Fantastic experience: Had a great 4 hour session with Andy. I needed a refresher course after a long time out of a HGV. He showed me all the basics helped me with reversing and we went out into traffic. Throughly recommend him for any of your training needs

Negative experience: Abysmal knowledge of the highway code and pretty rude instructor. The vehicle is old and in need of repair. Would advise anyone else. Edited for response - I have reference of bank transfers and text messages which prove I absolutely did train with you and wasted a lot of money. Fortunately I have had much better experience elsewhere, where I haven't been given unsolicited advice to drink tea instead of eating food, and being told that "women are sometimes better drivers than men" without any prior discussion regarding gender roles and driving. Also, if you don't have any records of my lessons this is a GDPR breach and needs reviewing. This instructor will drive right up behind vehicles and honk his horn to intimidate them and cuts them up, to the point of someone calling his mobile number on the truck because of poor driving.

Fantastic experience: L G V AutoPass is a great place to go for the correct training and your license. Andrew notices one’s individual needs, progressively working towards a better version of yourself day after day. After all, my experience was fun i’d do it all again I went for my C+E as-well as my CPC as shown below.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great refresher session in their great D1 bus. I drove on all sorts of roads and got reminders and tips along the way. Andy was a fab instructor, thanks Andy. Fantastic experience: I decided to take my Category C licence with LGV AutoPass and did my training with Andy. Coming from a car, I decided to go for the 20hour rather than the 16hour just to get them extra hours of experience under my belt - which in my opinion them extra 4 hours are vital….and I’m so glad that I did that as I passed my driving test FIRST attempt. Andy could not have been any more helpful throughout the entire process and is a top bloke. Fantastic company and fantastic instructors. Thanks a million.

Fantastic experience: Have done my modules 3a, 3b and 4 with LGV Auto Pass. Passed my module 4 today and both 3a and 3b last week. Andrew was a star, very patient even when I would make some mistakes. Told him I was based in Manchester and that I needed the license soon and he sorted it all out within a week. Everything went very smoothly and I would recommend the school. Good quality, good availability, and an exceptional instructor.

From start to finish Andy was supportive an thoroughly accommodating, very flexible with training dates and got me in training and tested faster than anywhere in the North. The training is intense but Andy takes the sting out of it an puts everything at ease. Very experienced an learned. Pleasant training facilities and good vehicles.

Negative experience: Would not relax very jumpy and he is always negative until the end of the lesson as he don't want to leave on bad terms. Truck had 2 mechanical brake down problems in 4 days training. He has no time for people who don't get it striate away or askes to Many questions, stresses a lot! To train with this guy, you need to be able to drive to test level on 1st day or know what you are doing.
