact Fabio and he says that he has a waiting list, do not let this stop yourself to start with him. If you do not have the necessity to start immediately, the waiting will not be so long. Time goes so fast that you don’t realise and one day Fabio is going to contact you to start.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful driving lessons from Fabio and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to learn. I passed my test the first time which was down to Fabio’s patience and persistence in making sure my understanding and technique were spot on. Being a bit of a nervous learner I was put at ease by Fabio’s calm demeanour and reassurance and each week my improvement gave me more confidence. Fantastic experience: I heard about Brighton Marina Driving through my brother, who’d been taking lessons with Fabio for a while before I turned 17. As soon as he had a slot available, he fit me in for lessons once a week at a very good rate. 18 months on, I have just passed my test and I could not have asked for anyone better. I was always quite nervous before lessons, but his calm nature and kindness made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in the car. He is an extremely thorough instructor, who taught me everything I needed to know for the old and new test (as of December 2017.) He helped me persevere and carry on driving when my confidence was knocked. I really struggled with learning some of the manoeuvres, but he took his time in teaching me little tips and tricks to help me learn. My parallel park now works perfectly every time! I cannot thank Fabio enough for sticking with me for this time, and helping me to see that little mistakes are not the end of the world. He’s taught me that driving should be enjoyable, not stressful. I’m now loving driving my own car confidently and calmly! He's an absolutely wonderful instructor, 100% recommendation from me! Fantastic experience: I chose to take my driving lessons in Brighton with Fabio at Brighton Marina Driving Lessons and was obviously extremely pleased with my first-time pass! I found Fabio to be a highly competent instructor on a professional level but easy-going and friendly on a personal level. This made the whole process a relaxed experience, which is precisely what you need when learning to do something that can be stressful for some people. All aspects of driving were taught at a steady pace, gradually moving from one to the next only when I felt completely ready. Fantastic experience: I recently passed my test first time, thanks to the driving lessons in Brighton I had with Fabio at Brighton Marina Driving Lessons. Fabio is an excellent driving instructor, upon first meeting him I had never been behind the wheel and was very nervous, but he put my mind at ease completely. Learning to drive is a stressful process, so I personally believe that the best quality a driving instructor can possess is to be able to contain that stress and even convert that into motivation, which Fabio has a knack for. Within a matter of months, I had gone from a shuddering slow start with little to no knowledge of driving or rules of the road, to complete autonomous driving. Fabio also answered every query I asked in a manner that made sense to me. Each question I asked would also lead him to tell me the theory behind why, which is a crucial and necessary component in learning to drive. This is only one of the ways that the man will go above and beyond in helping his learners learn to drive. The company is extremely flexible, competitively priced, and organised - even to the point where you'll recieve lesson reminders via text. Positive experience: If you want to learn how to drive safely and confidently Fabio is the man for you! Fantastic experience: I have to say that I was very apprehensive to begin driving and did put it off for a little while until I stumbled across Brighton Marina Driving School. I found the feedback regarding Fabio to put me more at ease and actually get me to begin to learn to drive. This was the best decision I could have made. Fabio is an amazing instructor! He is friendly, professional and adapts to your way of learning. I didn't think I'd pass my test first time in a million years but today I did just that, and I really couldn't have done it without Fabio. Fantastic experience: Having looked at the various driving schools in and around Brighton, reading the positive testimonials and reviews, I decided that Brighton Marina Driving would be the one for me . Starting in February, I would say that I was a fairly nervous driver having read many a horror story online (not advisable to anyone looking to start) but was soon put at ease and reassured by Fabio. His expert knowledge of the roads, paired with his professionalism, friendliness and patience (quite a lot was needed as we tried to tackle some manoeuvres!), made for an excellent teacher. I couldn't recommend Fabio enough!

Fantastic experience: I have never believed that I will take any driving lesson, drive a car at all or even pass a test on the first atempt, but guess what? All that happened with Fabio and his driving school! My journey started last year in September. It was a long way to place where I am now with my test pass certificate. There were tears and laugh. Fabio is very professional and patient. He treats every student as an individual and finds a different way to teach them. I do recommend Fabio, because when you take your test with him, you know you are ready. So don't think too long and book your lessons with Fabio! :)

Fantastic experience: When I started lessons with Brighton Marina Driving Lessons, I was a very nervous and uncomfortable driver. Fabio allowed me to learn to drive in a way and at a pace that was suitable to me. He was calm and focused and always applied the right balance of clear instruction and constructive support. He teaches with a very relaxed and effortless demeanour which had a very positive effect on how I felt and drove. Fantastic experience: First time passer. After having no previous driving experience, Fabio worked hard and got me ready within 35 hours. The lessons were well planned but also flexible to whatever needed working on. Fabio is a very capable teacher who is very patient and instills confidence in the learner. He allows the learner a lot of freedom to learn a style comfortable to them but steers you in the right direction if an issue arises. Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving test first time!!!!!! I am so excited….. I own it all to Fabio, could not have done it without him. I am a very anxious person and I felt at ease with Fabio’s approach. He is a very calm and easy going person. He has dealt with my different mood swings in a very professional and person tailored way. He is able to adapt his teaching in accordance to learner’s needs, he also provides an in-car system which allowed me to fully understand certain driving mistakes I kept making. Fabio is very passionate about his job I will strongly recommend him as driving instructor he is the best. Thank you very much Fabio!!!!.

Fantastic experience: Fabio didn't just teach me to pass the test, but to actually drive! I have just passed my test and feel very confident about driving alone or with other people in the car. Fabio is very patient and helps you develop techniques and tricks to help with any difficult manoeuvres. The road camera also helped me realise where I had gone wrong and clarify any confusion over road positioning and signs. Thank you Fabio!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test in just 6 days! After an 8 month break from driving, I went with an intensive driving course with Fabio and because of his hard work on understanding my weaknesses and strengths, he worked really hard with me on improving my roundabout skills and the nitty gritty of the driving. Fabio understood how important it was for me to pass this and made time for my lessons. I am really happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to pass their driving test. Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time with Fabio today! I restarted my training after a 5yr break and thinking I would never be able to do it, to passing in just 6 months. Fabio is a brilliant instructor, if you don't understand how to do something he will find a way to teach you, as I discovered after a very tough but rewarding lesson on reversing around a corner! It made me cringe every time he got his laptop out to show me how I'd done something wrong or missed a roadsign, but it stopped me from continuing to make the same mistakes. Fantastic experience: Fabio is an awesome instructor who lets you learn driving at your pace so you feel at ease. The on board camera helps you to understand your driving on another level and is really useful. He's the only instructor in Brighton to do this and it's so helpful. He's easy to get along with and genuinely makes lessons funny as well as constructive. I couldn't have done it with out him and would happily recommend him to anyone. Fabio you are amazing.

Fantastic experience: YAY. Passed my driving test first time before all my friends at the age of 17! Fabio is an amazing instructor who takes time to allow you to really understand things, he has the ability to make one feel completely at ease - even on your first lesson. Never a dull moment and a really enjoyable way of learning. He was there for me from the first lesson all the way through to sending me telepathic brain waves from the back of the car during my exam:D Could not of done it with out him and would happily recommend him to anyone.
