Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend esa driving school to any new learners the patients kam had with me and his teaching was perfect first time pass with only 2 minors felt like I was out for a drive with a friend but in the end I made a good friend thank you kam and thank you esa driving school

Negative experience: Called up for a price as they don’t appear to have a working website. Informed them of my postcode to be told “no” … very rude on how he spoke. Wouldn’t recommend based on his attitude on the phone .

I went to him with a poor standard of driving due to a past instructor and he was so patient getting me where I am today His standard of driving is perfect, and I am now a comfortable and confident driver myself. Fantastic experience: Passed first time with only an handful of minors after learning with Kamy. I was such a nervous driver in the beginning and Kamy really pushed me to become confident and to not give up; regardless of how many mistakes I made previously. I never would have passed first time if it wasn’t for Kamy’s patience with me, and his continued support when I wanted to do my test earlier than originally planned. Best instructor around! Not only a very good driving instructor but becomes your friend which I believe helps you along your journey in learning to drive as having that bond really helps! Explains stuff so clearly. Always there to answer any questions. Always on time. His standard of driving is spot on and it shows because I only got 2 minors! I started driving not having a clue and bad experience with past instructors I was ready to give up but he was very patient and got me where I am today! Fantastic experience: After getting through 4 driving instructors and feeling completely hopeless when it came to learning how to drive, I found ESA driving school. After 7 years of attempting and giving up on learning how to drive, I finally found the best teacher for me. ESA completely changed my view on learning how to drive - from thinking passing my test just would never be an option for me, to going into my driving test confident, this is all down to the teaching I received. ESA provides not just great teaching but patience and understanding. If it wasn't for ESA I would have never gotten my driving licence. Thankyou so much ESA driving school, the best in Leeds, no doubts.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this drive instructor. He almost made my cry after 30 minutes after second lesson. He is unpatient and screaming, not loudly but really makes you stress more than you are. Every 15 minutes agresivly he was asking how I am feeling and it did not helped to feel comfortable in car ... If you are a bit more sensitive and you feeling stressed when you learning driving I do not recommend this school, absolutely not.

Fantastic experience: I was having trouble to pass my driving test until I joined ESA Driving School. I’ve have three instructors before but my instructor, Atif from ESA Driving School is a genuine guy who explained to me my faults and helped me develop my road sense and awareness, which I lacked before. He insisted on being focused and alert. He helped me fix my positioning on the road and it worked for me. I’m happy that I have passed now and can’t wait to start driving my own car I would highly recommend choosing him as a driving instructor. He’s the best I’ve learnt with.

Negative experience: Lessons were ok in the beginning... however I noticed that I was not getting the full hour I was paying for... It was never more than 45 minutes from the time I got in his car to the time I got out. He is very talkative and asks alot of questions... I don't feel comfortable telling a stranger all about my personal life so this didn't sit well with me. He cancelled lessons often which seemed unprofessional. One lesson that I had payed for he cancelled just one hour before the lesson... he said he could refund the payment or I could carry it over to the next lesson... as I had another lesson booked I saw no point in refunding it to repay a few days later... I then had to cancel that lesson the day before...so the next lesson I had was already payed for. He then tried to make me pay again for this lesson saying there was a 48 hour cancellation policy when it was he who cancelled the lesson 1 hour before in the first place! He was very rude and unreasonable... seemed to just care about the money.. and I certainly didn't want to continue lessons with him after this experience.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic instructor! He was always on time to every lesson, gave very clear instructions, and loads of feedback on how to improve. The lessons were well structured and well balanced, so I felt really confident in all areas before test day. The standard of my driving has improved so much thanks to ESA Driving School, and I passed my test first time with 1 minor!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a beautiful journey learning to drive with ESA and after every lesson, I couldn’t wait for the next one. Even when I messed up and had a bad lesson where I just wanted to go home, Atif would just push me to do better. His method of teaching, reference points, taking things one at a time, until you’re great at it and only after that moving to the next one, I found that great as it’s never getting “too much”. He will always check with you if there is anything in particular you want to cover, so you get the chance to practice as much as you want on things that you might not be so confident with. If you are serious about learning to drive and accept the fact that you are the learner and he is the instructor, so he is there to help and teach you, which includes pointing out your mistakes then choose ESA. You’ll find a great, straightforward and respectful instructor, as many lessons as you want, a nice car, and an easy journey towards your freedom, if you “KEEP IT SIMPLE!” Thank you ESA for everything!

Negative experience: He will call you a dangerous driver (not at all - see below), will make you cry and pretend it’s your fault. Will be up in your personal business and waste your money (he talks a lot, just not about the driving). Then you’ll find a good instructor and actually pass the first time (yeah, that happened). Stay positive - just not with this guy! x

Negative experience: I have dyslexia and hearing problems. He accused me of not trying hard enough or listening during a lesson. I was so upset I ended the lesson early in tears. Knows i only have his lessons and nothing inbetween. Says hes had people with learning disabilities before quite clearly doesnt care/want to have to bother with learning disabled people like me. Why would i spend 35 for an hour and not give it my all?. Anyone with learning disabilities avoid

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend ESA enough. As somebody who didn't know what a clutch was and couldn't even start an engine I had zero confidence that I could learn to drive any time soon. Atif had so much patience and with each lesson I could feel improvements in my driving to the point that on my test day I absolutely knew that I was going to pass. I managed a 1st time pass with only 3 minors which is a miracle from where I started, all thanks to a great instructor! Really enjoyable lessons and definitely worth it!

Fantastic experience: Never had any interest in driving but while in the first lockdown I booked a lesson. 39 yrs old and never took a lesson. Heard so many bad experiences with instructors, My 1 hour lesson was that great I went out and bought a car! Theory test cancelled x2 but I stuck at it. Some weeks I dragged myself out to the lesson but returned feeling fabulous. Atif found confidence I never knew existed and each time I lost it, he re-built it. Being an instructor is more than just a job to him, he has a passion to teach and watch people succeed. Always 5 mins early to the lesson, not once was he late. Very professional but in the same sence so down to earth, I had a great experience learning to drive -Thankyou really isn't enough!!

Fantastic experience: Atif was excellent and gave me exactly what I needed. He was straight forward and his 5 hr intensive course gave me back my confidence, having not driven for at least 5 years. It took from the eve of the test to prep me and he was on point about everything. I couldn't thank Atif any more, money well spent.

However from the very first lesson I could see my driving improving a huge amount each session! Negative experience: So I wanted to inquire about some lessons and asked the guy few questions about his availability. And the guys soo rude purely because he thinks he’s some big shot but I expect that from the type of person he is. As I’ve had bad experience from another instructor I wanted to make sure he wouldn’t mess me around as lessons are not cheap and money doesn’t grow on trees. I told him I didn’t wanna take lessons during traffic time as I believe you don’t learn much. I told him I’ll book a block of 10 but his response was disgusting and the service pathetic. I would never recommend this guy or company as he can’t even be bothered to give information

Fantastic experience: I had 2 previous driving instructors that were no where near as good as ESA driving school. Only regret is not using ESA driving school to begin with, would have saved a lot of time and money. Very good instructor was very patient as well as professional. The method of teaching was very good and easy to understand. Passed not long after I started with ESA Driving School. Not many Driving Schools like this around with my previous Instructors I felt like they where trying to delay me passing in order to maximise there profits whereas with ESA Driving School it felt like the instructor was bothered more about me passing than anything else. If your looking to pass quickly and not have to worry about being ripped off then I highly recommend using ESA Driving School.
