Her teaching style is thorough and patient,making even the most challenging aspects of driving, like navigating roundabouts, managing speed, and improving observational skills much easier to master.Her expertise really helped me to build confidence in driving .

Negative experience: I’m really surprised by all the positive reviews for Isha. She was my driving instructor, but I had to cancel my third lesson because she was awful and unprofessional. I've been driving for over 12 years in another country and took lessons with Isha to understand the UK driving test. But she treated me like a child, yelling at me constantly and showing no patience. I don't get why she has so many good reviews (which is why I chose her), but my experience was completely the opposite. It seems that all of these reviews are paid or being told off to write good reviews. She’s not professional at all. If you’re thinking about using this driving school, avoid Isha. P.S. She left me so traumatized that I had to postpone my driving test and was reluctant to find a new instructor. I ended up practicing on my own and recently passed with only three minor faults. This shows how disrespectful she was and how poorly she treated me. It was a truly terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor Isha, really helped me advance in my learning after starting and stopping for a whole year previously. The 2 months of constant practice doing 1-2 lessons a week really helped. It was intense but allowed me to get stuck into it. Isha was on job and made sure to push me and prepare me. I managed to pass with 6 minors. I can’t thank her enough. Book with Isha she will make sure you pass!!

First impression was very good decent person but then she started screaming and shouting on my small errors as if i should be perfectly driving around!! The worst person i ever met. Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Isha, I had already booked my driving test in November and had told this to her, however she is very irresponsible and only cares about money, very greedy for money and don't care about learners at all. I had 25 lessons with her and sometimes she would raise her voice at me, very disrespectful since I am not a child but a adult. very disorganised in her approach to booking lessons. around September time she failed to respond to any of my messages trying to book a lesson. I had messaged almost every day but didn't hear back from her, while she had no problem giving lessons to a friend that I had recommended. no sense of loyalty to customers. eventually I had raised this as a complaint to the company and then they did not take any actions. very irresponsible. then when I messaged Isha again, she said that apparently my chat on whatsapp has been accidentally archived. and now she is upset that I had gone to the company to complain about her and she didn't rectify this. although it is her responsibility to keep test dates and learner information with her, to get in touch if she didn't hear from me, both Isha and the company failed to give a resolution. she is very manipulative, does not take any accountability for her mistake and just put the blame on me saying that I had complained. of course that would be the sensible thing to do if I don't hear back from an instructor. this is the worse driving experience I had so far. rates per hours are unreasonably high than most places. she also forces her learners to put good reviews about her on this page. very unethical and unprofessional. wasted my money and my time. would not recommend this instructor or company to anyone. they keep on taking on more learners than they have the capacity for, cannot keep track of their current learners.

She's patient and if you don't understand something she'll won't just repeat herself, she'll think of another way to explain to you so you can actually learn the skills. Before Isha I had a different Instructor who made me feel like driving was very difficult and not fun however since learning with Isha she’s made it a lot more fun. I had great fear of driving and I openly discussed my fears with her, and she slowly started talking to me to understand the real reason behind my fears and gently allowed me to overcome the fear. She do not waste time in lectures and extra times, but always make sure to give educative information during the driving sessions. Whenever a mistake is been made, she slowly asks you to pull over and explains what happened, why it happened and how it could be avoided, everything in detail. Negative experience: Unfortunately, when things are measured on a physical scale, I know that failure is in front of you. This is Ishrat Bano scale. I waited for many months and paid a lot of money, and when the exam date approached, she asked me to postpone the exam on the pretext of not being ready, although we had enough time for training, but she refused. She turned our lives into anxiety and hell from Yes, to overcome this ordeal. Unfortunately, this happened not only with me, but with a number of people I know. I do not recommend this school to anyone.
