Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test a few days ago with only three minors thanks to Pete. He is a stern but fair instructor. who always praised me when I was getting it right and pointed out when I was making progress. He was punctual for driving lessons and seldom had to cancel a lesson.

Fantastic experience: after just completing my test in less than 10 months I couldn’t recommend anyone other than Pete. He arrived on time ever single time and always made sure that we had a lesson no matter the problem. He made learning to drive a fun experience and so that we enjoyed the lesson. Whilst doing this he built up my confidence with driving and made me believe in my progress and ability. After all this I passed with 1 minor. Anyone would be lucky to have Pete as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Pete to anybody that is looking to learn to drive. He has bags of knowledge to pass onto his students and plenty of laughs too!! I’d previously had lessons a number of years ago and wasn’t the most confident of drivers. Six years down the line, I decided to give it another go and I was lucky enough to stumble across Pete. He brought me back up to speed and made me so much more confident in my own ability than I’d been prior. I simply couldn’t thank him more for helping me through the process, staying calm and teaching me how to be the best driver I can be .

He also upkeeps great communication and punctuality when it comes to arranging and facilitating lesson and when needed goes out his way to be flexible in accommodating your work commitments when he is able. Most reliable and committed driving instructor - strongly recommended him to any new driver or someone who may just require a refresher. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I began driving lessons with Pete just 2 weeks before the start of the pandemic in 2020. I felt like a nervous driver and it took me a while to feel comfortable and confident when driving, Pete was able to be calm and friendly and give good advice to help! I was never let down for driving lessons or test dates throughout the year and a half I was learning for, and he was able to accommodate lessons to what suited me best consistently. I passed with just 3 minors in the end :)

He always made me feel at ease, especially coming up to my driving test. He would always look for ways I could improve and solidify passing my test. Fantastic experience: Absolute Master of Driving Instructors I could go on for so long about how amazing a driving instructor Pete is. He’s infinitely calm, patient and supportive during all lessons and will take things at your own pace; I never felt pushed into doing anything at all and when in the car, it is a super comfortable environment. Pete’s a really calm guy and I honestly couldn’t have wished for anyone else to be my instructor. Even on the day of my test (I passed! Thanks again Pete) he was super uplifting and positive. He’s an incredible driving instructor with an unlimited bank of hilarious dad jokes, interesting stories and I honestly - at this point - consider him not my driving instructor, but my friend. I 100% recommend Pete as an instructor for whatever stage of driving you’re at - he’s brilliant. So GO DRIVE! You won’t regret it one bit.

Fantastic experience: Both me and my twin sister passed first time with Pete. He is a great Driving instructor who is very patient and understanding. He teaches you how to drive in all situations and not just to pass your test. We would both highly recommend Pete.

Fantastic experience: When I started my lessons, I was a complete novice. I didn't know how anything worked and there was no such thing as 'gently breaking' within my skill set. Pete has been incredibly patient in teaching me how to drive, and no lesson was ever a dull one. If I ever faced a mental block or was having a moment where things weren't clicking, Pete was reassuring and helped me to get past them. Sometimes that meant facing them head on and not allowing it to become something which I would dwell on. I couldn't imagine learning to drive with anyone else because I've laughed as much as I've learned. I can't speak highly enough of Pete, and I feel like the force is now strong in me when I'm driving. Those Jedi Mind tricks do work on traffic lights.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I’d ever get behind a wheel until my sister recommended me having driving lessons with Pete as she passed first time with him. Having driving lessons with Pete turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. I was a nervous wreck which Pete could see, he got to know me personally which got him to understand my thought process and that helped me a lot, it helped with my confidence and learning and when I didn’t understand something he’d then calmly explain to me what I needed to do or what I was doing wrong etc. Pete made me feel very comfortable as I could learn at my own pace and he would never get frustrated if I did something wrong. Thank you so much for helping me pass my test on my second try, I honestly believe that no one else could have gotten me to overcome my nerves. He tailors the lessons exactly to your needs and makes sure you get the most of your time spent in the lesson to benefit you personally. Whether you are a beginner, or need refresher or motorway lessons, I would choose Pete. He is very mindful of your ability and level and takes things at the pace you set for yourself. He has a great relaxed and friendly personality, which puts your nerves at ease and makes you feel you can ask him anything you are unsure of. He does not have a directly critical manner, but instead uses constructive pointers and reminders when you are making mistakes. I had never driven a mini, but I really enjoyed learning in one and his car is very modern and user friendly. Thank you for giving me the confidence to get back into my own car Pete!
