Manuel is patient and relaxed which gave me confidence and helped me feel comfortable on my lessons and during the test. He is very clear with his feedback and gives lots of instructions to make you a better driver. I’d recommend Manuel to any learners.

From the very first lesson, I was impressed by his dedication to teaching me not just the mechanics of driving a manual car but also the concepts and road safety awareness. Manuel has an impeccable mannerism when providing instructions to perform all types of manoeuvres whilst adding a touch of humour. He makes you write it in a notebook so that you can keep reviewing it as and when required. This is a great approach, in my honest opinion. ‘Big Brother is always watching you’, ‘Do not forget about your B.O.B and T.O.M’ are some of the one liners’ he would tell me. This made a huge difference in taking my time and being safe behind the wheel. Manuel has a calm and patient demeanour, which is essential for any new or seasoned drivers (that has picked up bad habits and needs a reset). He takes the time to explain things clearly and simply, and he's always happy to answer any questions I have, no matter how basic they might seem. Overall, I can't recommend Manuel highly enough. He's a knowledgeable, patient, and fun instructor who truly cares about his students' success. If you're looking for someone to make learning to drive a positive experience, then Manuel is the perfect choice! Trust me when I say that I first tried lessons with another instructor, then switched to Manuel, and that made a world of difference from Day 1 of taking lessons with him! I’ve been with him for years and I can honestly say that I’ve never felt more comfortable with a driving instructor. He is calm, knows how to have a laugh and always put me at ease. Negative experience: Please stay away from this instructor . Worse experience ever . Most unpleasant experience in my life u will be robbed off your money and u won't even make it to the test. This guy ran away when I had my test due soon. Cannot trust this guy I paid this guy before the class started with 50 pounds and hour . He is expected to teach not tell me u wont pass . He should rather focus on teaching than getting into random discussion or over unreal evaluation to get more lessons. Unprofessional and cannot be trusted . I saved my money not getting any classes . Managed to pass the test on my own ability ..................... I would recommend a instructor who is teaching you rather than making you nervous and giving you wrong impression about ur driving to make more money

Negative experience: I enquired about an intensive driving course which (according to their website) this company offers. A representative responded to my initial my enquiry by requesting further information; I duly provided the information they requested only to be ignored. If you couldn't assist me, you simply had to say so! Ignoring people is rude and ignorant. Having now secured a driving course with a professional, helpful & polite, driving instructor, I am grateful that I did not book lessons with the ill mannered people who run this company. Little word of advice, curtesy cost nothing while being rude can be very costly to your company. If it had been possible to do so, I would have given zero stars... Avoid!

Negative experience: Manuel was alright as an instructor but he was a very weird dude, making just uncomfortable conversation whilst driving and often giving overly critical advice, he taught me for a few lessons to catch me up to date before my test and after making a simple mistake about some road layout's I'd never encountered he berrated me for a good ten minutes and claimed that I would fail my test later that week. I passed with only 2 minors, he then messaged me after I told him asking me to let him post it on his socials to take credit, needless to say I aired his message and if you're reading this Manny go **** yourself and don't say you don't remember like you have with all the other low rates reviews

Negative experience: Totaly rude. Called him to book a few hours lesson to learn the area since I have years of international driving experience but not living in the Brentwood. He asked me how many driving school I phoned and laughed me while adding why would he give lessons. He literally does not have any idea that he runs a driving school against payment.
