He moved things around to fit her in and got her through her test 1st time. Brilliant instructor and great person all round. Thanks Ismail for all your help

Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time because of Ismail. I have had a few instructors on the long road to learning how to drive but hands down he's been the best as results have shown. He was always patient and understanding with me. Every week I would make a new mistake (and sometimes the same ones!) and rather than get stressed he would calmly talk me through it. He would pass on simple pieces of knowledge that made the learning a lot easier, instead of over-complicating things. I felt naturally nervous on my test but because Ismail had taught me so well I was confident I was doing the right thing and it paid off! Not only is he a great teacher but he's also a great person and someone I would now consider as a friend. I didn't just learn a lot on my lessons, I had a brilliant time doing so. If you want someone that teaches well but that you can also have a laugh with, this is the guy for you. I genuinely feel lucky to have chosen Ismail as my driving instructor. It's been a pleasure and although I'm very happy to have passed I will miss our weekly banter!

Fantastic experience: Ismail has been the most patient, supportive and down to earth guy I have ever honestly met. I started from absolute scratch, not a clue what I was doing. He has gone above and beyond. Communication has always been top tier! Hands down, can’t find a single fault with him. Today, I passed my driving test after around learning 42hours at atherton test Centre. Every lesson was quality, I learned something new every time. I wish him all the best in the future, would absolutely recommend smart choice school of motoring to anyone!

Fantastic experience: What can I say, Ismail is really a top tier instructor he has been nothing but patient with me throughout my time with him. And he is a really lovely guy aswell we always had great chats whilst out on lessons. He is always flexible and on time and will go above and beyond to help you out. Whenever I felt stressed at times he was just calm and talked me through everything I needed to do. The car he uses is brilliant too really smooth drive and easy to learn in. Passed today with 2 minors at Bolton test centre and I never would have imagined I would do it so well as I get anxious really easily. It really has been a pleasure driving with Ismail and I feel like I’ve made a good friend along the way and will definitely miss our chats. Thank you so much Ismail all the best!

As a nervous driver that switched from a different instructor, I was put right at ease under Ismail's guidance and easily picked everything up as he has a very clear and gentle teaching approach. He was always super accommodating in regards to lessons and a very patient teacher. I feel I can attribute my first time pass to his brilliant teaching, thank you so much!

Negative experience: Very unreliable and unprofessional. First started taking lessons with Ismaeel a couple months back. Paid in advance and had my lessons. He told me I was good and could go ahead to book my test. Due to the covid backlog I couldn’t find a date and agreed that I’d take more lessons when I found a date. Earlier in March I told Ismaeel I found a test date after which he would stop picking up my calls and not give me lessons I was owed. He also told me we had plenty of time to get ready for the test again. During my second stint with him Ismaeel cancelled on me 5 times, and leading up to my test gave me the lessons I was owed. During my lessons he’d tell me I drove good however 1 week before my test Ismael stopped picking up my calls and upon confrontation refused to take me asking me to do 10-15 hours more. Very unprofessional throughout. I stopped contacting him as it was clear he was wasting my time and found a replacement ASAP. I passed today with no minors.
