Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving test and couldn't of done it without my instructer paul lees. He's made me feel comfortable learning to drive and helped me overcome any issues. I was very nervous to do my test but he reassured me I was ready and I passed. Would highly recommend paul, he's very friendly, easy to get on with and a brilliant instucter.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just passed my driving test (first go!) and I honestly don’t think I would have been able to pass it without Paul Lees. I was quite nervous and anxious from the beginning, and Paul helped me manage that in a way that made me feel comfortable and safe. He was always patient, and no matter how anxious I felt, he remained calm and clear in his instructions. What really made a difference for me was how he believed in me and pushed me even when I had little confidence in myself. He explained things in a way that made sense and gave me the time I needed to improve without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Whenever I made mistakes, he was patient with me and used those moments as opportunities to learn, rather than letting me get discouraged. At the same time, Paul knew when to push me out of my comfort zone to help me grow as a driver, and that made a massive difference! Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today first time with having Paul lees as my driving instructor and with only 1 driving minor. I knew straightaway from the get go I was in good hands, he made me feel comfortable and at ease from the start of my driving lessons with him up until I passed. He is a top bloke, really calm and patient, there was no occasion through out where he made me feel uncomfortable, just a confident driver and in safe hands throughout. He was really fair, quick at responses, always planned my lessons in with me so I was consistent throughout, allowing me to make progression each lesson. Paul was a great communicator especially with explaining everything easy enough for me to understand, if not he would break it down for me to understand. He was great at expressing praise when I did something good and could help me highlight where I was struggling and knew when push me out of my comfort zone which really encouraged me to progress as a driver. Fantastic experience: I contacted Craig for help with my ADI training as I had previously failed my part 3 exam. The training I have received from Craig has been absolutely brilliant. I originally trained with a big driving school and from the first session with Craig I noticed a huge difference in the training provided. He always remained professional and his knowledge is second to none. I can honestly say Craig has changed my entire outlook on teaching, he gave me the knowledge and confidence to be a good instructor. I recently took my Part 3 test again for the first time since training with Craig and I passed that with a high mark! Fantastic experience: Having being out of practice a while ago, I took up driving again with Craig Polles this last year to finally get on the road. Paul Lees was my instructor and I've had an amazing time learning how to drive under his guidance. I passed first time today with 2 minors, and I cannot communicate how wonderful the feeling is. Paul is amazing at what he does; he is patient, knowledgeable, fair, kind, and is a fantastic communicator. Paul learned quickly how I digest information and adapted the lessons around me, knowing when to push me, calm my nerves, have a bit of a laugh, or when to give me a break. In every lesson he gave me the motivation to carry on and continue, and was always incredibly supportive no matter what. I went into these lessons with the objective of feeling confident on the road, and I've finally achieved it. Paul has given me the confidence and skills to pass my test; and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor! If you are shopping around for an instructor in Stoke-on-Trent, this is the place to go to! I cannot recommend the company and Paul enough! Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test yesterday with 4 minors, my instructor has been Jamie Lees. In my opinion Jamie is the best driving instructor ever! I would 100% recommend him, he is so patient, kind and was great at calming me down before a test (or just after a stressful day at work!) Having had driving lessons with someone else prior to having lessons with Jamie, it is very clear that he is an expert at what he does. I now feel confident and excited to start driving my own car. Fantastic experience: I have passed on my first attempt after my lessons with Simon Smallman. He taught me really well, each lesson was structured to my needs. He never wasted my time and every minute of my lessons has been useful. Simon was not afraid to challenge me when I performed well and this has tremendously helped to improve my overall standard of driving. His clear and consise feedback and learning objectives for myself helped me to make steady progress between the sessions. Simon has also tried his best to accommodate the lessons around my university timetable, and I have been able to have consitent weekly sessions up until my test. He was also very flexible around the test date as my appointment has been rescheduled at a short notice. I would highly recomment Simon and Craig Polles driving school for anyone who is learning to drive, cannot fault my experience.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky to have Simon as my driving instructor from Craig Polles, for just under a year. I always felt comfortable in approaching him with my driving queries both inside and outside of the lessons, as he always made sure I knew that he wanted me to make the best progress I could. Simon went above and beyond for me in terms of making sure when I could fit in my lessons, checking how I felt after lessons concerning my progression and engaging in our joint reflections at the end of each of my lessons. It is bittersweet now that our lessons have come to an end because not only has he helped mould me into a confident driver, but he also became a fast friend of mine. Just wanted to say big thank you for Craig Polles team and a special thank you for Ms Debbie Griffin; such a lovely and professional instructor who is able to identify any points of weakness and fix it in a very decent and simple but professional way. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this driving school i passed first time with my instructor Joe and from the minute i got in the car he made me feel at ease and showed me how to drive safely from the way he spoke and the way he showed me how to do things I wasn't so confident with was second to none his instructions during every lesson was clear and i knew where i needed to improve at the end of each lesson and what to look at improving on the next lesson Thanks again Joe helped me from start to Finish.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to have found Craig Polles Driving School and have Jamie as my instructor. At the beginning of every lesson, Jamie briefed me on the structure of that lesson so that we could address any worries I may have before we got on the road - something which I found very useful. He was very patient and not once did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience whenever I made multiple mistakes. Alongside the rules of the road, Jamie provided me with knowledge I could carry beyond the driving test to ensure that I would be safe when driving by myself. I had to take my test in a city that was bigger and busier than Stoke-on-Trent, however, having been taught by Jamie first made driving in a bigger city less daunting. I passed first time with 1 minor and I could not have done it without him. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this driving school enough. Joe went out of his way all the time. Valeue for leasons was great as you learn so much from him. Fantastic experience: I had Andy as my instructor. I’m so grateful that he took me on during a time where it would have been easy to say no due to effects of the pandemic. Instead Andy went out of his way to fit me in for extra lessons before my test and my driving really came on. He gave great advice and taught me new things in a way that was easy to understand and remained calm and constructive if I made any mistakes. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had Sara as my instructor, she was absolutely brilliant, she fitted me in last minute because my test was a few weeks away and I needed that extra support and she got me all the way to passing my test first time after just three lessons with her!! I cannot recommend this driving company and Sara enough without her I don’t think I would have passed so thank you! Also very professional during Covid too which was reassuring.
