Our comment from DrivingSchoolsTOP.co.uk about 5DAY Peterborough Intensive Driving Courses:
5DAY Peterborough offers an intensive driving course designed to help learners acquire the necessary skills to pass their driving test. Many users have praised the course for its thorough approach and dedicated instructors, resulting in significant strides in driving confidence and skills in just one week.
- Supportive Instructors: A number of students highlighted the welcoming and patient nature of the instructors, who helped them build confidence and effectively prepare for their tests.
- Structured Learning: The driving and theory training have been acknowledged for being informative, with a mix of practical and theoretical lessons that prepare students well for their tests.
- Positive Outcomes: Many users reported successfully passing their tests shortly after completing the course, thanks to the comprehensive training provided.
However, there have been some concerns raised:
- Communication Issues: Several customers expressed dissatisfaction with communication regarding lesson scheduling and responses to complaints.
- Availability of Tests: Some learners felt misled regarding the promise of immediate test availability after the course, pointing to delays and logistical complications that they encountered.
- Value for Money: A few reviews noted the course's high cost, questioning whether the overall experience justified the price given some perceived shortcomings.
Overall, while experiences at 5DAY Peterborough vary, the course is well-suited for dedicated learners looking for an intensive experience to prepare for their driving tests.
5DAY Peterborough Intensive Driving Courses: Reviews
Negative experience: Review updated to address the dishonest response from 5day - The face that the instructor was in hospital is absolutely not the issue at all and is a cop out from your side .. after 2 weeks of no lesson due to his holiday ( fair enough he’s entitled to a holiday) several messages where sent to try book a lesson and was told he would book it ( seemed reluctant to book without us leaving a review first ) He then unfortunately went into hospital. The problem was then when I called 5 day to ask why they didn’t advise us he was in hospital, and if there was another instructor …. The response was … “ it’s the learners responsibility to find additional lessons and another Instuctor, all 5 day do is provide 5 days and then look for a rapid test” so yes left to it! Also still not heard any thing about a test nor had a response From my complaint. I will however like to stress that this review is of no reflection of the instructor, we got on well and I felt he taught me a lot in the five days. This company is a CON! Absolutely would not recommend, taking ALOT of money from young people and delivering absolutely nothing! After the 5 days they wash there hands of you as if you are nothing, if you need more lessons that is your own responsibility even if the instructor is off for several weeks they will not provide another. Had to find a whole new instructor. No communication from them about a test, having to call every 2-3 weeks to check if even still on the list and when you do call the people that answer are so Rude and have 0 customer service! Be very careful before giving this company any money at all!
Thank you for your review, despite it being disingenuous. The instructor you are referring to had been hospitalised, therefore your claims of "being left to it" are false. We have assisted, when contacted by the pupil each and every time.
Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience James the instructor was very welcoming and helpful with teaching me how to drive and helping my be confident enough to pass my driving test would recommend to all new drivers
Negative experience: I would not recommend this company at all a complete rip off. my son did this course and he didn’t get a test for over a year due to instructor not being available then when he finally got a test was told he couldn’t use the instructor car. My son has recently passed with another driving instructor after having 2 lessons. I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had the choice
If the pupil that attended the course is unhappy with the service received, please ask them to contact our Customer Services Team.
Negative experience: SCAM ALERT -SCAM COMPANY Absolutely disgusted at this scamming company..who have failed to refund my deposit since November 2023.. Emailing them.with no affect delay tactics used to avoid payment..sick to.my stomach.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS WILL NOT DELIVER ANYTHING..WILL TAKE INNOCENT PEOPLES MONEY ....
This review is not for 5DAY - it is for "MY 5DAY" a company we have no affiliation with. Please remove and leave this review for the correct company.
Negative experience: Beware, this company is a big con, takes your £1280 then whens the 5th day comes tells you that you need more lessons (has to be done privately) They give you a score card you need to score 5 on all things , please don't waste your money go with a different instructor's.
We are currently investigating the complaint received from this pupil. We must stress however, the customer reads and understands our terms and conditions to understand the purchase made. As with all learner drivers, the entire syllabus must be covered and the pupil can drive unaided before they are encouraged to make their test application.
Negative experience: Beware, do not be taken in by the promise of a test, the availability of tests is nonsense. My Daughter did the course with a promise of a test the following week. Two months later and numerous calls still no test.
Negative experience: Shockingly misled. No test after the 5days and after waiting over 4 months for a test we have had to book ourselves and take more lessons. Absolute rip off. Save your money, book with an instructor and book your test yourself, it will be quicker and cheaper.
We have not had a pupil attend a 5DAY centre/course by this name. Please provide a booking reference number.
Negative experience: Absolute rip off. You don’t even take your test at the end and have to book it separate. Overall I feel like I have been ripped off massively and would of just done lessons normally if I knew this. Shocking. Save your money and do lessons with someone local to you
Negative experience: Shocking customer service, canceled 4 days before course due to start.... customer service are rude avoid and read their reviews.....self employed and lost weeks work.
The course you refer to had to be cancelled as the instructor allocated had informed us that his wife had passed away after a long illness. Customer Services were not rude however the person calling us was swearing and was not even the licence holder attending the course. Nobody wished to cancel the course but unfortunately due to extremely sad circumstances beyond our control and the instructors control there was no alternative option .A full refund has been offered or moving course to later date if preferred.
Negative experience: Good luck to all learner drivers out there and please take your money elsewhere as you deserve better! EDITED TO RESPOND: No idea why the company responded with waffle about the pandemic as I did not mention it, nor did I say anything slanderous about their business just because I rated it 1 star and said that learner drivers deserve better... They do. And just because you cannot find my name in your records does not indicate that this review is fake nor that I wasn't a customer of yours as I unfortunately was. This appears to be a theme of their responses, they deem every criticism to be slanderous and they match up reviewers names' with their "records". For potential customers of theirs, please take heed of their attitude of the responses they give on here and take your money elsewhere.
We have no record of this reviewer nor can we verify their attendance on a 5DAY course. We find their remarks slanderous and defamatory. 5DAY have been open throughout all the national lockdowns and assisted many pupils with their driving, and passing their tests, throughout the past difficult year. The delays in any person wanting to learn to drive have been caused by Government legislation and DVSA advice. We share learners frustration with tests and driving tuition being cancelled and we would advise any person affected to send a complaint direct to the DVSA if they are not happy with the DVSA's decision to cancel tests during the lockdowns as they were responsible for the cancellations and for stopping all instructors giving any form of tuition during lockdown - not 5DAY, or any other driving school.
Fantastic experience: Peterborough Branch: Well organised and extremely informative driving course. I started the week with no driving experience whatsoever and felt confident and ready to take my practical by Friday with no extra lessons, to which I passed a week after completing the course. A big thank you to Malcolm my instructor. The theory training was thorough and very helpful, with a mixture of slides and mock tests. Tim was very knowledgeable and was always on hand for any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to pass their test in short period of time.
Well done Elliott - you worked really hard on your course
Positive experience: The 5 day course was extremely informative, especially the theory lessons Tim in Peterborough was an amazing teacher and by Friday I had passed several mock tests and ended up passing the actual test with a decent margin. The lessons really helped to develop my confidence in driving. As per the practical side it was equally as informative with Andy also in Peterborough. I started Monday with 0 experience and after 20 hours of driving I believe I might need a few more hours but am definitely on my way to passing the practical with flying colours. All instructors I felt with in Peterborough were great and supportive and even encouraged me when I needed it. I would definitely advise anyone who has 0 experience and a week to give it a try, it might not be enough time to put you through your practical but with a few extra lessons definitely a strong candidate. I would have given the course as a whole 5 starts if there was a little more information on the website on why this course might not get you to a practical pass standard in just 5 days but other than that the actual people again were nothing short of amazing.
Thank you Francisco for your honest review
Negative experience: REVEIW EDITED TO CORRECT THE LIES TOLD IN THE RESPONSE FROM 5DAY! Be warned EVERYTHING in the response from 5 day is a lie, not to mention extremely unprofessional. As if this experience couldn’t get any worse! My original review still stands and is 100% accurate. ————— 1 out of the 8 people who attended my course took the test and failed!! Another walked before practical test. 7 of us walked away at the end of the week £1000 down and with no license. WASTE OF MONEY!! 20hours only in the car over the week .... if ur a complete beginner, if your a nervous person and lack confidence, look elsewhere!! Statistics show the average hours spent taking lessons before your test is 45-50! If you don’t take the test date u are given and tell them ur not ready ... you will be pressured to take it... but if u still say no, u need to pay for the test your self and have no more access to 5 day lessons, unless you book another course!! MORE MONEY!! Totally misleading advertising, and not thinking of the danger of putting someone on the road with so little experience
We feel your review is not accurate Leanne - on your course week everyone apart from 2 pupils passed their theory tests and at least 5 went on to apply for their practical test. We note that you were not a complete beginner that you had in fact had 2 failed attempts with 2 other driving schools in last 4 years and over 20 hours of driving. We do not put anyone in for a test - you apply when you feel ready so your claim you are pressured into a test in untrue. Everyone pays for the DVSA driving test which is clearly stated on your receipts when booking. No one is asked to book a 2nd course. If you feel you require further practise after your course you can arrange with your course instructor private lessons. 5DAY do to sell individual lessons. 5DAY do not put anyone on the road with little experience as the driving test is conducted by the DVSA independently and if they deem you as safe to hold a licence they will pass you.
Fantastic experience: Theory training was really good. A lot of situations.
Thank you for your review Anna
Fantastic experience: Perfect course, would recommend to anyone Richard was spot on with theory and Andy was brilliant with the driving
Thank you for your review
Fantastic experience: No issues at all got on very well with my instructor and in the theory classes
Well done Nathan
Negative experience: Complete waste of time and money. Course cost £1000 was told when I booked over the phone that after the five day course I'd be ready to take a test and that no driving lessons would be required before attending. This was quickly contradicted on arrival at the company office on the first day of the course. When I arrived at the first classroom session for the the introduction the first words out the mouth of the man running the course were "Now we are called five day but don't expect to be able to take your test after five days" in that case I'd think about changing the name of the bloody company name given that it's the primary selling point of your product and you've just stated it's at best very misleading if not just an outright lie. The instructor had just bought a new car and similar to other reviews seemed more concerned about not scratching it or grazing the alloys. Why on Earth would you teach a learner driver in a brand new car? When they are bound to make mistakes! Similar to another review where the instructor had a new car this resulted in me being so concerned about not damaging the car that it made me extremely nervous behind the wheel and I really couldn't concentrate in the teaching. As if I wasn't nervous enough anyway. Ok the third day I had a completely different instructor which was a welcome break to be honest though not the one dedicated instructor advertised. On this day I was able to make some progress and started to feel better about having taken up the course. However day four was bad to the original instructor and any progress was wiped out. I had mentioned my problems twice with the man running the course who didn't seem bothered. I took up a complaint with the companies customer service who didn't seem to care much either and we're only willing to offer me a handful of free lessons which I was loathe to take having had such a bad experience, I would rather have had even a partial refund as long story short I paid £1000 to take a theory test. If you are looking for an intensive driving course then I'd say look elsewhere than 5day.
We wold ask that you supply us with your proper name so your claims can be investigated
Negative experience: Great bit of parking obstructing the path while kids and buggys are on the way home from school setting a perfect example here well done I'm definitely going to recommend 5 day
Can you let us know which car this is please and the time and location of the incident so we can follow this up with the instructor concerned. Please contact us directly by email [email protected]
Fantastic experience: From the get go, John was very welcoming and Informative, exceedingly patient and very polite. My instructor Malcolm was excellent help! Really calm and observant and helped keep the atmosphere light. I joined this course with next to no experience driving a manual/on roads and am now more than ready to pass my practical! My passed my theory with flying colours thanks to John's lessons! Cheers guys!
We appreciate you making your review Declan
Negative experience: READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT 5DAY PETERBOROUGH If you are not working and do not have to book time off work and you are happy paying the £1000 to get on the road then this would be good for you. HOWEVER only use this service if you have had experience on the road before i wouldn't recommend this to someone who has had no experience. The main guy who teaches the theory in the morning is a lovely guy and really easy to get on with, he makes you feel comfortable. You only drive from 10-2 every day for 5 days now it would have been alot better if we had more practical instead of theory (as this can be done at home). Not only that, there are some cons to 5DAY...1) you are not guaranteed to take the practical test in the car you learnt in as the instructors may be busy teaching someone else 2) they can also be late for when you need to practice and thus have to make the time up. 3)If you fail your test you then have to pay £50 if you want to use their car again (ridiculous i have just paid £1000!!) you practical test is also not included either so you also have to pay for that. Make sure all information is correct regarding your provisional card as i had to pay another £23 to book my theory because the DVLA didnt have "miss" on the system and 5DAY couldnt book it via their system. if you fail and you go to book it up again there are a number of options you can take however if you want to be fast tracked like you was the first time 5DAY stick another £25 fee as "considerable resources were used to book another test " NO as all they are is cancelled slots from other people!!! Overall i wouldn't recommend this service and only do it if you are desperate to get onto the road.
Our records show that you did the course back in 2018. You attended the course and we could not book you a theory test because the DVLA had an issue with your licence. The DVSA would not refund the theory test slot we had allocated for you on course week so the DVSA would request a further theory test fee to rebook you not 5DAY. The driving is 10am to 2.30 pm Mon to Fri. We note that you did in fact take your test in the car you learnt in but made a mistake an the DVSA failed you. If you fail any test in the UK all instructors will charge to use their vehicle for retests or you can choose to take your own vehicle. Your invoice on booking clearly states you cannot pay for a driving test as you cannot apply for driving test until you sit and pass your theory test. The Tis on website and sent with bookings clearly state the drivng test is not included on booking. You can search yourself for a retest or you can pay for someone to search 18 hrs day for cancellations to be picked up. You are also offered when you fail to either rebook a retest OR receive free correctional lessons to fix the serious fault that caused you to fail. You did not choose this option.
Fantastic experience: 5DAY is honestly the best thing I have done towards getting my car driving license! All staff were very helpful and understanding throughout the 5 Days! I was very impressed with my experience in the course. I would and have highly recommended the course to friends and family.
Thank you Todd - its all down to you working hard !
Fantastic experience: Very helpful, all the tools you need to do the course are there. First time in a car at the beginning of the week, its now Friday afternoon and I've past my theory and have booked my practical which I am confident to pass. Very impressive company and staff.
Well done Darryl - Thank you for your review

We appreciate your review David
Fantastic experience: Very friendly. Instructors are very patient and will push you when needed. Constantly felt safe when in the car even during my first time driving.
Many thanks for your kind words Brandon-Ray
Fantastic experience: Everyone is very helpful and will cater for your needs. If you need help don't be afraid to ask. Everyone is understanding and is always there to help. I strongly recommend this 5DAY course.
We will pass on your great comments onto the Peterborough team
Fantastic experience: All staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave me the confidence to finally take my driving test and I passed first time
Congrats on passing first time Cayla!
Positive experience: hard work but put the effort in and you will be OK
Its down to your hard work that you gain the most - well done Jason
Negative experience: I would not recommend 5Day at all. Sub standard training and all about getting your £1000. Do it yourself, believe in you! My instructor Raja Ghazanfar Ali (of Prestige School of Motoring), was more concerned over scratching his new alloys on his car than teaching me to drive. After I initially scratched them, anytime he felt I was too close to the curb he would lunge across and grab the wheel and turn it away from the curb. It got to the point that he made me a nervous driver, anytime he lifted his hand to scratch his face for example I would think he was reaching for the wheel and I would swerve. I asked for a different instructor but was told there wasn't any available. The morning theory training is basically someone talking to you in a classroom. I learned better by downloading an app for £2.99 for my iPad. It tests you, gives you results and places of weakness. At the end of the 5 days, we did the theory. Only 3 of our group of 12 passed the theory. We did a mock test and no one was recommended to go for their test. My instructor said I needed about 4/6 extra lessons I said that's fine, he said the lessons are £30 for an hour. I asked why do I have to pay? I've just paid you £1000 for the course? He said I've used up my quota of driving tuition and need to pay more. I asked but the course guarantees unlimited free lessons until I pass, he said that's only once you've failed your test. I was livid to say the least. I'd given up trying and left it a year. I'm now with a new instructor who is constructively correcting my mistakes and has built up my confidence. My test is booked and I'm very happy. The course might work for you but it didn't work for me. Maybe I just had bad luck with an awful instructor. Either way I'm a lot happier now with my instructor Michelle.
Thank you for your review, I am sorry that the course did not work out for you as well as it works out for the majority of our customers. I note that you did the course in 2015 which is a long time ago. I also note that whilst on the course you made the following comments on the daily and end of week surveys. "I'm really pleased with where I have got in my 5 days. I'm at the stage where I just need to tweak my skills. I will have a couple more lessons and then apply for my test" We have no record of you asking for another instructor, although that would not in itself cure your problem of driving into the kerb. It seems that you did not keep up the momentum after the course and this may be the reason you find yourself back to the beginning. Driving is a life skill and you need to constantly practice. Unfortunately, on each of the daily surveys you completed whist on the course, no mention was made of any of the above so we cannot take your complaint any further. However, you are still entitled to free correctional lessons should you fail your test with your new instructor. You are also welcome to the free use of a car for your test subject to a free driving assessment to check that you are at the correct standard.
Fantastic experience: 5day is an excellent way to learn to drive in only a week! The instructors are lovely and push you to your best ability. Having never driven before, I can confidently say I feel fully prepared to take and pass my driving test!
Great to have had you on one of our courses Emily
Fantastic experience: very friendly and helpful!
Thank you for your review
Fantastic experience: Very intensive but excellent theory teacher and instructors. Loved this week, passed both on Friday.
Amazing Scarlet - great job !
Fantastic experience: Absolutley perfect for those who are willing to learn to drive in a short time period!! I had an instructor named Roy and he was exactly the kind of instructor that i needed, he pushed me but not too far and he didnt get stressy if i messed up. I would rate my experience with 5day 10/10
Fantastic experience: This course was just what i needed. The week long course has been fun as well as serving it overall purpose. The practical lesson through the week was easy to take in, i feel it was better than trying to learn on my own. The practical side of things were great to, with a good patient instructor with great instruction. I would recommend 5 day over going it alone anyday!!! Thanks 5 DAY
Fantastic experience: Very useful theory training and an excellent driving instructor
Fantastic experience: Very good environment for learning how to drive even without previous experience.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic week with tailored tuition. I was able to go from a complete novice to being able to drive with confidence and control within a week. Would definitely recommend the experience to anyone who wants to learn to drive in a supportive environment.
Fantastic experience: I very much enjoyed my experience at 5day, the staff are very polite and helpful, the instructors were good at their job and calm during the intense course. i would recommend this to people as a good and safe way to learn to drive.
Fantastic experience: Amazing training if your lucky to get john you will pass as i never believed i would but i did first time round...Also my test was booked for me within 48 hours great experience and also my driving instructor Roy Herbert was great real down to earth people ...
Fantastic experience: Within the week the theory practice provided allowed me to comfortably pass the theory test. Having had previous experience driving the instructor quickly got me to test standard (by the end of Wednesday) so with lots of time spent refining manoeuvres and procedures I am confidently looking forward to the practical test!
Fantastic experience: Had a really good time at 5Day, everyone is friendly and will push you where needed but also give lots of support where necessary.
Fantastic experience: i think the 5 day course in Peterborough is very good and well taken and taught , the instructor is a very good teacher and has taught me everything i need to know , he is very patient and very well mannered. jon is a very very good teacher nice to his students and has never disrespected me or the students in anyway . i would advise this course to anyone who wants to pass there test in a fast matter with everything they need to know..
Positive experience: The in class theory was in depth and broken down and explained very well throughout and got me in a place where in which i was ready to take my theory with full confidence. The practical driving at times was hard going but hugely beneficial nonetheless.
Fantastic experience: Excellent tuition, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere
Positive experience: Patient, good instruction but a bit overpriced.
Fantastic experience: It has been a very intense week (clue is in the name of the course). It is an emotional rollercoster however one i have reached the end of and have enjoyed. The instructors are so patient and know when to push you and when to be gentle. I would recommend this course, I completed my theory before taking the 5day which allowed me time to focus on the physical driving aspect of the course and i was exhausted every evening. The others on my course had to complete theory training alongside and it has got to be the main focus of your week so be prepared it is a lot of information in a small space of time however if you embrace the experience and run with it, you will definitely walk away feeling like you have achieved something and that you are ready to face the driving test.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly instructors, very patient and understanding. The classroom training I found very helpful in helping pass my theory test. Didn't lie when they said intense, but allow you to go at your own pace.
Fantastic experience: good helped me with theory test aswell as practical
Fantastic experience: Very good, fast an efficient. Good stuff!
Fantastic experience: Very satisfied from what I have lernded from John and the rest of the 5 day team Definitely recommend very. There all very Frendily. My rate 5 stars.
Fantastic experience: 5Day is definitely worth the money, over the 5 days i have learned a lot about what i need to know. The instructors are incredibly friendly and helpful, the services given are good and each instructor has lots of experience. Instructors can be demanding however they have to be as they are driving instructors and insuring the safety of you and themselves. No matter the ability of the learner, the 5Day course will build confidence in driving safely on the road. I cannot be more thankful to the instructors.
Fantastic experience: The instructors where all really friendly and helped me massively progress with my driving to help ready for my test. The theory lessons also helped me to pass and understand all the information that i needed to know.
Fantastic experience: I passed my theory with high marks and I am feeling confident for my practical test.
Fantastic experience: Would recommend to anyone, very good service and really helped to get me driving.
Fantastic experience: Good value for money for anybody looking to learn to drive quickly.
Fantastic experience: An excellent way to learn to drive! While expensive, you get what you pay for, high quality and personalised tuition in both theory and practical aspects of driving. Instructors are patient, reassuring and friendly. I would definitely recommend this service.
Fantastic experience: very good
Fantastic experience: Very good course for someone with any level of previous driving experience, lessons are given for both your theory and practical driving test.
Fantastic experience: It was a good course for all levels of experience, theory wise and driving wise. Perfect thing to do is come with some knowledge of driving because it will make it seem a lot quicker and better.
Fantastic experience: Good solid week intensive Driving course, full class passed their theory, John and Trina were great with the Theory side and Practical side respectively, They are also very patient for the nervous wanting to learn to drive. Recommend to all.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly, stress free environment . Defiantly worth considering if you need your license ASAP .
Fantastic experience: best course to use, if u want to pass quickly
Fantastic experience: I believe it is one of the best ways to get on the road and worth doing the course.
Negative experience: Wow, it's not only the awful reviews this place gets, it's the responses recieved from their 'customer service' dept. Responding to a review about not being able to rearrange a date when there had been a death of a child, not even saying sorry for their loss and using the words 'to be fair' is quite frankly DISGUSTING. All this has done is confirm everything the customers are saying about this company. COMPLETELY 100% PUT OFF.
How are you able to review a service that you personally have not purchased or attended. You are also not correct in the information you are giving.
Negative experience: @5day_uk A mate of mine & his partner sadly lost one of there twin girls. Despite this tragedy you couldnt even re-arrange the course for him. Do you think this acceptable as a company?! #rebook #refund #whatcustomerservice #disgraceful #nocompassion #sortitout #ZEROSTARS
Cannot comment on individual cases. Policy applies both ways to be fair. 5Day cannot cancel a course at short notice either.
Negative experience: EXTREMELY BAD. Do not go with 5DAY. It is overpriced and the service given is awful. The instructor i had was not patient and constantly shouted at me. It's not a full day of driving and only 3-4 hours a day. When i complained they were not helpful at all. I went to them nearly a year ago and as i had such a bad experience i have been put off driving as they really knocked my confidence.
Pupil started the course week commencing 14th September 2015 and compared the course on 18th September 2016 / First complaint received 7th December 2015 (3 months later) Pre-course statement. DRIVING TUITION: "I am a complete beginner and know hardly anything about driving a car” "I want gentle encouragement and pushed where necessary" Her feedback during the week was: Monday “iInteresting experience- stressfull”, Tuesday "Better today- enjoyed having two instructors. Think i would prefer to be talked through what to do especially at roundabout". Wednesday “Better today, slowly improving but long way to go . Feel not under pressure which is good and going at a nice steady pace". Thursday “Better today, making progress” Friday “Yeah, ok today”. 4 out of 5 for the Instructor every day CLASSROOM BRIEFS 5 out of 5 THEORY TRAINING 5 out of 5 THEORY PASS Yes APPLYING FOR TEST No WHY ARE YOU NOT APPLYING I Dont feel ready WHAT DO YOU INTEND TO DO More practice with a 5Day instructor Training Manager Comments: Amanda fully intend to take further tuition and then apply using 5day fast track system
Negative experience: Please avoid the way I was treated was awful I'm very disappointed from what seems like a BIG company and seem so professional at the time to let you down so much this is by far the worst decision I have ever made just think before you book with them ask about 1st as I was advised to not use them I guess we all make mistakes and don't listen once in a while but I wish I did :(
Are you able to give us your details so that we can look into your complaint. We cannot find your file as you have not put your name.
Negative experience: Absolute rip off. Don't waste your time and money.
Thank you for your review of our services. We notice you came on the course 3rd September 2012 and took and failed a driving test on 29th September 2012. You came back for free lessons on 11th Oct 2012 and 17th Oct 2012 and we have not seen you since. Why so long after you made a review? Have you not passed, would you like some more free lessons to help you?
