Fantastic experience: Just finished a B to C+E course with Roadwise, these guys know what they're doing and costs were well below their competitors. Neil and Don were the instructors who looked after me well throughout the training, allowing me to learn at my own pace and happy to answer questions or go over something again if needed. They were polite, professional and patient throughout and got me through my test first time. A big thanks to all at Roadwise for your help, I really enjoyed the course.

Fantastic experience: Roadwise were great, very helpful and supportive. I had Don and Ken as my trainers both were brilliant and made me feel at ease the whole way through the 6 days i was there. Fantastic experience: I did a HGV bootcamp with national logistics academy and their training took place with 2start. I don't want to taint this review with unprofessionalism because Roadwise deserve more than that so I'll simply say avoid 2start. I put my hand in my pocket after the bootcamp and paid a suprisingly modest amount for the brilliant service Roadwise provided me. Roadwise guided, instructed and taught me every step of the way, making me a confident, decisive and aware of what I was supposed to do and when. Fantastic experience: Hi just done my class one C+E today and passed it, with my skilled and professional training by Don my nstructor I was on my leave from the army and wanted to do my class one after speaking to roadwose they took me under there wing right from the offset Don made me feel part of their family. Nothing was too much nothing was too little, to say Don is a good instructor is an understatement the truth is he is fantastic instructor, within one call the following day I was starting my training by the following Monday doring my test, and the price was fantastic compared to all the other LGV driving schools in Hampshire. I also like to thank Neil, Dean, and the roadwise team. Most of all thank you brother Don for making my dreams come true.

Fantastic experience: From the first point of contact seeking advice, to the day of my test Roadwise and it's team of instructors were fantastic. I went from Cat B straight to C+E on an intensive course. The training was second to none and the vehicles are modern and in good condition. Thank you to Neil for your time and patience and to also Dean, Robbie and Don. It was fantastic experience and I came away with the confidence to use my new license in the real world. It came at additional expenses for myself to travel from the Isle of Wight to facilitate my training but I glad I did. I would recommended anyone else to do the same. Thanks again Sean

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome!!! I first made contact with Dean, as I needed to obtain my C licence to move our Shire horses around. Such a friendly guy, hates technology, but gave me straight down the line advice on what I needed. No all inclusive packages rammed down my throat, just honest advice on what was required. He advised me to obtain my provisional license and theory / hazard perception certificates, then book the lessons and test, saved me a fortune!! You also get free Costa Coffee money saving advice from Dean!!! All the instructors are friendly, down to earth and make you feel calm and relaxed, had such a laugh with all of them. Neil has wicked sense of humour and will keep you entertained for hours!! But, when in the driving seat, focused all the way. Ken and Don were brilliant, patient and calming, fantastic advice and assistance. They all made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, no pressure, everything was in your own time. It truly felt like you were making friends rather than paying for a service. Enjoyed it so much, thinking of doing my C+E. They went above and beyond, exceeded all my expectations. Only down side was I passed first time, so no more lessons needed!!! One month between applying for my provisional HGV license, and passing my test…..highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Passed class 1 today first time From day one they are very friendly and welcoming. Looked around various local companies for prices and guys is very reasonable. Passed my class 2 few years back with a different company and noticed the training with Roadwise is more professional and more thorough. Kev was my instructor and couldn't fault him. Fantastic experience: I just like to say I have been driving class 2 for a few year's and decided to do my class 1, I shopped around however ever time I talked to people I know they all said go to Roadwise let me say, to say Roadwise is good, is a understatement, they are truly the best, it is a family company and every instructor cares about every pupil, the training is second to none, I have learnt how to truly drive a HGV truck in the last week of my training, so don't look any further go to road wise 100% I'd like to just say thanks to all of crew at roadwise, especially Don, Neil, and most of all, a big and massive thanks to my instructor Kevin unbelievable is knowledge and his techniques, outstanding, is patience and always encouraging me, to do my best.... Negative experience: Sorry to be the one to leave a two star review on a page with glowing feedback. I cannot fully recommend Roadwise school of transport While there are good parts about the training school such as getting my training booked in without delay, the price being the cheapest I could find and getting some extra time in the vehicle for free when I was struggling. I don't appreciate how my instructor handled my training. While I maybe partly to blame as I never considered how a lorry turns in the road. The instructor did not seem to appreciate this, had little patience, kept shouting at me and berating me for mistakes made. How i avoided getting into a shouting match with the guy is beyond me Sorry but surely this is why I need training to drive is it not. He also gave me unrealistic expectations about how much I should be looking in my mirrors. He told me I had to look at pedastrians on the other side of the road after I passed them. Well I can tell you after passing my class 2 with another training company many of this instructors training methods are not required. The amount of time the Roadwise instructor instructed me to look in my mirrors put unnecessary pressure on me on test day. I have since passed my Class two test but did so with another company.

Roadwise are a brilliant and professional training school all the team are fantastic and professional. I would like to say a big thank you to Robin who helped me on my reversing and a big thank you to Alison who really helped me on Sunday by putting me at ease with my nerves and showing me how to drive the truck properly. Fantastic experience: I was looking to upgrade my Class 2 (C) to Class 1 (C+E) and came across Roadwise Portsmouth online. Dean and Neil have been absolute stars in helping me gain my Class 1 (C+E).
